Chapters. 9. You love her, Calvin.

Zanna shook her head in disbelief, while Calvin looked at her with a sad face.

"Why, why didn't you tell me about the accident?" zanna asked with trembling lips.

"I'm afraid to make you think, honey. I don't want to burden you, and I'm thinking of finishing things myself,"

"Yes, you managed to solve it this way." Zanna turned her face scarred. Her husband kept a secret from her. Then, what's the point of him all this time?

Calvin returned silent with a rough sigh. It seemed like he was actually making a huge mistake right now, to the point that Zanna could not understand what he was doing.

"It's all just your excuses, Calvin. Even if you had promised, you would have told me before doing something like this. Your promise is just an excuse, and the truth is that you really want to marry that woman. You really want to marry her" Zanna shouted, giving Calvin a gasp.

"Heh, you even prepared all these moves for her. But you can still say that you're forced to marry her?" Zanna really wanted to cry blood alone. During this time she did not know her own husband, and did not even know that her husband was in love with another woman.

"alright. Just do what you want, 'cause I'll never get in your way." Zanna wiped away the tears still on her face. "May you be happy with what you're doing, and let me live my life without you again."

Calvin shook his head disapprovingly, he then hugged Zanna's body tightly again. "No, Honey. I don't want to. Please don't leave me. I promise I won't hurt you again, please forgive me."

Zanna was silent, closing her eyes. This was the last time the man hugged his body, because tomorrow it might all be so different. "I didn't think this would happen, Calvin. I don't know since when you loved another woman, I didn't even realize there was another woman in your life. Could it be that my love made my eyes blind, so that they could not see all these truths? Calvin continued to apologize so that Zanna would not leave him. She loved the woman very much, but what Zanna said earlier also disturbed the recesses of her heart.

All these years I've known you, it wasn't enough to know your true nature." He shook his head in disappointment.

Calvin fell silent in his place. He was thinking about all the words spoken from Zanna's mouth. "No, that's not true. I love Zanna so much, and I don't have any feelings for her. But why am I uncomfortable?"

"Now tell me, Calvin. Do you really love me?"
