Revenge that Rules the Heart

Hariz ran his second wheel at a speed on his way to his home after returning from work. On the corner of the road, suddenly there was a woman who tried to stop the speed of her motorcycle.

Hariz pulled his vehicle over the shoulder of the road and approached the woman who had asked him to stop. The young woman told him about the condition of her car at the time, which she said had suddenly broken down in the middle of the road. So that he must ask for help to people who stumble across.

Hariz tried to help him by trying to power the engine of the four-wheeled vehicle. His position is now inside the front of the car. Just sitting behind the steering wheel when unexpectedly the woman came in and sat next to Hariz.

The unknown woman then ruffled her own clothes and hair while shouting hysterically for help to everyone who passed by on the highway.

While Hariz who did not expect to be faced with such a situation was only fixated for a moment with his mouth agape. His consciousness had not been able to digest with what was happening before him. So that there are many people who are now surrounding the car that is still parked and inside there is Hariz and the woman who owns the car who continues to scream for help.

"Please .. This depraved man was trying to harass me!" he accuses the people who were already swarming around the scene.

Hariz. He only realized that the woman had deliberately trapped him by pretending to ask for help when he had passed. Hariz tried to explain the actual chronology to everyone. But, seeing the condition of the woman who was so convincing with the clothes that had been messy and hair that they ignored all the explanations from Hariz.

Residents forcibly took Hariz out and began giving raw bogem to Hariz while berating and cursing with obscene and dirty words. While Hariz has no ability to fight the people who gangbanged him because the number of more than five people who were consumed by sedition from foreign women.

On the sidelines of the riot, the woman received a call from someone while talking very slowly.

"Beres, Miss Nelly" he said half a whisper.

Meanwhile, Hariz was escorted to the police station by the police because one of the residents had contacted the nearest police station.

They do not realize if accusing people of adultery is very severe in the Islamic law.

Because in fact, it is not only zina that is threatened with severe punishment in Islamic law. Accusing others of adultery also received the same threat of punishment.

In the books of fiqh, accusing others of adultery is termed as qadf, whose definition as expressed by Sheikh Muhammad bin Qasim in Fathul Qarib (Surabaya: Kharisma, 2000), p. 282 is:

فصل في بيان أحكام القذف. وهو لغةً الرمي، وشرعًا الرمي بالزنا على جهة التعيير لتخرج الشهادة بالزنا

It is thus understood that when a person accuses another person of adultery, he will be held accountable for his accusation. He must be able to present four male witnesses (one of whom is himself) who both witnessed the accused of adultery, namely inserting the male genitals into the female genitals, by looking directly (naked eye) without any obstruction. The fourth testimony must be uniform.

If the accuser is unable to present a witness with the above provisions, then the situation is reversed, the accuser will be threatened with punishment hadd qadf, which is whipped 80 times. This punishment does not apply when the accuser is the husband of the accused who has sworn li’an.

Among the statements that fall under the category of adultery as described by Shaykh Sulaiman al-Azhari, author of Hashiyah al-Jamal, is when someone says to someone else: “engkau berzina”, or “hai adultere”, or “your sexuality is adulterated”, or “you put your genitals on a sex that is haram”, or he said to a child: “You are not the son of the fulan”, or he said to a child, or “engkau zina” child, and so on.

Without us knowing or with awareness, often we gossip others while tucking into accusations that someone has committed adultery. Worse, it is usually this kind of gossip topic that is liked by us.

Not infrequently we call the child an illegitimate child, a first accident and others when we do not have enough evidence to strengthen our statements, nor do we have witnesses who witnessed the act. Just a word of mouth. Whereas if a baby is born six months after the marriage contract, then of course it is legal fikih, because fikih considers at least the gestation period is six months.

It should be of concern to us that this charge of adultery is a criminal act of defamation, which although in Indonesia there is no definite law about punishment for someone who accuses of adultery, is not a crime, but of course his sin is still left and will not be melted until we accuse him of giving his forgiveness.

While Nelly who was sitting in a wheelchair just smiled cynically after he called Cindy the woman. His heart cheered with satisfaction at the sight of Hariz now being humiliated by the throats made by him.

Since Nelly's kiss from his comedy is quite long. He harbors a deep grudge against Hariz and his beloved little family.

"You have destroyed my soul and body like this, Mas Hariz. Then you and your little family should be able to feel as I think it is today, ' Nelly murmured when she realized that she was not perfect like she used to be. Sometimes circumstances can change a person from good to evil and from evil to good. Just like what happened to Nelly.

In the past, it never crossed his mind to do evil to Hariz, the man who had ensnared his heart since the beginning of his introduction. But, after he felt disappointed and hurt unilaterally to make his heart compare back to being a person who like not having empathy and pity.

Nelly's soul and feelings had already been overcome by the fire of anger and burning revenge that was entrenched in his chest when what he wanted could no longer be achieved in his grasp.

"I can't have you, Mom. That means Dhena, your first wife should also have the same fate as me. Both can not live with you anymore so we can all feel how the pain of loss," said Nelly while staring giddy at the photo of Hariz who is now in his grasp.
