Chapters. 12. An Unwanted Pregnancy.

Lasmi was silent as she looked at the princess with sadness, really she did not know what else to say to the woman.

Clavin who wanted to speak up suddenly undo his intentions when he saw a Doctor coming out of the ER room, he suddenly woke up and approached the Doctor.

"How's my wife doing, Doctor?" ask Calvin with worry. Lasmi and Rere also approached the doctor when they heard Calvin's voice.

The doctor took a deep breath and slowly exhaled. "The patient's condition is fine, sir. He was just exhausted."

Calvin breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the Doctor's words. "Thank you, Doctor." He set his foot and went in to meet Zanna.

"In a moment, sir." The doctor held back Calvin's steps making the man look back at him.

"What's up, Doctor? Can't my wife be picked up?" asked Calvin in surprise.

"Sorry, Sir. Right now the patient refuses to meet anyone, so please let the patient rest first."

Calvin nodded his head in disbelief. How could he not be able to accompany his wife during this kind of situation?

"I hope you understand, Sir. All this for the sake of the patient's recovery. After a few hours' rest, the patient will definitely be back to health."

Calvin could only breathe out in frustration. Without saying anything, he stepped footily towards the chair he had been sitting on.

The doctor turned around and went back into the room, and ordered the nurse there to guard the door.

"I've done what you wanted, Buk. But why, why do you have to be like this?" ask the doctor who is now sitting on the chair beside Zanna's bed.

Yes, Zanna was aware of her stupor when she entered the ER room. At first he felt shocked and confused because he was in a very foreign room, but when he saw the Doctor and the nurses. He knew immediately that he was in the hospital.

"I have my own reasons for doing this, Doctor," Zanna said softly. Several times he wiped the tears that flowed profusely, but the tears were still coming out.

"You should be with your husband while it's like this, it'll be very good for you and-"

"Doctor, I beg you."

The doctor was forced to stop his speech when he saw the look on Zanna's face, he then switched to grasping both hands of the woman. "Alright, forgive me for talking too much."

Zanna shook her head. "No, Doctor. I'm grateful that you've done what I want. I just wasn't ready for this news, and my current condition was -" she lowered her head sobbing for not being able to say what had happened.

The doctor then pulled Zanna into his arms. As a fellow woman, she knew that right now her patient must be in trouble with her husband.

"If so you just rest, and calm all your feelings. It's a little pity that his mother continues to grieve like this." The doctor reached out his hand to rub Zanna's stomach.

Zanna just nodded her head without being able to say anything. He lay back on the bed with the help of the doctor.

Zanna nodded again making the Doctor smile. He then moved out of the room and did not see the whereabouts of the people in front of the room.

After the Doctor came out, Zanna came back to shed tears. He tilted his body and drowned his head against the pillow, so that no one would hear his cries.

"Why, why now, Lord?" Zanna really felt that she was being overwritten by a huge ordeal.

When the husband was caught playing with another woman, and at that time he was also pregnant with the fruits of love from his marriage.

How could all this possibly happen? Why, why is God so sorry for him? How else would he face all this?

Zanna was completely devastated and hurt, but at the same time. He even got the greatest gift from God.

What is this, called the wisdom of a problem? No, none of this is true. Even all of this should not happen under these circumstances.

Zanna was really confused. She had resolved to part with her husband, even though her heart had to be broken to pieces. Why, why did God make her pregnant? Does God disagree with the decisions he makes?

"What should I do now? Why are you doing this to me, God. Why?" Zanna really doesn't know what to do right now.

Meanwhile, in the hospital garden. Calvin was sitting alone with Rere. Lasmi chooses not to interfere again with the child's problem, and chooses to stay away from it.

"Mas, I beg you." Rere clasped Calvin's hand in tears, making the man feel unbearable. "You know, Mom, that I love you so much? Then, how could I possibly accept all this?" He still stands firm to be with Calvin.

"But Zanna would not accept all this, Re. And I don't want to lose-" either"

"We can do it secretly like we used to, Mas. I'm gonna get out of the apartment, and stay away from you until Zanna's mom gets home. After that we can be together again,"

"You think he'll believe it?" bentak Calvin's. Though he had planned to tell about his relationship with Rere, by the time one of them was already pregnant.

"Then what about me, Mom? What if I get pregnant?" shout Rere. "Every day we do such a relationship, even in a day more than once we do it. You think I'm not gonna get pregnant?"

Calvin was getting dizzy at this moment, but what the woman said was true. "All right, I'll think about it first."
