Chapters. 17. Neighbor's Apartment.

At exactly 9 a.m., Calvin left for the office by the doorstep of Zanna. It was seen that some people who crossed the place were watching them, but Zanna pretended not to know all that.

"I'm sorry for leaving you alone, honey. But take it easy, I will be home by 2. After that, we'll spend some time together."

Zanna smiled wryly while nodding her head. "No need to worry about me being home, Calvin. Because I'm a regular, right? More worry about who's outside, maybe he'll get back together with the others."

Calvin was silent when he heard Zanna's words, while Zanna was very difficult to control herself.

"alright. Be careful on the road, Calvin. I'll wait for you."

Calvin gave a faint smile while nodding his head. Then he immediately passed from the place with his briefcase.

"Huh." Zanna looked at Calvin while sighing harshly. It hurts so much to pretend like everything is fine, and that's so unfair to himself.

"Patience, Zanna. You have to stay strong to get back at them, and don't let them walk with their heads up." Zanna then went back into the apartment to clean up.

However, when it will close the door of the apartment. Suddenly a woman came and held him back, forcing Zanna to open the door again.

"Sorry, what's wrong?" zanna asked as she watched a woman who was currently standing before her carrying something.

"Ah, forgive me. I thought you were Miss Rere." The woman lowered her head in guilt, then glanced back at the apartment unit number hanging on the door.

"True, this is Miss Rere's apartment unit number. But, why did the other one come out?" He was confused himself.

Zanna who seemed to know the confusion of the woman smiled faintly. "You're Rere's friend?"

The woman looked towards Zanna. "I live in this apartment too, Miss. It's there." He pointed towards his apartment unit which was only 1 unit away from Calvin's apartment. "So I often chat with Miss Rere if she's at home."

Zanna nodded her head, then looked towards something that the woman was carrying. "Did you bring something to Rere?"

The woman nodded immediately. "I cooked the soup, and intend to share it with Miss Rere."

"If so let's go inside, we can talk for a while." Zanna opened the door of the apartment wide and allowed the woman to enter. He felt that God was helping him right now, maybe he could use this woman to pry for information about Calvin as well as Rere.

Then the two women sat on the sofa in the living room, with food and drinks that Zanna had served to the woman.

"Before that introduce, my name is Zanna." Zanna thrust her hand in front of the woman making the woman flinch.

"My-my Naomi, Miss," Naomi said, releasing the hand.

Zanna looked at the woman confused, because Naomi was shocked when she heard her name. But he tried to forget all that.

"Call me Zanna, it looks like we're the same age."

Naomi immediately nodded her head, she was happy because Zanna was so kind and friendly to her.

"Are you Miss Rere's brother?" ask Naomi.

"I'm the wife of the man who's been living with Rere." I'd love Zanna to say all that, but there's no way she's going to do it.

"I'm Calvin's brother. But, have you been close to Rere for a long time?" ask Zanna later.

"Ooh, his brother's Mr. Calvin." The woman nodded.

Then Zanna started chatting with the woman, wondering about Rere and Calvin's relationship.

"It's okay. I just want to know the nature of my brother's future wife, that's why I asked about her."

Naomi nodded her head while thinking about something. "Are you married?"

Zanna laughed when she heard Naomi's question. "I'm ... married, it's just that my household is broken and it might end in divorce."

"I'm saddened by what happened." Naomi rubbed Zanna's shoulder as if she felt the problem she was facing.

After spending some time, Naomi tells him to go back to her apartment because there is work that she has to finish.

Zanna drove Naomi away to the door, she went back in and called someone.

"Hello, is this the Solar Shop?" zanna asked when her phone call was connected to someone.

"Yes, Miss. Is there anything we can help you with?"

"I'd like to install some cctv in the apartment, can you come here?"

"Of course, Miss. Please send us your address so we can get there soon,"

"Good, Sir. I'll send it, and I hope you can come right now. I was in a hurry,"

"Good, Miss. We'll be there soon,"

"All right, thank you." Zanna immediately turned off the call after she finished saying what she wanted. He wanted to put up a cctv in every corner of this apartment, in order to see something that Calvin and Rera did when he wasn't around.

At the same time, Naomi, who was already inside the apartment, was seen calling someone.

"Hello, Master,"

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"I want to say something to you" Naomi said.

"Continue!"

"Today, I met a woman named Zanna. He was the brother of master Calvin who had just come to this place." Naomi reported about her meeting with Zanna earlier.

"Then, did something happen?" ask a guy who's on the phone."

"No, Mister. Only, the face of the woman named Zanna was very similar to the Madam,"
