“Hallo, Bagas.” Sapa Tia by phone call.
“What's Tia?”
“Can I help me make an appointment with Mr Raka? I want to file a letter resign.”
“What!!! Is there a problem, Tia?”
“No . . No, Gas. Just help me to meet with Mr. Raka.”

After five minutes of waiting, Tia gets a message from Bagas telling her that Mr. Raka can meet her for a while. “Good day, Sir?”
“Siang, Tia. We just go straight away because I can't stay long. Why do you want to quit my company? Is your salary less?”
“No, Sir. My salary is huge.”
“Then what?” Raka asked with a serious face.
“Emmm . . I'm getting married, sir. So I want to resign and focus on my new family.” Reply Tia with certainty.
“Who's the lucky guy who gets a tough girl like you?” raka's question makes Tia flutter because it is praised by a leader whose good looks nothing beats in the company.
“She's Missing, Sir. Marketing employees in the company father.” Answer Tia timidly.
“But this is the will of her future husband and family, sir.”
“Means this is not your wish?”
“This has been my wish and belief, sir. I beg you, Sir. Please accept my resignation letter.”
“You sure, Tia? I give a leak if you become one of the candidates who will get a promotion if the project you hold is currently successful.”
The information he just got was able to make him think hard with his decision that he had taken since last night. A high position with a stable economy is certainly always his dream since he felt how heavy living in a minimal upbringing would be enough. When he almost changed his decision, there was a shadow of Gilang who last night felt very happy about his decision to resign from the company.
“I'm sure to resign, Sir.” Tia answered in the end.
“Alright, I have your resignation letter. Since your project is underway, I hope you can complete it first with a sense of responsibility. After that, please contact HRD and the salary section to get your rights. Bagas later who will forward information to them.”
“Thanks, Sir.” Tia stood up and shook Raka's hand.
“I have to say goodbye first. My wife has waited too long. It's good to work with you, Tia. The company will always accept you at any time if you change your mind. I will never waste anyone who is talented and willing to work in my company.”
“Thanks for the offer, Sir.”
Raka left first from his room because he did not want to make his wife wait too long. Followed by Tia who came out of Raka's room. When he came down and reached the floor of his office, he was greeted by several other employees who had heard the news that he was going to resign. “Bu Tia, why do you want to resign from this company? What about us?” ask some of the Team members that Tia leads.
“You will still be able to advance in this company with my replacement later. Please tell all the team if I will hold a meeting in 30 minutes.”
