CHAPTER 7. Zhong Li's

***xhong Li bedroom*** 

The two maids helped wipe Zhong Li's hair aka the wet King.

King sat quietly with a blank look of eyes while thinking about something.

When the two maids wanted to leave Zhong Li's bedroom, King called out to them. 

"Wait!" shouted King. 

"What's the matter young master Zhong Li?" ask one of the servants. 

"Who is Princess Jing Mi?" ask King. 

During his life Zhong Li had only lived inside General Zhong Guo's residence so was not aware of the circumstances out there at all. 

The King suggested Princess Jing Mi recognized Zhong Li, but in Zhong Li's memory there was absolutely no figure of Princess Jing Mi. Even the scent of Princess Jing Mi's body was the first time she had recognized it earlier. 

King was curious about Princess Jing Mi's identity so asked her.

"Princess Jing Mi is the adopted daughter of Emperor Wang and is very good at fighting. His face was so badly injured during the war that he wore a mask that covered part of his face. Many wanted to be Princess Jing Mi's husband," replied one of the servants enthusiastically. 

"It turns out that Princess Jing Mi wore a mask because she was wounded during the war" King said.

King understood what the servant said. The Wang Kingdom was a kingdom dominated by women. 

Strong and powerful women will be idols for weak men . 

This world was completely a hundred percent different compared to his world. 

"It was only fitting that Zhong Min was attracted to Jing Mi" King said. 

"You can go" said King. 

"Alright young master Zhong Li," the two maids replied simultaneously. 

After the two servants left the bedroom, King leaned his body slowly on the bed. Accidentally his hand held the scissors that Zhong Min had hidden earlier. 

"Ear. I'll try my knife-throwing skills" said King. 

King stared at the wooden table not far from him and threw the scissors. The scissors fell to the floor before hitting the wooden table.

"Damn! Zhong Li's body was extremely weak," King grumbled in annoyance. 

King looked at the ceiling of the room while thinking hard. 

"I have to eat a lot so that this body is strong and not weak anymore" King's heart said.

"Servant!" king shouted in a loud voice. 

A servant entered the King's bedroom quickly. 

"Yes, young master Zhong Li," said the servant. 

Zhong Li aka King pretended

looking the other way with empty eyes.

"Over the week, I want to eat ten boiled eggs and half boiled chicken meat every day" King said.

"Young master Zhong Li can spend it all?" ask the waiter carefully.

In his lifetime Zhong Li ate only plain porridge or half a bowl of white rice every day.

That was what caused Zhong Li's body to be extremely weak and powerless all this time.

The King had to make Zhong Li's body more powerful in order to use the martial arts he had learned so far, to deal with enemies who wanted to harm Zhong Li.

Otherwise, Zhong Li could die again easily.

"Yes. Soon I will be Princess Xing Xing's husband. I should look strong in Princess Xing Xing Xing's eyes," King replied confidently.

Somehow the servant had a hunch that Zhong Li who was talking to right now was a person who was a far different person to the old Zhong Li.

The present Zhong Li was no longer the weak Zhong Li so the servant did not dare to refute the King's request.

"Now young master Zhong Li is Princess Jing Mi's defender." The servant guessed in his heart.

"Young master Zhong Li. Servant will ask permission to Madam first, " said the maid.

King smiled faintly as he looked at the back of the servant who disappeared from his sight. 

King was sure that Princess Xing Xing conspired with Zhong Min to kill Zhong Li for sure because Princess Xing Xing did not want the blind Zhong Li to be her husband so the King had deliberately said he would be Princess Xing's husband Xing in the near future. 

King was sure his words would arrive at Princess Xing Xing's ears quickly. Princess Xing Xing will definitely devise a plan to derail their marriage. 

"The enemy is out of line, I will fend it off" King said confidently.

Ming Lan who had come out from Zhong Li's room earlier, directly walked into the garden of General Zhong Guo's residence. 

Zhong Min who caught up to him from behind immediately called out to him. 

"Mother!" call Zhong Min. 

"Zhong Min's. Let's sit there. Something I want to ask!" ming Lan said as she pointed at the chair in the garden. 

They both sat in the garden chairs. 

"You're the one who pushed Zhong Li into the river?" ming Lan asked without further ado and in a small voice as she did not want to be heard by others. 

"Yes," Zhong Min replied honestly. 

"Why are you so reckless? Zhong Li is Emperor Wang's future son-in-law," Ming Lan said. 

"That's Princess Xing Xing's plan. Princess Xing Xing wants to marry me," Zhong Min replied.

"really? My son is indeed great at attracting Princess Xing Xing's attention," Ming Lan said. 

"But the blind man was very lucky to be rescued by Princess Jing Mi" Zhong Min said angrily. 

"That incident definitely made Zhong Li not dare to come out again. Mother will think of a plan to cancel her match with Princess Xing Xing," Ming Lan said. 

Zhong Li was very timid and weak. Drowning in the river today must have left him in great shock. Zhong Li was hysterical and trembling. 

"Good, Mother. Is there something great about Princess Jing Mi's robe?"  ask Zhong Min. 

"That's Princess Jing Mi's battle robe. A gift from Emperor Wang. As long as Zhong Li has it means that he is within the protection of Princess Jing Mi," Ming Lan replied in annoyance. 

"Princess Jing Mi is too kind to borrow her battle robe to the blind!" zhong Min.

"Leave it. Later Princess Jing Mi will take back the robe from Zhong Li," Ming Lan said. 

"Yes Mother" Zhong Min replied.

A while later the servant who came out from Zhong Li's room approached Ming Lan. 

"Mrs!" call the waiter while bowing his head in salute.

"What's wrong?" ask Ming Lan. 

"Young master Zhong Li asked for ten boiled eggs and half boiled chicken every day for a week" the maid replied. 

"What?" shouted Ming Lan and Zhong Min simultaneously. 

"It must have been water from drowning earlier" Zhong Min said. 

"Do as he pleases," Ming Lan said to the maid. 

"Good madam!" answered the waiter and rushed to the kitchen to have the cook prepare King's request. 

After the servant left, Zhong Min looked at Ming Lan with a puzzled and astonished look. 

"Isn't it better that Zhong Li is truly insane? It would be easy to cancel her match with Princess Xing Xing," Ming Lan said with a wide smile. 

Zhong Min nodded his head and came smiling widely.
