Pursuing the Love of My Husband

Pursuing the Love of My Husband
The Part 18 MCS

#Pursuing My Husband's Love part (Luckiness)

Annisa fell asleep on the living room couch still using her mukena and held the Qur’an in her hand.

The sound of knocking on the door woke her who was being lulled in a beautiful dream to meet Ummi. He rubbed his eyes before finally getting up from the seat to open the door.

Her heart was still filled with disappointment, why Rizki could leave alone in this place, just for the sake of her friends, where no one could accompany Annisa here other than her own husband.

“Assalamualaikum” Rizki said behind the door, several times Rizki knocked asking at the door open to Annisa because she forgot to bring a spare key.

“Waalaikumsalam,”

Nisa folds the mukena and keeps it on the nightstand along with the Qur’an given by Rizki as mascawin, then moves to open the door.

The hour hand had shown at 02.00 am, Nisa was shocked to find her husband who came home this late.

“New home, Mas? Want Nisa to make tea?”

Although the annoyance still enveloped Annisa, but she still behaved sweetly to her husband.

Nisa does not want to feel upset controlling her, to make her behave badly to her husband.

“Ngak, Nis. Still full.”

Rizki walks straight up to the sofa, then settles down there.

Nisa notices Rizki without saying anything, she knows something is wrong with her husband.

Not wanting to make things worse, Nisa went to the room and picked up a blanket, and then wrapped the blanket over her husband.

“Sorry, I interrupted your sleep, I forgot to bring a spare key.”

Rizki said without looking at Annisa, worried that she would see bruises on her nose from a blow to the cafe.

“Iya, Mas. No papa.”

“Nisa angry?”

Rizki asked so because she felt Annisa was acting different from usual.

“No Mas” Nisa replied as necessary.

Rizki is increasingly convinced that Annisa is angry with him, she understands, it's all because of her who prefers to go with her friends rather than eat at home with Annisa, plus he came home last night, which wife wouldn't be mad?

Though the circumstances are actually different from what Annisa knows.

Rizki wakes up and approaches Annisa, pulling the tiny body of the woman so that Nisa's sitting position faces her.

Annisa is shocked to see the wound on Rizki's face. He stroked slowly to make sure how severe the wound was.

Rizki complained as Nisa's hand hit the injured part of her face.

“This is why, Mas? How can this be?”

“Sisa want Mas lie, or be honest?”

Annisa who from the beginning felt that Rizki was lying to her is now increasingly convinced that her premonition is not wrong.

“Nisa once said right, Nisa prefers Mas open, even if it makes Nisa disappointed.”

“But, Mas want Nisa promise one thing,”

“What is it, Mas?”

“Promise Nisa won't be angry with what Mas will explain,”

“Nisa is also an ordinary man Mas, Nisa promises not to be angry, but Nisa can not promise not to be disappointed.”

Rizki understands Annisa's character, she is good at controlling herself even though she is being ignited by emotions, Nisa also has a roomy heart, she easily forgives anyone who hurts her heart.

That's why Rizki won't hide anything from Annisa, because it will make her feel guilty.

In the middle of a quiet night, where the moon peeked out from behind the window, watching two humans drifting in their minds.

Rizki was still pondering the right words so as not to hurt Annisa so much.

Annisa who was guessing what happened to her husband until he just came home this late, was he robbed? Or did he argue with his friend? But why did Rizki tell him not to get angry?

Rizki then explains as much detail as possible to Nisa about the incident at the cafe.

Hearing this, Annisa's chest tightened. Worry turns into anger.

Should Rizki meet the ex behind her on the grounds of going out with friends? Why didn't she choose to be honest from the start that Sheila was threatening her?

Is not enough treatment Rizki so far that makes him tired of holding back anger? Why go to Sheila? Why lie to him?

Why should Rizki take responsibility for what happened to Sheila? What happened to Sheila was her own choice.

Why should Rizki? Sheila has family and friends who can be used as a place to vent.

From all the thoughts in her mind, Annisa gets one answer, that this happens because Rizki and Sheila are both not moved on from her past.

“Im sorry Mas, Nisa.”

He clasped his wife's hand tightly, hoping it would reduce Annisa's anger towards him.

Nisa was silent, her throat was stuck holding back the growl. His eyes stared blankly at Rizki, as if his love had been overcome by the disappointment that Rizki gave over and over again.

Annisa couldn't take it anymore, she cried in silence. Her tears washed her cheeks.

“Sorry, Nisa can't keep her promise not to get angry. What Mas is doing now is really breaking Nisa's heart.”

Annisa leaves Rizki and regrets her. He closed the door and locked it from the inside. For tonight, and the first time he's reluctant to get close to Rizki.

In her crying pillow, Nisa recalls Ummi and Abi, apologizing that she could not remain kind when disappointed with her husband as Ummi always safe.

While exploring Abi's time alive, Nisa often sees Abi treating Ummi with distinction.

Annisa remembers very well how much Abi loved Ummi, Nisa felt jealous because she was not as lucky as Ummi.

Rizki pondered, looking at every treatment that had hurt Annisa a lot.

He failed to keep his promise not to hurt Annisa, ‘forgive Rizki, Ummi’.

“Mas, wake up, soon Adhan dawn. Later to Masjid”

Annisa puffed Rizki who looked very tired to make her sleep on the sofa in a state of sitting leaning.

The wound on her face was treated by Annisa while her husband was sleeping.

Rizki squirms, her eyes open and finds Annisa smiling sweetly in front of her.

“Pardon Nisa Yes, Mas. Last night Nisa was blinded by jealousy to the point of not being able to think positively. Nisa should appreciate the honesty of Mas, Nisa knows it is also heavy for Mas.”

This is the advantage of Annisa who is very liked by Rizki, in the middle of her young age, Nisa is able to act mature.

Looking at the good side of what hurts him, re-digesting every problem to get a reason to forgive the person who has disappointed him.

Without speaking anymore, Rizki pulled Nisa's body in her arms. Gently stroked Nisa's hair, unceasingly thanking her for repeatedly forgiving her.

Annisa is shocked, but enjoys her husband's warm embrace. Now he knows Rizki really regretted last night's actions.

In Rizki's embrace, Nisa prayed, that the patience she was doing now will produce more beautiful results than the prayers offered.

The Adhan of Dawn flowed melodiously from the Mosque, making Rizki let go of her embrace. He said goodbye to Annisa because she would get ready for the congregational Fajr prayer.

Rizki was about to go to the bathroom to clean up, but her steps stopped and turned towards Annisa, Rizki approached to a mere inch from his wife's face.

Muachhh...

A friendly kiss landed on Annisa's forehead,

“Once again thank you, for always being patient against Mas” Rizki said in the ear of Annisa.

Nisa was shocked, she was sculpting, still not believing what she was going through. Instantly her hand touched the forehead of Rizki's kiss, her chest pounding like a flying butterfly.

Annisa smiled happily, feeling that there was now good progress in her relationship with Rizki.
