The Petersburg Region
"I'm going to the Moskov Empire in a few days."
Issac began his conversation with his Lover in the kingdom. There were eleven women sitting with him at Versailles. They are not surprised but quite confused. What's he gonna do there?
"Moskov Empire? Within certain limits the relationship between the two countries is fine, right? You've spread agents there anyway. Is there something you should do?"
Aurellia commented while bribing her cake. All of Issac's lovers had sweet teeth and tongues. Whether it's the girls of Grand Aria or Heinz. Fortunately, he had many sweet recipes for them all.
"There was a noble family that interested me. He led a region not far from Kiev. His name is Petersburg."

The Petersburg Dukedom controlled at least 30 percent of the economy of the Moskov empire. Working with him will bring many benefits.
"Hey baby, by the way, I want to submit an interesting proposal for you."
"Hmmm, what is it?"
"Will you make the eastern region of the Grand Aria empire a part of the Heinz kingdom?"
Huh uh? Why did Chris suddenly say such a thing? That's an interesting proposal. Of course he wanted to but this was not something he could decide alone.
That was why Issac looked at Aurellia who was sitting to his left. Chris sat on the right.
"But the queen is Lia!"
"That's it. Don't make a fuss over you three. I talked to my dad and he agreed to that. It'll solve the refugee problem anyway, right?"
Issac thought a little hard. There is no reason to refuse. Parliament would agree with this. No, they have to agree.
The problem was the Grand Aria Empire itself. They are in a long internal conflict. It has been three years since this war has happened. Their focus will certainly be divided and not have time to take care of the eastern region which is basically neutral.

Before leaving, Issac and the others stopped by Lilianne's mansion which is now the leader of the Balzaac family and governs the North.
Lilianne panicked as it turned out she was going by land route. Issac was an important person in the kingdom. It was impossible for them to make Issac a target for assassination. But Issac was not worried.
"They can't do that. I'm an important guest of the most influential Duchess in the empire. At least before they get any valuable information from me, they can't do anything bad to me."
To calm the worried Lilianne, he stroked her hair and hugged her.. Carolina and Olivia are also convinced that Issac will be fine. And with that, they went to Moskov through the North.
Of course it's not just the three of them. About 200 people from the elite forces also escorted them. The procedure for passing through Moskov with 200 elite troops was clearly not easy. Fortunately Duchess Petersburg has taken care of that as well.
One month later without much trouble, they arrived in the second largest region after the capital, Petersburg.
