The Bodyguard's

The Bodyguard's
Without You

Miabella was able to catch a worried look, from her new waitress as she was laid out in a gurney by nurses. “Don't worry, Miss. I'll accompany you here. Miss will not be alone,” said Luciella who is even still wearing her maid uniform.

A very forced smile, the one from the beautiful lips of Miabella. I don't know how long it's been since the girl didn't do it. “Wait for me here,” the message. Miabella's tone sounded weak. In addition to feeling panicked, the medics had brought him into the action room. They shut the door tight.

Princess Matteo de Luca never once entered the hospital as it is today. He was so tense, when a nurse put a blood pressure and heart rate gauge on his left arm. After that, another nurse took off the pajamas attached to Miabella's body, then replaced them with special clothes for the patient.

Not long after, a doctor in a blue uniform came to check on Miabella while talking to other nurses. “Someone who escorted him earlier, said that this lady had bleeding in a vital part of her body,” explained the nurse in a whispering voice. However, Miabella could hear what she was saying clearly.

“Then I will call Dr. Dario,” said the man who was the guard doctor earlier, while walking outside the room. A few minutes later, another doctor came in and ordered the nurses to lift both of Miabella's legs and place them on a foam-covered iron handle.

The doctor, who Miabella did not know her name, examined her carefully, making her feel very uncomfortable. All his life, only Carlo had seen the most personal part of himself. However, of course Miabella could not protest, because the doctor was only doing his professional duties.

“Can you remember the last time a month came, Madam?” ask the doctor suddenly. He also turned his attention completely to Miabella's face.

“About five days ago,” replied the beautiful girl was short.

“Are you sure?” ask the doctor again with intonation and a face that sounds strange.

“Of course I'm sure. What kind of stupid question is that?” grumbled Miabella slowly.

“This is not a stupid question, because you have already had a miscarriage, Madam. That's why I asked that,” said the doctor. A short sentence that was able to destroy the heart and mind of Miabella right then and there.

“What? Miscarriage-to-miscarriage?” asked the gray-eyed girl. “A-does that mean I'm pregnant?” miabella asked again with her whole body beginning to tremble. Miabella did not think she was two-bodied.

“We have to give action as soon as possible to clean your uterus,” break up doctor who does not care about Miabella's question.

“How could I be pregnant? All this time my menstruation was smooth,” rebutted Miabella with a tone that sounded doubtful.

“All is possible, Madam. Come the month that you have experienced over the last few days, most likely not menstrual blood, but bleeding that comes from the uterus,” explained the doctor again with caution.

“Ja-so, am I really pregnant?” Miabella repeated her question, with eyes filled with disbelief.

“Allow us to take action to clean your uterus. The faster, the better,” said the doctor half-urgently. Again, Miabella had no choice.

Miabella nodded weakly. He allowed the medics who had changed personnel, to make a series of preparations before the curettage.

"Didn't your husband take you, Madam?" ask one of the nurses who is giving medicine to test for an allergic reaction.

Miabella grimaced as she felt her hand hurt. That was when, he had the chance to shed tears while shaking his head slowly. "He is abroad" he replied weakly.

"Dearly enough. Support from your husband is needed in terms of what it is now, especially if this is your first pregnancy," the nurse said.

Miabella gave no more response. He was still shocked at the sudden turn of events. A moment later, another nurse placed an oxygen tube on her nose. The longer, Miabella's vision became more and more twitched. Soon, the girl was completely unconscious.

A few moments have passed. Miabella opened her eyes slowly. However, the drowsiness that is so strong still whack the beautiful girl the owner of the de Luca winery. Miabella fell asleep again.

After a few hours, the doctor who handled it came to visit Miabella's ward. Though he could go home on that day after the curette process was completed. However, Luciella could not bear to see the state of the young lady who looked weak.

"I'm still limp, Doctor," Miabella replied in a raucous voice.

"It's okay. It was very natural after the curette process," he explained. "We can estimate your fetus is approximately eight weeks old, Madam,” explained the doctor again made Miabella who was still swept away in weakness and drowsiness, immediately forced herself to open her eyes.

“Eight weeks, yes?” Miabella looked at the doctor for a moment before setting her eyes on the ceiling of the room. A speck of tears returned to drip and wet the pillow covered with white cloth that became a buffer to his sleep. 'Just at the same time as the passing of Carlo’, the inner beautiful girl.

“All will be well, Madam. Rest,” tell the doctor.

"When can I go home, Doctor?" miabella asked in a voice that still sounded weak.

“Actually you can go straight home. However, the girl who had ushered here requested that you stay one night here. Are you waiting for your husband to come here?" the doctor looked at Miabella with a look of pity.

"Not really. My husband is not in Italy" Miabella replied quietly.

"alright. I'll ask the nurse to call the girl who drove you earlier" the doctor said again before he left.

"Thank you, Doctor," Miabella replied. He then turned his gaze outside the glass window, where a cloudy twilight sky was seen. This autumn felt so gray to him.

A moment later, Luciella walked into the room. However, Miabella did not care about it. The girl was floating out of nowhere.

“Nona?” call Luciella while waiting until Miabella turns to her.

“Are you okay?" ask the girl doubt.

Hearing Luciella's voice there, Miabella awakens. The girl looked at him with her still adorable look.

"Are you okay?" Luciella asked the same thing again.

"I'm fine" said Miabella quietly.

“Thank God,” said the young girl while exhaling a sigh of relief. He reached into the cell phone stored in the pocket of the waiter's uniform, then contacted someone. Luciella walked slightly away from the bed, when her call was answered. “Mr Grigori, you should hear this news,” whispered while moving to the corner of the room. “Nona Miabella turns out to be pregnant. I am currently accompanying him in the hospital. She just had a miscarriage."

The Grigori who had just taken off the suit she was wearing, became extremely shocked after hearing the report from Luciella.

“Explain in detail,” the door with a worried look.

“So morning miss complained of stomach pain, sir. I saw that her lower clothes were already soaked with blood. I immediately took her to the hospital and it turned out that she had a miscarriage. The doctor has also finished taking action on the young lady,” said Luciella at length.

Grigori let out a long breath after ending her call. This is very bad news. As much as possible, Carlo should not know if his lover was pregnant and had a miscarriage, because it would affect the concentration of the successor to the throne of the Red Wolf Clan. Grigori was too afraid that his hard-won plans would fail, had Carlo not been able to focus. He must minimize all risks, including hiding bad news about Miabella's condition.

Meanwhile, far away in Moscow. Carlo is having dinner with Ivan and Igor. However, since this morning he felt that something was making him uncomfortable. However, Carlo could not clearly interpret the strange feeling. “Why is this?” thought Carlo. He put down the spoon, then shifted the plate away.

“What's up, Young Master? Why don't you continue the dinner? Is the food bad?” ask Igor to astonishment.

“Entahlah. My tongue was suddenly bitter. Whereas before, there was no problem with Isadora cuisine,” Carlo murmured doubtfully. "This day I also feel like ...." Carlo did not continue his words. He also walked away from the dining table.
