Breakfast was done with a pretty good atmosphere. More precisely filled by the chatter of the women. Issac himself did not eat breakfast with them. It was because he said there was something he had to do. He'll be back when breakfast time is over.
As for the contents of his own chatter. No matter how high their positions and responsibilities are, all three are still women. They talk about everything they like. Clothing, food, and so on.
Not felt, their plates were empty. The maids came and poured hot tea into their respective cups. The maids also cleaned the tables and tidied up the dirty dishes and took them away. Just then, Issac came.

And the rest, Mary's room was filled with moans of pleasure from three women at once.
