Sam took his wife by the hand as he walked into the plane. From the beginning he really did not let go of the woman's hand, even after sitting in the plane seat they were still holding hands.
The decision to return to the homeland was at Rissa's request. Indeed, Sam is still doubtful, especially if the professor lamented if they had to go back before trying, as well as his mother and uncle Sam who felt sure it was the best way out.
"I'm pretty sure my feelings are right. At least I will last up to twenty thousand days" said Rissa, carelessly.
"Twenty thousand days?" Sam saw his wife. He's still confused.
"Yep, I'm pretty sure it will last twenty thousand days starting from today." he smiled, trying to convince her husband even though she herself is not too sure because everything was said originally to comfort herself and her husband.
"That's about 55 years?"
"Ha, that's it. If it were twenty years now, plus fifty-five years, I would have died at seventy-five. I think that's enough."
Rissa smiled happily. Sam continued to look at his wife without a blink.
"Promise, will it last that long?" Sam extended his hand to Rissa.
"Huh? Oh, yeah." Rissa nodded, returning that hand. "Said mother Nida, during safar or on the way is the time that mustajab granted her prayers. Then let us pray that we may live another fifty-five years. How's it?"
"Well, I'll pray for you to last that long. What about you?"
"I'm going to ask my husband to stay one day longer than me."
"Why is that?" Sam scrunched his forehead.
"So you can see me go. So that we don't stay apart for long. I'll wait!"
Sam could not stand it anymore, he hugged his wife tightly. Fortunately they were in the business seat, so there was a gap so as not to be too attention for other passengers. "You have to survive, whatever it is. I don't want to lose you fast!" Sam shed tears for the first time showing his wife how worried he really was, she was afraid of losing Rissa because she meant so much to him.

"Why don't you try, Sam? Why should I go back? You know how happy you are when you finally leave for Singapore. I feel like there's a fresh breeze, but you're back. Put your feelings aside, Sam. This is also for Rissa's good!" Doctor Ines is looking for his son. He was equally worried, so a bit disappointed when Sam returned to the country. Ever since he told her, Ines' doctor had repeatedly banned her, but she was ignored.
"God is the best. We'll try another treatment" Sam said.
"How is it? Professor Tao is much more understanding than we are." said Dr. Ines.
"Rissa wants a natural cure" Sam replied.
"What does that mean? Natural as what? Not medicated? Just live it, do you?"
"Yes, more or less so. He wants to improve his lifestyle, learn to be healthy naturally."
"Sam, you're a doctor!" Ms. Ines confirmed. Reminds them of their family profession. "Don't underestimate your knowledge and you know what to do if someone is sick. Especially the pain like Rissa. It's not kidding, Sam. Related to life!" Ms. Ines was forced to insist because she felt her son was not okay.
But still Sam insisted on supporting his wife's decision, so the doctor Ines became furious.
But the doctor Ines is not out of his mind, he invites Rissa to talk, using common sense and a cold head. But still, Rissa was the same as Sam, hard founder to not use new research to face the pain.

"It's a joke!" doctor Ines muttered at the dinner table, as he had dinner with Yoga, his second son. After talking to his son and daughter-in-law. "We have been studying medical science for a long time. It takes a long time and not a little money. Not only me, but the generation above me and my children. Everything we directed to medical studies and now the son I really hoped for was denying the choice I gave for unclear reasons. Even though he was a doctor. Really weird!" doctor Ines laughed.
"Then?" Yoga fishing.
"You know, it's like it's destroying the reputation of the medics" Ines added.
"He was the head of the hospital!" Yoga has added.
His doctor Ines stared at Yoga. I feel like what the middle child said is right
"Mom, don't you think you're doing something to keep people's trust. I mean, if Sam, whose wife is sick, is not treated in the hospital, is left alone, even though he is the head of the hospital, how do patients and even other medical personnel who work with us respond? It's like a joke." added Yoga.
"She didn't just let Rissa!" doctor Ines, still defending his son.
"The truth is he did it."
"Sam isn't. Sam believes that if it hurts, take medication. Maybe because ...."
"Rissas? Yeah, it must be Rissa, right? That woman influenced Sam. Isn't that right, Mom?"
"What are you talking about?"
"Mom, Sam's credibility is at stake. That Clarissa's family
you know, maybe they protest and ask Sam to be replaced. Do you know who will advance? That's right, Max! Dad wrote it. I want an angry young man whose life is not even clear it replaces leading the hospital even though he has no experience and is lazy to learn. What is, this hospital will be destroyed. This hospital was founded by your grandfather, Max has no right, he can get a chance because his mother married your father. Although he is not competent. It is very unfortunate!" Yoga emphasized.
Yoga does that. The main goal is for Sam to switch to Carissa. Yep, he wants women adjaan his heart no longer experience heartbreak even though what he bet is his heart. Sometimes love is strange. For the sake of a loved one willingly suffers. Yoga is living it.
Doctor Ines himself pondered the words Yoga in silence. True, if Sam's performance decreases then his ex-husband's wife will propose a leadership replacement even though Doctor Ines believes only Sam is the right person because his son is really social and not crazy property. Even if not Sam, at least Yoga or even Ash can replace it later. But the other two children were hindered by Max who was second as a candidate for hospital chief.
At a time like this Dr. Ines was upset, why when her husband made that decision he did not protest. Why did he not insist that the names of his three sons be ranked first, second and third. Why is there a Max name?
