Carlo exits the inn with Grigori, Igor, and Ivan right at sunset. They hired an online taxi that would take the four men to the airport.
Carlo wore a baseball cap and cloth mask to hide his handsome face. He also attached the cover of his hoodie jacket to the head, then rested his back on the passenger seat.
The weather was pretty cold that evening. It is much cooler than in Italy. However, it was not about this that Carlo was thinking about and deeply disturbed him, but an overnight dream. A very clear picture for him, that Miabella left him and chose to go with another man.
“Have your spies in Casa de Luca told you?” he asked slowly to the Grigori who was sitting on the right side.
“Not yet, Young Master. Just yesterday he gave the news,” said Grigori while chuckling softly. "Usually he will only give news, if there is something very important and interesting," explained the middle-aged man.
“Ehm.” Carlo cleared his throat to cover up his embarrassment while glancing at Ivan who turned out to be engrossed in playing mobile phones, so as not to listen to the conversation between the master and Grigori.
However, another case with Igor who sits in the driver's side seat. He watched Carlo's every move through the rear-view mirror, although he could not listen and also did not understand what the young master and Grigori were talking about. “We have arrived,” Igor said a few minutes later.
The four men descended together. They then walked gallantly to the area within the airport. The last flight to Moscow leaves at twenty or less ten minutes.
After going through the check-in process and getting a boarding pass, Igor circulated his gaze around. He had to make sure that conditions were safe and that no one was following them. Whereas
Igor was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief when the plane took off and arrived in Moscow two hours later.
Grigori stepped first to direct them to the meeting point. From the airport, they took a taxi to the train station. However, they did not want to take the train. Grigori took the crown prince with Igor and Ivan on a long platform, then stopped in front of a public toilet.
“What are we here for? Are you going to pee first, Grigori?” ask Carlo astonishment.
Grigori just shook her head slowly while putting her index finger on her lips. He gestured for Carlo as well as Igor and Ivan to stand lined up on the side wall of the toilet entrance.
Not long after, an old man came out from there carrying a walking stick. He paused for a moment while observing the Grigori. After that, the man reached into his coat pocket and then looked around. As if no one was looking, the old man handed him something he had just taken out of his pocket, then gave it to the Grigori while passing by, as if nothing had happened before.
Grigori received an object that turned out to be blank paper. The man tauten the paper, then walked back towards the platform he had passed before. Carlo, Igor, and Ivan rush to follow Grigori despite being astonished by the man's attitude.
The grigori then reached out toward the long iron stool available on the platform. Nothing was done by the other three men, except to follow what Grigori did. After which, Grigori positioned herself. He sat between them and opened the paper he had squeezed. The paper now looks crumpled. “Can I ask for a match?” tanyakanya.
Carlo hastily reached into the pocket of the hoodie jacket, then thrust an automatic match to the Grigori. “Thank you.” The man lit Carlo's match and placed it under the paper. When the blank paper was exposed to heat from a burning fire, a series of Latin writings appeared along with the paper that began to burn. However, Grigori had already read the writing first. "Come, I've got the coordinates." Grigori got up immediately, then walked quickly outside the station.
"Where are we going?" carlo asked as he continued to follow Grigori from behind.
"Not far from here is the place, sir," Grigori's reply sounded so strange in Carlo's ears. However, the handsome man did not want to respond to her again. Similarly, Igor and Ivan showed a tense and alert look. They unceasingly spread their eyes around.
The man's fourth step stopped at an old building located not far from the train station. The building seems uninhabited. Seen from the absence of lighting at all there. "Come on." Grigori led him in there confidently.
"Don't!" grigori exclaimed as Carlo turned on the flashlight on his phone. "There can be no light here" whispered the middle-aged man.
"Why?" Carlo knitted his brows inexplicably. He observed that the only source of light was a full moon covered in clouds. Carlo could see it clearly, because the five-story building had no roof. The building was hollow like a blast.
"That's the rule" Grigori replied. A moment later, he stopped his steps while raising one hand as a signal for everyone to stop.
"Wind sounds?" sahut Igor's.
"It's coming from above" said Ivan.
Carlo looked up while sharpening his vision. "Where is the circular staircase?" tanyakanya.
"To top," replied Ivan. He first went down a circular staircase attached to one with the wall of the building. They all followed very carefully. Ivan who was at the front, immediately stopped at the last step. "Mr Vasiliev?" call him to someone standing on the remaining roof floor.
"Yes. Introduce who you are, "let someone have a heavy voice there.
Ivan did not immediately reply, instead he turned to Grigori for advice.
"Keep up and shake the man's hand" said Grigori.
Ivan also said. He continued his steps. The man walked very carefully through the roof floor on the remaining ledges, until he arrived in front of a man who was not alone. Behind him stood another man who looked much younger. Ivan then retreated and invited the advancing Grigori, remembering the man who knew Boris. "I brought you the crown prince, sir," Grigori said without further ado.
Hearing that, Carlo immediately stepped forward and stood beside Grigori. He showed the pendant necklace along with the folding knife to the man before him. "My name is Karl Mikhailov" said Carlo. One man behind the older one moved forward and took the knife for granted, then handed it to the old man.
"Hey!" carlo protest.
"I'm sorry my son. He is sometimes a little rude and unfriendly. However, in fact he is a very firm man of conviction is also loyal. Oh yea. My name is Boris and this is my eldest son Fyodor" the old man said.
"So you're the missing prince?" ask cyodor cynically. "What do you want to talk to us about?"
"I want to offer cooperation," Carlo replied calmly.
"I am a member of Parliament. I'm not sure if this is a good idea. However, if my father has forced me to come here, then I cannot refuse" said Fyodor. "And I was just delivering a message from Grigori Kostya. Why am I being included?" continued.
"Mr Boris was close friends with Mr. Nikolai. Moreover, Mr. Nikolai is very meritorious towards this country. Surely you know that well. Isn't that right, Mr Fyodor?" grigori asked half-sneakedly.
"Nikolai is dead. Now the government regards the Red Wolf Clan as an enemy. Anything that has no advantage or harm to the government will be considered an enemy and must be eradicated. That's the reality and I can't do anything about it" Boris said.
"It was all because of Viktor. He's the one who made this clan become violent," Grigori explained.
"That's why we're pursuing Viktor. He became the most hunted man in the country. However, unfortunately due to the actions of federal agents who betrayed, Viktor became so difficult to arrest" said Fyodor.
"That's what I'm offering, sir. Give me the power to destroy Viktor and I will restore the security of this country from the threat he and all his followers" Carlo said.
"Then, what kind of reward are you asking for?" asked Fyodor again, still in a cynical tone.
"Let me rebuild the Red Wolf Clan. I'll make sure we become one of the sources of government power. Like before," replied Carlo confidently.
