End of the War
How does it feel to be in the middle of a battle? I don't know. Not that we don't know, but we don't have the right words to describe it. It felt as if death angels were going around the entire battlefield to greet everyone. No matter rich or poor, noble or commoner, weak or strong. Those who have been called by the angel of death, will surely die.
And that's what's really happening in Venz right now. After ten days of siege, the war was still going on. The defense forces that Issac had poisoned turned out to be more stubborn than he had thought. Besides being persistent, they have a strong mentality and high morale.
But this is all within his range of estimates. Regardless, the morale of the soldier was limited. Even if today their morale was high, tomorrow they would be exhausted from continuing to fight without rest.
Sure enough, little by little, the defending troops began to lose their spirits. Their stamina was drained and their stomachs were empty. Their weapons were bad and the mages had suffered greatly. So, the outcome of the battle had been seen.

They may be thinking and choosing things they can carry. It may be a treasure or a secret document. Issac will not pursue them. After all, they would flee to another continent not so far away from Lantos.
They would probably consolidate their power from other labors or empires on a continent called the nebula to reclaim the kingdom of Heinz. But it's never gonna happen. Later, when they returned, everything had become different.
Duke Conrad might have spider webs throughout the kingdom even to the outer limits of the kingdom.he would obviously use that to undermine Aurellia's power later on, but then again, it would not happen.
Long before this battle broke out, Issac had been investigating various assets as well as information and intelligence networks owned by Duke Conrad and his allies. Of course, he had destroyed it all. He has stripped all the secret powers of Prince Lewis.
With this, he could support Aurellia freely. No one will be able to obstruct the supremacy of Aurellia and the prime minister who will help her to perpetuate her power, Margaret. They decided from the beginning.
"Everything is according to plan. The defending troops will not be able to fight any longer. Send a messenger to their base and ask them to surrender. Otherwise, the battle will continue until the defending army is completely wiped out."
Issac said that to Charles and he nodded. The situation for the opponent has already deteriorated. From the south, Aurellia's forces pierced deeper and were heading towards the center of Venz. They had no choice but to give up.

While in the rear line Issac was watching the course of the battle, on the front line, the entire Aurellia army continued to break through the capital. The battles within the city had their own difficulties. The opposing forces hid behind the rubble and ambushed the advancing troops.
The situation in the southern part of the capital is also no less bad. Aurellia's army continued to terrorize until it almost reached the noble district. Led by Jerome, they scoundrel and slash at the enemy that is in front of them.
Clamped by two enemy troops from both directions, finally from the command center the enemy forces fluttered a white flag. They have given up. Sighing tiredly, all the defending troops stopped fighting and lowered their weapons. The battle at Venz had officially ended with the crushing defeat of the Prince Lewis faction.

A convoy of troops marched behind Aurellia, Margaret, and Issac. They were heading to the royal palace which was the center of political activity in the kingdom of Heinz. No one is celebrating this. There are only homeless people who have lost their homes and income to live.
Their eyes are dead. Whether or not there was still some spirit left in their lives, no one really knew it. But clearly, along the way Aurellia and Margaret were treated to a sight they hated.
Buildings destroyed, blood splattered, the smell of charred human flesh, and others. This was probably the greatest artificial disaster ever since Heinz's kingdom was established. An unprecedented economic crisis is unfolding and chaos is everywhere.
It is safe to assume that an empire that is being wracked by internal conflict will not seize the opportunity in this narrowness. But not with Moskov and the Garlin federation. The Moskov Empire was practically the greatest power on the continent at least now.
Their internal conditions are stable and their military is strong. They were clearly planning something to deal with Heinz's kingdom. Whether it's expansion and seizing the North or infiltrating spies into the kingdom.
Meanwhile, the Garlin federation, although they have practiced isolationist politics until now, they have shown hostility to humans for a long time. It's not entirely their fault. But it is another story if they want to seize the eastern region that has advanced to such an extent.
Now, it was time for Aurellia and Margaret to really shine. While Issac, he was just coldly staring at the sight of those on the roadside. His job never changed. Just as Hades was sitting on his throne and observing the various worlds from above, he too would. Doing that. For the sake of keeping the rays bright, shadows are always needed.
