CHAPTER 29 - Women of the Past Rei

"Mommy." cried Alceo as she arrived at the mansion.

"Hi, introduce. This is Papi Ramon and Mami Adelia!" welcome Cindy asked her son to greet her former future father-in-law.

Alceo looks very happy to meet Adelia and Ramon. When shaking hands Adelia was like watching Alceo's face that was very similar to Rei when she was that age.

Adelia was speechless not daring to let out words, as she also did not want Ramon to notice the resemblance of Alceo and Rei.

"Mommy, why?" ask Cindy when she finds out Adelia is starting to find out about her son's resemblance to Rei.

"Ah, no. Your son is very handsome, isn't he?" adelia said jokingly while looking intently at Rei.

Rei just bowed down and did not dare to stare at the direction of his Mama.

"Rey, can we talk in the kitchen?" Invite Adelia who harbors great curiosity over the presence of Alceo.

The son of Ramon's family stood up and set foot into the kitchen as his mother requested.

"Why is this kid so similar to you, huh?" ask Adelia when she gets in the kitchen.

Rei did not dare to answer, he just bowed. The upset Adelia then raised her son's chin while repeating her question.

"Yes, Mommy. Cindy told me Alceo was my son." Rei answered opening his voice.

"Oh, God. What other sins is this?" adelia shouted in surprise.

Just now that Tyra's problem was over came this big problem again. Zenira who heard the conversation of her husband and father-in-law walked over and asked them to shrink his voice so that Ramon did not know this news.

"So you already know about this?" asked Adelia who was surprised Zenira already knew this unpleasant news.

"Well, what else?" zenira replied.

"Oh, God. Good thing your Papi's legacy was given to Zenira. If until you hold it, I don't know how many tens of women will come here to ask their children to be recognized by you, Rei!" adelia said softly as she patted her forehead which felt very dizzy.

Rei did not reply, he could only fall silent helplessly. Zenira who sees Rei getting cornered asks Rei and Adelia to return to the dining table before Ramon finds out what they are actually talking about in the kitchen.

"Here we go back to the dinner table. Later Papi will be suspicious." said Zenira to divert the conversation.

"I don't want to know, it's all your problems" Adelia said firmly as she walked back to where she ate.

"So what do you think, Mommy?" tanya Cindy tried to provoke Rei's emotions.

"What's up, Cindy?" adelia asked pretending not to understand what Rei's ex-lover was saying.

"Did Rei not say anything important?" ask Cindy back.

"I don't understand what you mean, Cindy" Adelia said again, sipping water not far from her plate.

"My Son's Mommy is the flesh and blood of your son, so don't you want to take down my son's name as the successor to this family" Cindy asked, further upsetting Rei.

Can't stand Cindy's words like she's mocking him, Rei then goes on a blackboard.

ENOUGH!" rei shouted so loudly that his voice echoed in the luxurious dining room.

"Rei, I have." said Zenira as she pulled her husband's hand towards the room.

"Sorry Cindy, it's good that you go home. We talk again tomorrow." said Adelia asked who looks very upset with the behavior of her son's ex-lover.

Cindy, the plan has worked. He took Alceo home, the little man said as his mother gently pulled his hand towards their car, which seemed ready to drive them home.

"Oh, always!" rei shouted as he slammed the door of his room.

"Here you go, it's better that Mami knows this now" said Zenira to calm Rei down.

"better? We're just grieving Tyra's departure. How can you say that?" ask Rei annoyed.

"Sorry, Rei! I mispronounced. Forget all the unpleasant events today" said Zenira asked who realized that he had spoken wrongly.

"It doesn't stop them interfering with my life!" shouted Rei spilling his annoyance in the room.

Zenira who could do nothing more could only fall silent and turn on the television to distract Rei from his frustration with Cindy.

"Why are you watching television?" reprimanding Rei when he saw his wife began to enjoy the film in play.

"Then what should I do?" zenira asked with a confused face.

Zenira's face was so cute that Rei smiled looking at her.

"You're right, too, why should I be upset with Cindy, huh? It's not my fault either." Rei defended himself.

"Well, that's smart!" zenira said, laughing with what her husband said, as Rei and Zenira began to accept Cindy's words at dinner last night.

"Rei, help!" adelia shouted from inside her bedroom.

Rei was aghast and then got up from his bed to rush towards his Mama's room.

"What's wrong mom?" rei asked as he walked into his Mama's room.

"Look at this, what is this?" adelia asked pointing towards the big box that Tora had just delivered to her room.

Rei then noticed the wooden box, like someone was sending a haircut. But whose haircut is this, Rei thought while looking for writing or clues from those hairs.

After a long search Rei finally found a letter stuck in the wooden box.

'May Tyra's hair be a memento for you' as soon as the letter is written there.

"Haah, this must be Albert's job!" muttered Rei trying to conclude.

"Yes but when did he take the hair, Tyra?" ask Adelia to panic.

"No, this must be someone else's hair that she recognizes as hair, Tyra. Mami take it easy." Rei said trying to calm her mother down.

Adelia immediately called Tora and asked her servant to immediately throw away the wooden box that was in front of her.

"It's really outrageous of this Albert!" rei muttered as Tora began to clean up all the remaining hair that was still scattered on the carpet of her Mammary room.

"Already, Rei. Mami is sure all this she did was get you out of control" Adelia said, trying to calm her son down.

Rei let out a long sigh, he asked Tora to check first the package they would receive in the next few days. Albert could have repeated what he was going to do today.

Tora nodded and made sure she would be more careful about the package she received.

Mami then asks Rei to go back to her room, Adelia is very tired and eager to rest after Tyra's funeral this afternoon.
