The Exchanged Bride

The Exchanged Bride
Special Episode - Kania

After several hours of travel, Haira and Aiden finally reached the house that is Kania's residence.

However, they saw a less pleasant sight. Seen in front of the house there is a yellow flag with many people wearing clothes like people who will do the funeral procession.

Haira's heart immediately beat fast. Bad thoughts began to enter his brain. Aiden himself was surprised by this sighting. In fact, yesterday he had told the doctor who treated Kania that they would come here.

Aiden checked his phone. And how surprised he was when he saw dozens of missed calls from Doctor Rika. His heart is now beating fast. His face looked very tense. Is Kania dead?

Haira who was already unable to dampen her bad thoughts immediately went down. Aiden was after him.

"Cania!! Ayaaa!!!" Haira shouted hysterically while running. He made the mourners surprised and looked at him in wonder.

Haira did not care about their gazes. He broke through the crowd to get into the house. Arriving inside, he saw someone covered in cloth in the middle of the person reading Yasin's letter.

Haira immediately ran over to the corpse and hugged it while crying.

"Why did you leave me so soon! I haven't even said anything yet! I haven't apologized yet, I haven't told you how my life has been without you." Haira was crying.

The mourners were shocked by Haira's words. They whispered to each other and looked pityfully at Haira.

"I beg you not to go. Don't leave me with nothing without your presence. I love you so much."

Aiden who had just entered immediately approached Haira and calmed her down. "Haira, relax, here,,,,,"

"How can I calm down. He left me without saying anything. How can I calm down if the person I love is gone even before I meet him!"

"Haira, listen to me, him,,,,,,"

"This whole thing is your fault! Because you kept her a secret from me, so I couldn't meet her."

"Wife? Whose wife? His wife?" Pointing Aiden. "He would not have lived until now if he had more than one wife."

"No, Ma'am. I mean, what's Mbah Giono's wife?" ask again.

"What's? Mbah Giono's? Who's she?" Haira scrunched her forehead. Why did they even ask about the old man in front of Kania's body?

"The one who died was Mbah Giono. He's our five husbands." The young woman showed four women of different ages with puffy eyes.

"So the one who died wasn't a woman?"

"No, Ma'am. Who died our husband. It looks like I got the wrong guy."

"Oh, you-then I'm sorry. I-I am so sorry for the death of your husband. Sorry, sorry, excuse me." Haira stood up, and left with Aiden.

Arriving at the car, Haira took a deep breath, then took it out slowly. "How can I wrong people? I'm so ashamed to be considered a wife by an old man who's married a lot."

"So I was going to say that he's not Kania." Aiden added.

"What's going on?"

"So I just read a message from Doctor Rika. He said he forgot to tell me their address isn't here anymore. They live not far from our villa."

"Oh so, thank goodness. But why don't they just stay in our villa?"

"The Rika Doctor said the house they live in now is very good and suitable for Kania. Kania herself refused to move."

"Yes, let's go. I'm so embarrassed." Haira covered her face. It was really embarrassing. It was obvious that he had ruined the sad atmosphere of the abandoned wives. Although he knew, the wives left behind, after this would be rich widows in that village.
