That morning, several employees of S&D Group in some parts were crowded because of the news circulating. Some employees talked about Tia's appearance at the office where they worked.
“Tadi, I saw firsthand Bu Tia coming into this office with Miss Cindy. Wah . . . wow, what is this. Don't-don't there will be a drama of revenge.” Say one of the employees who made a meeting with several other employees.
“Can be. Listen, Bu Tia gets special privileges from Mr. Raka. We know what kind of ability Bu Tia has. Which can be compared to others. Let alone that intern.” Reply to other employees accompanied by another giggling laugh.
Gilang and Dera overheard the other employees talking as they returned from Mr. Erwin's room. Dera heard clearly that the other employees were mocking him. Dera wanted to directly approach the employee who was gossiping, but was driven by Gilang.
“Do not make a crowd in the office. Just hold.” Gilang Order.

Dera chose to follow Gilang's orders. Because they were discovered one of the employees was kissing in the office two days ago, both are being talked about in a group chat forum or in person. Gilang chose to slightly keep his distance from Dera because of her current status as Tia's husband.

“Then, why did you two meet me together? Why can't we go one by one?” ask Mr. Raka with his serious face.
“There is something I want to talk to you about. But I think, Tia can say it first.” Cindy said.
“Emmm . . Sorry Mr. Raka. One year ago, when I submitted my resignation, I once said if I wanted to join the S&D group again, I would be accepted back at age.”
“Betul. I remember clearly saying that. So?”
“So, I want to reapply to work in the company. I'm sorry, Sir. I did not go through HRD and went straight to see Dad. But I feel if I have to go straight to see Mr. Raka because Mr. directly ever said that to me. I was placed in any part, I will accept it, Sir.”
“Why?” ask Raka.
“For which part, Sir?” Tia asked in confusion.
“I will not ask why you applied for a job at my company again, I have heard a little news from Bagas. What I'm asking is, why would you want to be placed in any part? Are you willing to put me as a regular employee again in this company.”
“If you accept me back, it's already as a blessing to me, sir. So I have no right to ask for more than that.”
“Ok, briefly. I want to know what Cindy is going to talk about. Please Cindy.”
“I'd like to resign today, Mr.” Cindy said that sentence made Tia surprised, Tia immediately looked at Cindy with a look of disbelief.
“I'm sorry, Sir. But I'm sure you've got my performance reports for the past month. I feel if my performance is dropping sharply and can't finish some projects.”
“Lantas?” ask Raka again.
“I'm pregnant, Mr. Raka. That's why I can't work at my maximum. I'm sorry, Sir. My condition is not at a good stage because of this content. So I will resign today.”
“I will receive your resignation letter, because I cannot force someone who is two-bodied. But Cindy, I will not give the same offer with Tia.”
“I'm fine, sir. After marriage, I will follow my husband to move to America.” Cindy's words made Tia widen her eyes again.
“Alright, you can get out of this room, Cindy. I still have to with Tia. And finish your day here if you can, but if your condition is not possible, you can go directly to HRD.”
“I'm still up for today, sir. Thanks.” Cindy shakes Raka's hand and walks out of the room leaving Tia alone.
“Bagas, bring me a problematic proposal the other day.” Raka's orders to her personal assistant.
Bagas went into the room with one proposal that did not continue because it was hindered by problems. Raka read the report for a while and presented the report to Tia.
“Try reading, Tia. What do I need to do to get this project going. No manager can give me the right solution. Rio can give me an answer, but he won't handle it.”
Tia skimmed through the proposal and analyzed it. Ten minutes later, Tia gave her opinion on which part was problematic in the proposal. Because Tia can find the problematic part, the 26-year-old woman can also provide a solution. Tia confidently answered every question that Raka asked. After hearing the reply from Tia, Raka nodded her head with a confident face.
“I know if you are different, and this is your place. Welcome to Tia. You'll take Cindy's place. You deserve it.” Raka stood up and stretched out her hand wanting to shake Tia's hand.
“Really, Sir? Ta . . but, I feel it is inappropriate to return to this position, Mr.”
“They will no one dare question my judgment. They will be silent because you can solve this problem. This proposal has been hanging for two weeks and does not continue because there are problems in some parts. And you, Tia, you can find her. This proposal will be your first project tomorrow.”
“Thanks, Mr. Raka. Thank you very much.” Tia is so happy.
“No need to thank. You got it because of your ability.”
Tia came out of Raka's room with a big smile on her lips. She meets Cindy who was waiting for her at Caca's desk, Raka's secretary. Tia hugged her best friend with full of feelings because of the rizki she got today.
Tia told me what she was doing in Raka's room. Without realizing it, there are ears that listen to the story. At the speed of light, Caca's hands changed from her laptop keyboard to her mobile keyboard. The news of Tia's return and her achievements in solving problems immediately circulated throughout the company's group chat. Everyone knew the news was not except Gilang and Dera.
