REINCARNATION: TRAPPED IN THE WRONG BODY

REINCARNATION: TRAPPED IN THE WRONG BODY
Chapter 55. Telepathic

** The guest room where Princess Jing Mi stayed is***

Princess Jing Mi stared at the heavy wound on her right face for a long time. The wounds he got in the fight against another kingdom five years ago.

Princess Jing Mi was not at all embarrassed by the sword incision wound on her face. At first Princess Jing Mi had no intention of wearing a mask to cover her wounds.

It was Emperor Wang who asked Princess Jing Mi to wear a face mask because she could not bear to see the wounds on Princess Jing Mi's face caused by the fight to protect Dong Wang Kingdom.

Princess Jing Mi held a fairly long sword incision wound from the upper cheek to the lower cheek on the right face. This wound has been hiding in the mask for five years.

A while later, Princess Jing Mi opened the small bottle that Xena had given her earlier. Water droplets from the snow lotus flower can treat severe wounds on the skin to be smooth and return to the original skin.

Xena accidentally mashed crushed snow lotus flowers and added dewdrop water and pearl powder so that the efficacy is more perfect.

Princess Jing Mi believed in Xena's skill and was sure that the sword incision wound would definitely disappear after one week.

Princess Jing Mi poured the snow lotus flower potion onto her finger and rubbed it slowly onto the wound on her face.

The liquid potion felt cold and instantly seeped into the skin of Princess Jing Mi's injured face. Princess Jing Mi put on her face mask again and walked out of the room towards the dining room.

This time they would all eat together in the dining room of the Taoist Temple with some Taoist priests living there.

***toward Taoist Temple***

Zhong Li aka King walked towards the dining room led by A Tu.

A variety of vegetarian food creations from Hercules have been served on the dining table.

King sat next to Princess Jing Mi. King's mood was very happy. In addition because he already has a great inner power and mastered the science of lightening the body, also because he was wearing black Taoist clothes at this time. Just like the one worn by Princess Jing Mi.

This was the first time King had worn black clothes, which was his favorite color since being trapped in Zhong Li's body.

In this Taoist temple there are only four Taoist priests. Two senior Taoist priests named A Tai and A Shang. One young Taoist priest who opened the door for King last night, named A Lao. As well as a little Taoist who was about seven years old by the name of A Jun.

Hercules, Xena, and A Tu joined in and ate together. The Taoist priests looked very close to Hercules. King surmised it must be the chatty Hercules who made the four Taoist priests easily familiar with him. The vegetarian cuisine of Hercules is so good that they praise Hercules.

Of the four Taoist priests, King was more interested in the little Taoist priest A Jun. A Jun had a pet with pure white fur. At first the King who glanced at it with a blank look thought the beast was a dog.

Moments later King realized that the animal was not a dog because it did not hear the sound of dog barking at all. The little animal was a white wolf.

The docile white wolf and sat quietly beside A Jun. King wondered how the white wolf could live in the Taoist Temple, where the priests all ate vegetarian food. Where did they get the meat for the white wolf?

Questions popped into King's mind. Princess Jing Mi was as if she could read King's mind so asked the question to the Taoist priest.

"Where did this white wolf get its food?" princess Jing Mi asked A Jun who was caressing the head of the white wolf.

"A Bai can find his own food outside of the Taoist Temple," A Jun replied with a smile.

A Jun gave the name of the little wolf A Bai which means white because A Bai's entire body was covered in fine and soft white fur.

"The wolf is smart," said Princess Jing Mi.

A Bai let out a short howl after hearing Princess Jing Mi's words.

"Daughter of Jing Mi! A Bai understands your praise," Hercules said enthusiastically.

"You want A Bai?"

King's eyes rounded big at the sound of Princess Jing Mi's voice in his ears, but Princess Jing Mi's mouth was clearly seen chewing vegetables casually.

"Dropy?" king's heart spontaneously.

"It's telepathic science." Princess Jing Mi's voice again penetrated into King's ear.

King grew even more excited as his guess was correct and glanced at Princess Jing Mi while waiting for Princess Jing Mi's next words.

"I will teach you the theory and practice" Princess Jing Mi said through telepathy.

King ate voraciously and quickly because he could not wait to learn telepathy from Princess Jing Mi.

The time King had to learn how to use his inner power was very short. King knew Princess Jing Mi could not stay in the Tao Temple for too long. After all, he also had to immediately return to General Zhong Guo's residence so that King wanted to spend the best time learning from Princess Jing Mi.

King regards Princess Jing Mi as his close friend and co-worker now that they both teamed up to defeat a black python at the top of the Kunlun Mountains.

Princess Jing Mi was willing to teach King the science of telepathy as a token of gratitude for the gall of the black python given by King to her.

Princess Jing Mi was sure that the body-lightening and telepathic science she taught would be of great help to King later in life.

***Too Tao***

King was still fast asleep in the guest room of the Taoist Temple. Last night King practiced telepathy with Princess Jing Mi late into the night.

Although the focus of telepathy was mind-centered rather than strength, King felt even more tired than strength training.

King woke up from his slumber after the sun shone hot during the day. Hercules, Xena, and A Tu were not in the room.

"Hungry," said King as he held his rumbling stomach.

"Hercules! Xena! A Tu!" King shouted to his three servants. However, after a long wait, not a single one appeared before King.

Moments later King heard the sound of small footsteps approaching the room he was in.

"Who?" said King's heart.

The sound of Hercules, Xena, and A Tu's steps had already been memorized by King so King was sure the person approaching the room was not his servants.

King looked the other way with a blank eye and sharpened his sense of smell.

"A Jun and A Bai?" said King's heart.

King was shocked when he realized A Jun, the little Taoist priest and A Bai, the white wolf he wanted was walking into the room.
