Lily was surprised by the question, she held David's hand firmly. Feel tight when the woman he believes is his mother does not approach him. 


David held Lily's hand firmly. "Can we come in? It's rude of you not to accept guests."


The woman looked around the house before letting her in.


An old-fashioned house, there is only a wooden living room and a tube television and some empty rooms. Folded floor mattress. For the floor is only open from keramin, but from smoothed cement.


"What do you want?"


Lily just kept quiet, looking at the woman who was avoiding her gaze. 


"You don't want to tell my wife anything?" Ask David.


"There's nothing I need to tell you," said the woman staring intently at Lily. "You know it not."


"I don't know anything" Lily said in a choked voice holding back a cry.


"You know! My husband and I don't want to have any more contact with you! Although my blood is on you, but it means nothing! You're nothing to me."


"Mother…."


"Don't call me that!"


"Stop yelling at my wife" David threatened in annoyance.


"Why did you bring your wife here? He's already your family, isn't he? Go away you guys."


Lily held tightness in the chest.


"Please go home before my husband comes, you're not part of my family anymore."


"Where's dad?"


"Don't call him that."


"Don't point at my wife's face" said David shaking his hand. "We're coming up well, you should treat us the same."


The woman laughed. "Why should? I told you, you're not welcome here."


"Talk politely to my wife."


"I didn't expect him, he was a bad-ass bringer to me."


"Hey, watch what you say."


"It's okay, David." Lily stood up first. "Let's go back. Thank you for letting us in."


Lily came out first, David knew it was a result of holding back tears. While David was still inside, staring at the woman who could throw Lily. "You'll regret doing that to her."


"I didn't expect it."


"You're gonna do it. And you need to remember, the man who hurt my wife will never live quietly."


David immediately got out, following Lily who was holding back crying in the car. "Forgot him, I cursed him."

Lily was more silent, she was curled up on the bed. As usual, Lily endured the crying and bore the burden alone.


He only moved when he felt David lying next to him. Lily turned to face David. "You want lunch?"


"Not hungry."


Lily kept quiet when David was busy with his phone. David realizes Lily's feelings, he keeps the phone. "Why should you be sad? You got me rich and handsome. What's less than me?"


Lily quiet.


"You can buy whatever you want if you're with me, I make you happy and can do anything. They just give you pain, forget it. You better keep remembering me."


Lily was still silent, her mind raging on her parents.


"You have a handsome and charming husband."


Why would they throw it away again?


"I'm rich and good, you should be grateful."


"I'm grateful" Lily said at the end. His voice held back the crying.


"You want to cry?"


Lily shook her head.


"I know you want to cry, you want to borrow my arms?"


"No."


"Stop holding everything by yourself. I'm being kind, so I'm gonna hug you."


Lily was shocked as David hugged her tightly all of a sudden.


"Want to cry?"


That was when Lily's cry broke, she tightly hugged David and hid her face in the man's chest. So bitter that David couldn't bear to wipe Lily's head.


And David's arrogance is not lost. "Look, you're being hugged by a man who's handsome, rich and smart. And that man is your husband, lucky for you."


Lily was just crying, feeling her pain being delivered. 


"You were abandoned by them, but picked up by me. Already, if you cry all the time you'll be a lunatic."

David exited the Villa into the swimming pool at the back. While smoking, David stared at the back of the villa which showed the beautiful valley at night.


There was not much David could do with Lily, the woman was more silent and crying herself.


David needs an idea. He sucked his cigarette strong, the view did not shift from its tree-dominated surroundings. One more thing, many animal sounds at night, make David really feel the sensation of fresh wild nature. The land of Java is beautiful, the countryside is still dominated by forests, and this is fun.


"You're calling me, Young Master?" Holland asked after he got the call.


"Holland, come here."


Holland approaching.


"You pecked at them?"


"Yes, there's not much they do. Just preparing for a trip to China."


David took his cigarette back. "What about my order?"


"Pangandaran Beach?"


David nodded. "I'll take Lily there and honeymoon there."


"I've booked a large villa that overlooks the beach."


"Good.." David threw away the cigarette butts. "And when I get back to Jakarta, I'll take the plane."


"Everything I've prepared, Young Master."


David nodded. "Good job, you can come back."


David returns to the room, where Lily is sound asleep there. David approached and lay down beside his small wife.


"Sleep, tomorrow will be a long day. We're going on a honeymoon, sweet as sweet as my wealth."
