Chapters. 48. The Small Pieces that Crossed.

After the fate of si*al that befell Calvin and Rere, they are currently trying to find work. They contacted people they used to know and asked if there were any vacancies they should fill, but all the answers were non-existent.

"Ella, what's going on?"

"Well how, Ella? Your face is so pale. Come on, let's just go in. Auntie's gonna call the doctor to check on you."

Ella held onto Rosa's hand which was about to pull her body. "I'm really okay, Auntie. It's just that there's a piece of memory running through my head, and I think it's a memory of the past."

"really?" Rosa smiled happily upon hearing that, and was answered with a nod of Ella's head.

"Thank God, Ella. Auntie is happy because little by little your memory is back. But aunt please don't be forced, yes. It can all affect your health."

Ella nodded her head with a sweet smile. "I understand, Auntie. I won't harm the fetus I have in my womb."

Finally they stopped the sport and went into the house. Ella immediately went inside her room and sat down in front of the glass cabinet.

"Hello, who is it?" It turned out that there was an incoming call from an unknown number.

"It's me, Ella. What the hell are you doing?"

Ella frowned when she heard what the man said, she could not recognize whose voice it was.

"Sorry, who is it?" Ella asked again.

"I'm Venzo, Ella. Don't you recognize my voice?"

"sorry. I've never heard your voice from the phone, Sir. That's why I don't know" Ella said.

"Well, it's not a big deal. But, can we meet today? I want to take you somewhere."

Ella was silent for a moment to think about the man's invitation. "Do I take it, Venzo? There's something I need to talk to him about, too."

"alright. Are you gonna come here?"

"of course. In an hour, I'll be there, be prepared."

The call was interrupted after Ella agreed to what Venzo wanted, after which he went into the bathroom to clean himself up and prepared to leave with the man.
