Spirit Energy
CHAPTER 13: The Search for Hackers 2/3

Jormac looked anxiously at how Harry was suddenly surrounded by many people after being hit once by one person. His heart was pounding, and he felt sympathy for Harry who was currently on the ground, surrounded by people who might be his enemies. Jormac understood the fear that Harry was feeling, because he himself had been in a similar situation in the past.

Quickly, Jormac pondered what he should do. He wanted to help Harry, but he also did not want to face the many people who seemed to have quite a strong power. Both thoughts raged in his mind, creating a feeling of confusion and tension within him.

Then Jormac counted the number of people who cornered Harry, and he realized that there were five people who were threatening him. In an increasingly heated situation, Jormac felt compelled to follow them further into a narrow alley, looking for a rather high place to watch unseen.

He felt the need to understand the situation well before acting. A bitter experience in the past, where he was almost in the news for massacring 38 people in a prominent office in New York, still looms over his mind. Jormac did not want to repeat the mistake, so he tried to be more wise and careful in dealing with the situation.

"Say, where's Harley Jaw?!" said one of the people who kicked him. "What are you keeping your mouth shut for?" ask the others. "Do you want to die right now?!" ask again.

Harry continued to take turns receiving blows from the five men, while they kept asking about Harley Jaw's whereabouts. Harry's agony was obvious, but he remained stubborn and reluctant to provide any information about Harley Jaw.

Jormac who witnessed this from his hiding place felt empathy for Harry. He pondered for a moment from his hiding place, trying to concoct thoughts about this situation. He was convinced that the matter involving Harley Jaw and perhaps the 1000x Nuclear Organization was something serious. The silence of members of the local cyber community appears to be a warning sign that the situation is getting more complicated.

While keeping an eye on Harry who is still getting hit, Jormac knows that he must figure out a way to save Harry and get information about what happened.

"Haha," Jormac chuckled, he had turned himself into a ruthless figure, jumping from his hiding ferociously. Then he shouted towards the five people who had been ganged at Harry in a derisive tone, calling them "walking garbage."

The sudden presence of Jormac and his extremely aggressive demeanor left the assailants shocked for a moment. Harry, who was already in a weakened condition, saw the help coming from Jormac with relief.

Then Jormac, taking advantage of his cruel side, began to face the five men. He acted brutally, dodging every attack launched by them and delivering punches and counter-kicks with full force. His sudden face turned into a terrifying face, and he did not hesitate to injure them.

"Who is this guy?!"

The assailants who had been excited about beating Harry now felt trepidation. They did not understand how suddenly a man could turn out to be so fierce and powerful. But they were also unwilling to give up so easily and try to overcome Jormac.

The situation in the narrow alley was getting heated up. Jormac, on his ruthless side, continued to deliver deadly attacks, giving no chance for the attackers to rise. He dodged their punches with incredible speed and delivered extremely powerful counter blows.

As time went on, the attackers began to feel desperate. Some of those who were already severely injured even retreated slowly, leaving their friends who were still holding on.

Harry, who had been nearly sprawled, saw Jormac in action with a sigh of relief. He knew that help was coming in time. Although Jormac behaved very cruelly in this fight, Harry felt he had no choice but to look at it.

Jormac continued to launch merciless attacks, until all the attackers surrendered and fled.

Harry, who was very grateful to Jormac for his rescue, trembled, and replied, "Thank you, thank you very much, I will tell you about Harley Jaw, whatever I know!"

Jormac smiled with a cruel smile and said with a laugh, "Alright, Harry, that was a wise decision. Now, tell me everything about Harley Jaw, and I'll consider not giving you any worse treatment."

Harry begins to tell about Harley Jaw, where he often gathers, and some of his close colleagues. Jormac listened carefully, noting down every detail Harry gave.

Harry, though still in a pretty bad state, tries to give Jormac information about Harley Jaw. He explains that Harley Jaw is a very loner and only gets together with people he trusts a lot. Harry apologized for not being able to name who the men were, as he himself did not know their identities.

However, Harry informs Jormac of the possible whereabouts of Harley Jaw. He said that there is a high possibility that Harley Jaw is in an old tower located on the border of Staten Island.

That information was invaluable to Jormac, as this could be the first clue in his search.

Then Harry provided additional information about Harley Jaw. If Jormac wants to meet Harley Jaw, he should be able to offer her something interesting enough to attract her attention. Harley Jaw came to New York for a reason, although Harry himself did not know exactly what the reason was. He also came with some very trusted friends, although Harry did not know the exact number of those friends.

This information provides clues that Harley Jaw is a mysterious and very cautious figure. Jormac realized that in order to get close to Harley Jaw, he had to have a pretty tempting offer or valuable information.

Jormac began to think about what he could offer Harley Jaw. He realized that approaching this mysterious figure would be a difficult task, but he felt that he should at least try to offer some things that could attract the attention of Harley Jaw.

After getting all the information he needed, Jormac, now back in control of his bright side, thanked Harry for the information. Then he said, "Well, Harry, you've done a good job." He then leaves Harry still trembling in the alley and prepares to continue his search.
