Savoy, which has now become part of the kingdom's territory, is making improvements. For a while, all administrative matters were under military authority. The administrative posts were filled by officers from the minister of military affairs. So too with civil affairs.
It was also decided that the inhabitants of Savoy were officially part of the kingdom of Heinz. They are bound by the rules as well as the rights and obligations as royal citizens.

'Approximately 30,000 to 40,000 Knights and mercenaries had gathered in the Lostov region. But their movements are uncertain. It seems they are waiting for the movement of the royal army.'

This information was eventually passed on to Venz and is now lying on Issac's desk.
