Bonus Chapter - Duets

A month and a half later, Haira and Aiden attend Resya's children's naming party.

The party was hosted at Dean's and Resya's vast mansion.

They invited their business partners. Reyza Armadja, Sevina and David. Also their parents who are great businessmen. Famous singers also attended the ceremony.

A song echoed in the room. Until when the singer invited the family of the event organizer to go on stage and sing, Haira immediately took Aiden's hand to go there.

"Darling, I'm ashamed" whispered Aiden.

"I'd be more embarrassed if you got off this stage."

Haira hinted Aiden to be quiet. He went to the music stylist and asked to sing a song called Drunk Widow which is his volunteer song.

"No, Haira. Not that song. People would think differently if the one singing was the wife of an Alexander" whispered Aiden.

"Then what song do you want?" haira asked half annoyed.

"How about an Endless Love song" Aiden said.

"Hmmm can too."

Haira asked the music player for the song. Music is starting to sound. Slowly they began to duet singing a romantic song that is actually an old song.

Until when they reach a duet together, they hook hands until they both look very friendly. Even Haira held Aiden's neck while continuing to sing.

No one expected that an Aiden Alexander would sing in public for the sake of his beloved wife who still looks very beautiful and slim despite having given birth to two children at once.

And no one expected Aiden to have a pretty good voice. While Haira's voice was so flattering. However, Aiden's good voice was able to cover it up.

Finished singing, all clapping for the two of them. Haira came down with pride. He was very sure that the applause was actually for his voice which HE THOUGHT was good.

"Well, I didn't expect big brother-in-law's voice to be so good." Resya was amazed to see Aiden.

"Ah not really."

"That's how it is if you never appear in public. Once it appeared to make people amazed." Dean added.

"Sister's voice, as usual, is also good."

"It doesn't have to be. I'm so embarrassed." Haira closed her mouth while chuckling.

"Where are the twins?" ask Resya.

"I slept in one of the rooms in the house. It seemed they were tired because all the way Harry kept messing around and William was crying because Harry was being bullied."

"Who's looking after them?"

"Susi and Lena are my servants."

Resya scrunched her forehead. "Suzzy and Lieuna may."

"Yes, it's almost similar. I don't want to make my life burdened just because someone's name is complicated. Especially your husband's name is difficult." Haira sneers.

"Yes, it's a little complicated indeed." Resya nodded in agreement.

"Oh yes brother, I heard Mr Feri has been fired huh?" ask Resya.

"Yes, he's proven to be selling Aiden's company data. Even now he's lost all his possessions to compensate for all my company's losses." Haira snorted in annoyance.

"It's a pity, when the position is already high." Resyas.

"Yes, but foolishly, your brother-in-law has instead loaned him money to start a new venture." Haira nudged Aiden's arm like she didn't want to listen.

"Here you go, I'm sure he's changed. I pity to see them living such a miserable life. He did that too because of forced circumstances. Don't talk about it anymore."

"show? Still wrong to defend."

"It seems like brother-in-law still doesn't like a money borrower." Dean added.

"It seems you have experience with it." Haira looked at Dean and raised her eyebrows.

Dean could only chuckle. He still remembers how Haira used to accuse him of being a money-lender, even being accused of being an actor.
