Chapters. 32. Nothing Else Remains.

Calvin looked at Zanna sharply, while Zanna smiled cynically at what the man was doing right now.

"Why are you doing this, Zanna? Do you want to ruin all of our lives, huh?" calvin asked with restraint.

"Our lives? No, Calvin. But both of you're alive" Zanna replied with her demonic smirk. "How do you like it, right?"

Calvin clenched his hands with emotion. "Aren't you aware of what you're doing, huh? You're not only embarrassing me, but also our marriage. You know that?"

Zanna laughed when she heard Calvin. "Which wedding are we, Calvin? Our marriage is over, and now we have nothing to do!" He took something in his bag and threw a white envelope that came from the court.

"I've filed a divorce lawsuit in court, please fulfill their call,"

"What?" Calvin gasped in shock at what Zanna said. His eyes then looked down where the white envelope that the woman had thrown had fallen.

"Don't pretend to be that surprised, Calvin. Isn't this what you expected, hem?" Zanna smiled cynically.

Calvin crouched down and picked up the envelope, and he opened it and took the letter inside.

Calvin brushes the paper containing the summons for him from the court in the divorce lawsuit case that Zanna did. "You, you're really outrageous, Zanna!"

The sound of Calvin's shout echoing in that place made some of the people who were there start to notice them.

"After what you did just now, you're suing me in court too, huh? That's so great of you!" Calvin clasped Zanna's hand firmly making the woman grimace in pain.

Naomi who saw all that immediately pulled out her fangs. But he hasn't been in action yet. Zanna had already thrown Calvin's hand until the men took a step back.

"Of course you're better than me, Calvin!" Zanna shook her hand as if she were removing dirt from Calvin's hand. "After a very sweet promise, you drove me home. After that you are busy with wedding preparations, even to marry the woman. Isn't that great, huh?"

"You-" Calvin couldn't reply to what Zanna said made the woman smile even more.

"You said I was brave, right? Of course I'm very brave, Calvin. I even have 100 guts to crush you."

Calvin raised his hand and slapped Zanna in the face.

Zanna, who did not expect Calvin to slap her, did not have time to dodge, while Naomi also did not have time to block the slap.

"How dare you slap Miss!"

Naomi punched Calvin in the face until he fell to the ground. He walked up to her and grabbed Calvin's shirt collar.

Calvin, who was still surprised, could not fight Naomi, especially when the woman climbed on top of her body.

"Naomi!"

Naomi, who had raised her hand and was about to hit Calvin again, was forced to recant when she heard Zanna's call. He looked towards the woman.

Naomi frowned when she heard Zanna's orders. "But Miss, she-"

"Let go, Naomi!"

Naomi clucked irritably and soon moved from Calvin's body, and Calvin himself also tried to get up while holding the corner of his lips that bleed.

"Are you satisfied, Calvin?" zanna asked as she clasped her chest making Calvin speechless. "If there's nothing else you want to say, then I'll get out of here."

"I'm, I'm sorry, Zanna. I accidentally slapped-"

"It's okay, I'll take this slap of yours as a parting gift" Zanna said bitterly. Now that he was done, he would not even have any more reason to meet Calvin in the future.

Calvin let out a rough sigh, feeling guilty for slapping Zanna in the face. "Alright, Zanna. Me, I'm sorry for what I've done. Me, I was also forced to marry Rere because that woman forced me to. Now, I beg you to forget everything that happened."

Zanna was astonished by what Calvin said. The man could have said such an absurd thing. Is Calvin still unconscious?

"I'll also forget what you did to me, Zanna. So, can we go back to being okay?"

Zanna clenched her hands full of anger. "Back is fine as if I don't know about your marriage, do you?" He looked at the man sharply and was reciprocated with a nod of Calvin's head.

"Truly, you've really gone crazy, Calvin. Don't you realize what's going on, huh? Do you think I'd want to be with someone like you?"

Calvin was silent with a stern look. He just wants to fix this situation, and must make Zanna want to go back to him to clear her name that is polluted by the actions of the woman.

"You can't go too far, Zanna. All this time I was the one who always helped and supported you, even I was the one who took care of your dead father. Did you forget?"

Calvin's words really set Zanna's heart on fire, as her blood boiled as she carried her father into their troubles.

"Don't you have to return the favor to me, huh?" calvin added again with a cynical smile. All this time he's been guarding Zanna, so Zanna has to pay a heavy price for him.

"Say. Tell me how I'll pay you!"

Naomi turned her gaze towards Zanna in surprise, she did not understand why the nonanya was willing to respond to the brengs*ek man's words.

Hearing Zanna's words, Calvin immediately smiled broadly. "Looking at your closeness to that woman, it looks like you already know who you really are." He glanced at Naomi who was beside Zanna.

"Why, do you think that your attempts to cover it up all along have failed?" zanna's reply made Calvin laugh. What could Zanna do if the diamond was still in her hand?

"Don't be arrogant, Zanna. You can't do anything without-"

"Diamond?" cutting Zanna made Calvin instantly silent. "You don't have to worry, Calvin. The diamond is safe in my hands."
