"You need to start keeping everything in check" Oma said as Lily continued to look at the picture in her hand. A photo of USG himself showing two baby forerunners in his stomach.
"Lila, did you hear Oma?"
"Yes, Oma."
"Begin drinking pregnancy milk, Oma will buy it."
"What if David finds out?"
Oma frowned. "What?"
"This pregnancy was a surprise for her, Oma. Lily must be able to hide it for five more days so that David receives it right on his birthday."

Eta who was in the kitchen, making a snack for the two turned her head for a moment. He was listening earlier. "How about we change this milk cover to high-adding milk?"

"Okay, Big Madam."
Oma refocused on Lily, she looked at the woman who kept wiping her flat stomach. "How are we going to give him a surprise later?"
"Eum, Lily thinks Lily's coming at lunchtime."
"Oh yeah, now don't send lunch?"
Lily shook her head. "David banned because Lily is still not completely healthy."
Oma thought silently. "How about we make a present now? Made as beautiful as possible."
"Test pack and photo USG?"
Oma nodded with a smile. "You bring it, while Oma follows with the cake. You don't have to bring a cake that will burden you, let's just Oma."
Lily nodded in agreement, and they began wrapping up the gift Lily was about to give David. A box containing tets pack and USG photos.
As Oma and Lily do that, Eta cooks lunch for both of them to order.
Seeing Oma and Lily sharing a joke makes Eta happy, she is happy to see her employer get the happiness she is looking for. It was obvious how Oma treated Lily, that she loved her very much. Her employer had been looking for a figure who would look after her grandson, and now she found him.

The next day after the pregnancy checkup, Lily drinks the pregnant milk while waiting for David to come home from work.
Just as she was drinking, her husband came. "Good night, honey, sorry I'm late" said David hugging Lily from behind and kissing her neck.
It was David doing it while Lily was still drinking milk. He immediately finished it off before David choked him.
"What milk are you drinking?"
"High milk enhancer."
David laughing. "I like your little body, don't add I'm fine."
Lily pursed her lips. "But I'm the one who feels bad."
David chuckles, he gives Lily a kiss on the cheek. "You don't cook?"
"Don't you say you don't have to because of dinner outside?" Lily asked with a surprised look, she just cooked dinner for him. "You want to eat again?"
David laughed, giving Lily another kiss on the nose. "You feeling better?"
Lily nodded slowly, this is the department. David asked with his hands slithering behind Lily's nape. It's not what having sex, but it should be portion-fitting and not too exhausted, that's what doctors say.
"Then I'm going to take a shower, wait for me in bed" David said, giving a kiss to the neck before moving away.
Lily smiled earlier, until David was lost behind Lily's door and started to fidget. He stared at the clock on the wall. "Gosh, it's night. I should how?"
Lily bit her nails agitated, for a few minutes she stayed on the first floor thinking about what she was going to do, thinking about the plan that was going to be made. David can't take her to the afternoon until morning, making Lily get the idea.
He rushed to the second floor, precisely to his room. There she gets David hasn't come out of the bathroom, gets Lily into the bathroom.
"Do you come in to see me?"
Lily lowered her head in shame as David came out of the bath without a thread, and he put on a towel to wrap it around his waist.
"I was about to brush my teeth" Lily said.
And as she expected, David hugged her from behind, kissed her and gave her some kissmarks on the neck.
In one pull, Lily now sits on the sink, which makes David easily lift Lily's clothes and leave her with underwear only.
David really misses togetherness like this, three days he held back and finally can now be done.
"Wait, David." Lily said as David was about to undress.
"What's up, honey? Do you still feel unwell?"
"Not so."
"Then why?" David kissed Lily's lips in making her have to hold her nape. "Tell me."
