CHAPTER 18: Strategist 3/5
Fisa and Jormac rush to the local cyber community. Jormac led the way in front, while Fisa guarded from behind, ready to face any situation that might occur. The two of them continued to be on guard as they approached their destination.
Fisa felt that her bad premonition was still lingering, so she decided to stay in a more serious state in guarding Jormac. His steps were heavy and his eyes were always on alert, he did not want to take any risks that could harm Jormac himself.
"You're close, Jormac," said Harley.
With information from Harley telling him that the suitcase was very close to where Jormac was, Jormac immediately sped up his pace. Despite this, he remained cautious and wary of any possibilities around him.
Fisa and Jormac finally get to the front of the local cyber community referred to by Harley. The two of them stood outside, watching the situation carefully, ready to continue their steps into the venue.
"Yes, Jormac! We meet again, and also, thank you for your help the other day."
Just as the two of them were about to get ready to enter the building, Harry suddenly appeared and gratefully greeted Jormac.
"Who?!" Fisa who remained vigilant, was ready to act at any time, but Jormac calmly explained the situation. He explains that Harry was the one who introduced Harley Jaw to him and that they are now allies on a mission to free Ryosuke Aka.
Although still on guard, Fisa started to feel a little relieved hearing Jormac's explanation.
"Introduction, my name is Harry Newd, I may be a colleague of Jormac Seil. Oh yeah, by the way, are you dating Jormac?" Harry introduces himself to Fisa, then jokes around asking if Fisa is Jormac's girlfriend.
"Eh?! N-no, we are just comrades in arms," Fisa who was surprised by the question immediately replied nervously that they were only comrades in arms and had no romantic relationship.
Hearing Fisa who was too nervous as she replied, Harry chuckled and said, "Haha, sorry, I was just kidding. Then why are you here?"
Jormac explained that they were there to retrieve a piece of equipment left by Harley Jaw at the site of the local cyber community.
"I get it, but you guys are gonna be hard pressed into that building right now. In light of some of the strange events that have occurred, the local cyber officials here have stepped up their security and are suspicious of anyone who is considered suspicious" Harry told them.
Then Fisa asked, "Is it impossible for us to enter?"
"It's not impossible, but you're looking for stuff, right? They must've put it in the barn and locked it tight. Of course it will further complicate your work" replied Harry.
With the situation getting more complicated, Fisa asked Jormac, "What do you think, strategist?"
Hearing the question, Harry could not help but laugh, comforted as Fisa summoned Jormac as a strategist. However, Fisa's sharp gaze immediately made Harry stop laughing.
"I see," said Jormac, "we'll use Harry as bait."
Harry immediately protested, "Eh, what do you mean?! I don't agree with this."
Jormac further explained that Harry was a familiar person around there, so he could be a temporary distraction, while Fisa and himself would act behind the scenes.
Then Jormac explained his strategy to Fisa and Harry further. He asks Harry to buy as much time as possible, ensuring the attention of those around him is focused on him. Meanwhile, Fisa will sneak up and try to make others unconscious. Jormac himself will go straight to the warehouse where the goods are stored and prepare to ask for help from Harley if the lock of the warehouse is too complicated.
Fisa also nodded in agreement with the plan.
Jormac then turned on his communication device and contacted Harley. He tells Harley that his suitcase is in the warehouse, probably the work of the higher-ups who moved it. Then Jormac asked Harley for help to open the door if he could not do it himself.
The actions of the three of them had started with different approaches. Harry walked into the building with a casual look and deliberately caught the attention of some people inside. He even made the initiative by dropping himself onto the floor, thus attracting the attention of more people, as if he was a non-serious nuisance.
Meanwhile, Fisa sneaks in nimbly and avoids detection by anyone inside. With his skill, he attacked several people in the room quickly, hitting vital points that made it difficult for them to breathe normally.
Jormac, who knew the location of the warehouse where the red suitcase was stored, also sneaked in after feeling the situation was quite safe. He went to the warehouse with the help of information from Harry who had brought him into this building before.
With their various actions, the three work together to achieve their goals.
Now Jormac approached the locked warehouse door with a 6 digit number. When he tried to enter the appropriate code, he realized that this was something impossible for him to solve on his own. Quickly, he contacted Harley for help in resolving the matter.
Then Harley gave Jormac instructions to use the chips he had stored. Jormac placed the chip alternately on each digit of the number, ranging from 0 to 9. In total there are ten digits attempted by Jormac.
After finishing trying all the digits, Harley asked Jormac to wait for 30 seconds. He promised to provide the correct combination of digit numbers to unlock the warehouse where his red suitcase was stored.
30 Seconds had passed, and Jormac had heard the code given by Harley, which was "365365." Without wasting any time, he immediately entered the digit combination of those numbers. The barn door opened smoothly, revealing Harley's red suitcase they were looking for.
Jormac didn't want to waste any longer. He immediately picked up the red suitcase lying inside the warehouse. Finding it was not difficult because the suitcase was the only one there and was a striking red color.
Harley asked, "I got another warning. It must be from you, right?"
Jormac confirmed, "Yes, that's right. I just got hold of it." They have the red suitcase they were looking for. Furthermore, their task is to get out of the premises of the local cyber community without suspicion.
Fisa and Harry greet Jormac with a smile after he manages to retrieve the red suitcase from the warehouse. The two of them were still in the room, watching over the people who had been sprawled by Fisa's actions.
"Good job, Jormac!" puji Fisa's.
"In this way, we're even" said Harry.
Jormac smiled at the compliment and replied, "Come, we're out of here. I hope you're okay, Harry."
Harry is not too worried, because he has long wanted to quit the cyber world. Although there were those who were after him, he did not feel that there was anything interesting to watch out for, so he felt that he would be safe. Together with the red suitcase they managed to get, they immediately left the place of the local cyber community.
With a strong determination, Harry decided to stay for a while, while he told Fisa and Jormac to leave first. He convinces them not to worry about him, as he will survive at any cost.
Jormac and Fisa, though with heavy hearts, eventually leave Harry behind. Before actually parting ways, Jormac gives a final message, "Don't die, Harry!"
Harry smiled and replied, "Good luck, buddy!" energetically.
