CHAPTER 4. Trapped in the wrong body

The pieces of memory that appeared before King were increasingly clear and real. It was as if King was watching in a cinema with a large screen. 

"I'm Zhong Li?" King asked in a tone of disbelief to himself. 

"Yes" replied the girl.

The girl only scrunched her forehead when she heard King's curse of unknown meaning. 

Without further ado King immediately looked at the clothes he was wearing. 

The outfit only appeared in the colossal drama of the Chinese empire and now adheres perfectly to her body. 

This was when the new King believed himself to be Zhong Li. 

The King could accept his tragic death from a bomb and did not understand why his spirit could be reincarnated into Zhong Li's body?

The girl walked up to King and shook her palm in front of Zhong Li's blank eyes.

"I'm Jing Mi. I will take you home, Zhong Li," said the girl.

"This girl knows Zhong Li," King's heart said. 

It was easy for Jing Mi to lift Zhong Li's body and carry it on her shoulders. Jing Mi walked leisurely while carrying King on her shoulders. 

"Descript ****! This girl is so strong! Or is it indeed the weak Zhong Li?" said King's heart. 

King tried to shake his body and wanted to break away from Jing Mi's back, but Zhong Li's body was extremely weak.

Jing Mi only felt an amused tingle on her shoulders so Jing Mi patted Zhong Li's butt once. 

"Keep tight. Otherwise, I throw your body to the ground!" threaten Jing Mi. 

King stopped his heatworm action because King knew Jing Mi's words were not mere nonsense. 

King was sure Zhong Li's weak body would break a bone if it was thrown to the ground. 

"Zhong Li's on his pelvis. Not me!" rebut King in his little heart.

King tried to calm the feelings of his wounded heart. What would the world say if everyone knew King was flanked by a girl. Want to keep King's face together?

King could already imagine the face of Hercules laughing out loud before him when he learned of this fact. 

"Hercules! We won't be able to see you again Bro!" said King's heart. 

Jing Mi sat King on horseback. Then Jing Mi also got on the horse and sat behind King. 

Jing Mi held the control rope of the horse with her left hand and her right hand pulled King's hand to hold the reins of the horse. 

"Hold the rope strong!" jing Mi's orders. 

King held tightly to the horse's control rope with both hands while cursing again in his heart. 

"Ga there is a soft girl in this world" King grumbled in his heart.

Jing Mi also held tightly to the horse control rope with both her hands. 

Jing Mi stomped both her legs on the belly of the horse and her horse instantly moved forward. 

The horse was speeding so fast that King further tightened his hand grip on the control rope. King was afraid he would fall. 

If only he was still in his macho body, King was confident in his power to master this horse. However, his body was now Zhong Li's body.

The faster Jing Mi rode on her horse, the more Zhong's body swayed like grass blown by a strong wind. 

King observed every person he passed through along the horse journey. Even King had heard some men shouting the name "Princess Jing Mi" with sparkling eyes. 

"Crazy! The man in this world looks very keen to be the husband of Jing Mi!" grumbled King's heart.

Princess Jing Mi remained calm riding her horse and ignored some men who clearly idolized her. 

"Daughter of Jing Mi? This girl is a princess, but within Zhong Li's memories, there was absolutely no figure of this girl," King's heart said. 

Zhong Li was not blind at birth. His father, Zhong Guo, was the General of the Wang Empire. Zhong Li's biological mother, Ming Yue was one of the distant cousins in the Wang Kingdom lineage. 

The Kingdom of Wang was ruled by the female Emperor, Emperor Wang. Ming Yue chose Zhong Guo as her life partner. 

Ming Yue and Emperor Wang's relationship was so close that when Zhong Li was one year old, Emperor Wang had already given Zhong Li the order to match up with his newborn daughter, Princess Xing Xing. 

A short while later bad luck befell Zhong Li. Ming Yue was suddenly violently ill and died so the great family of Ming Yue married Ming Lan, sister of Ming Yue to Zhong Guo to continue the bloodline as well as there was a person taking care of Zhong Li. 

Ever since Ming Lan became her stepmother and gave birth to Zhong Min m, it was somehow Zhong Li suddenly went blind. 

Zhong Guo had already invited many healers to examine Zhong Li and all those healers could not treat Zhong Li's eyes. 

Emperor Wang who knew the state of Zhong Li was blind, and, not canceling Zhong Li's match with Princess Xing Xing, making the people of Li Kingdom praise Emperor Wang's wisdom and Zhong Guo even more eager to advance to the war table to protect the Wang Kingdom.
