“Tia? You're inside?” Rio knocked on Tia's room door. Rio did not find Tia all over the house when he came home that night.
“You've come home?” tia asked as she opened the door for Rio.
Rio saw that both of Tia's eyes were swollen as if they were crying. He learned of the incident this afternoon from Bagas.
“I'm sorry for not being next to you.” Rio hugged Tia, and the beautiful woman returned her husband's embrace and was glad to get some consolation from Rio.
“My work is very much because Raka does not exist, so I have to carry out his responsibilities. Next time something like this won't happen again. I'll increase the security of the front lobby so as not to carelessly enter.”
“I'm fine, Rio. I'm fine now.” Tia relaxed her embrace.
“See both your eyes.” Rio rubbed both of Tia's puffy eyes. “ These pretty eyes look so sad. Is there anything I can do to get her back to cheer?” rio asked thoughtfully then he gently dyed Tia's forehead.
“There you are currently with me, it is much better than any consolation. Thank you for calming me down without asking me anything. I don't think I can hold back my tears if I tell you now.”
Rio attached his second Tia head again, “I'll be a good listener if you can already tell it. But if it still can not be revealed, I will give you a beautiful memory so you can forget your sadness.”
“I'll take a shower and accompany you in the room later. Can?”
“Of course you can. Don't rush to accompany me. I'm already fine.” Tia forced her smile, but Rio knew clearly that Tia was pretending to be strong in front of him.
“Alright, I'll go to my room. Don't lock your door. I'll be right up to you in a minute.”
Rio entered Tia's room after finishing refreshing his body. As she opened the door of Tia's room slowly, Tia was already sound asleep with her eyes still leaving a trace of her crying. Slowly Rio corrected Tia's sleeping position. Rio attentively put down Tia's cushioned head and also gave a warm blanket to his wife.
Rio lay next to Tia and gently stroked her hair. He loved the woman who was sleeping in front of him. There was a regret that perched in his heart because he could not protect him directly. Tia had not wanted their relationship to be open to the public yet, and Rio solemnly kept his promise to do whatever Tia wanted.
“Sleep, baby. I'll take care of you tonight.” Rio tightened Tia's body and hugged her warmly. The man was so calm whenever he was by his wife's side. Never once did Rio feel the feeling of wanting to have someone, but with Tia, he had more feelings than just wanting to have, Rio also wanted to monopolize Tia's entire life just for her.
