A few days have passed.
Aiden and his family are going back to town today. Not to forget they made a pilgrimage to the tomb of Haira's parents in the village.
"Are you ready?" ask Haira to her two children.
"Already, Mom." Harry and William answered in a doldrums.
"Why do you look lethargic?" Aiden looked in wonder.
"We still want to be here, Mom, Dad" Harry said.
"Darling, I have to work. He can't leave his office in a long time. You got it, didn't you?" Haira tried to convince her children.
"But I'm a boss, Mom. If a boss will be allowed as he pleases in the office," said William.
"Who said that?" ask Aiden.
"Aunt Resya."
"No, William. Even though Dad's a boss, but you can't give up responsibilities in the office. Then, what is the use of school fathers far away if the edges fall at home. That's called slacker." Aiden gave an explanation.
"Oh, so. So Aunt Resya's a slacker, Dad." Harry argued.
"No, it's not. Aunt Resya is not lazy. He only thinks from his point of view" Aiden said.
"Yes, let's go." Haira walks towards their car followed by Aiden and their two children.
The car also left. As usual, they will fall asleep when it is half the way. However, Aiden could not sleep. For some reason today her feelings became uneasy about Haira. He decided to stay awake so that his ugly premonition did not occur.
"Pir, don't pass from the lonely streets, yeah. And have the bodyguards pick us up at the intersection of the city" Aiden said.
"Good, Sir. The driver immediately called Lim, the head of the bodyguard, to pick them up at the city crossing. The place where the steep dirt path of the village ends.
Until the moment they arrived at the intersection of the city, the cars of the guards were already faithfully waiting for them. Aiden can breathe.
They continued their journey with two escort cars. One was in the front, and the other was in the back of their car.
Haira woke up from her sleep when she felt the speed of the car getting faster. While the twins are still soundly asleep in the middle bench. Haira and Aiden sat on the back bench.
"Away awake?" aiden asked as he rubbed Haira's head slowly.
"Why is there a guard car? And it's at this hour but why did it just get here?" asked Haira while looking at her watch.
"It's okay. I just told them to pick us up. And I told the driver to use a crowded lane so the journey became longer."
"Oh, I guess why. Haven't you slept since we left, baby?" Haira noticed Aiden's face that showed no signs of waking up. Not to mention her hair was still neat. While Haira's hair was already disheveled. Moreover, there was a hint of saliva at the corner of his lips.
"No, I want to witness all the sights during the trip. Who can sleep on a rough road?"
"Me, William, and Harry." Haira pointed at her two children who were still asleep.
"Super, right. When you're on a smooth road, you wake up."
"I can't sleep if the car's fast."
"I know." Aiden rubbed Haira's cheek.
"You're why, 'sih. How strange. If you want to wash, then at home." Haira took Aiden's hand off her cheek. "After all my saliva is still there, aren't you disgusted?" Haira took the tissue and wiped the drool that almost dried it.
"When do I feel disgusted at you? You're the one who's always disgusted by me."
"Oh yeah, yeah." Haira smiled knot.
Aiden only smiled as he shook his head.
"Darling, we'll stop eating first, yeah. I'm hungry."
"Yes, honey. I'm hungry too. Pir, we stopped at Uncle Sean's restaurant, yeah."
"Good, Sir."
"Why should it be there? Doesn't that mean we have to wait another half hour to get there?" ask Haira.
"At Uncle Sean's restaurant, you won't doubt the safety of food there" Aiden said.
"Alright, I'm following. At least if we come, they'll serve food quickly." Haira nodded in agreement.
'I'm not going to let my bad premonition really happen. No one can hurt my Haira, Aiden's inner self.
