CHAPTER 62 - Quality Time

After meeting with Tora who was still in pain, Zenira told her assistant-in-law to just rest so that she would recover.

"Thank you, Madam is very understanding!" Tora said and went back to rest.

Zenira left Tora alone walking towards where Rei and Ramon were talking.

"How, Tora. Is he better?" Rei asked who asked Zenira to sit next to him.

Zenira smiles and tells of Tora's condition, which still seems to be in pain.

"He didn't want to be quiet, Mami told him to rest yesterday but he chose to keep working!" Ramon's story to Rei.

"It seems he's too shy for his work hours!" Rei said as he picked up a cigarette in his pocket and started lighting his cigarette.

"Don't smoke too much, how much is it?" Tegur Zenira when her husband was cool to smoke a cigarette that was tucked in his fingers.

"Yes, don't smoke too much, are you in a program to have children?" Ramon tried to remind his son.

Rei promised this was his last cigarette today, for some reason he was happy to smoke just to relieve his fatigue.

"This is the last, yes!" Zenira reminded Rei.

Rei nodded confidently, he indeed never smoked too much just occasionally when his heart was uncertain.

"You've eaten, how about Mami cook something for you!" Adelia asked Rei and Zenira.

Rei shook his head, his stomach was still full because of his lunch earlier. So instead of being forced later even not tasty.

"Make dinner alone, I'm still so full!" Rei.

"Alright, but promise me that dinner you'll have to eat!" Adelia then walked into the kitchen.

Zenira followed her mother-in-law to the kitchen, as if Adelia was planning to cook something special for them, but Adelia was still confused as to what to cook.

"Rey how's it going at the cafe?" Ramon asked started a conversation with his son.

Rei recalled his original plan to come to this house and started telling me some problems in the warehouse including his capacity which he considered was not enough to store goods.

"Why don't you expand?" Ask Ramon again.

"It's over my land, Papi. Sometimes goods come just taken a few days so inevitably the goods must be piled in the warehouse!" Obviously Rei.

"Do you not want to rent a warehouse, of course it can be cheaper than you buy a new building for your cafe!" Ramon gave me advice.

Rei nodded but of course to find the right place he needed time.

"Where are you?" Ask Rei again.

Ramon reminded Rei of Rama, one of his Papi friends who did warehouse rental business throughout Jakarta. Ramon thinks if Rei meets his friend he can find the right place with a shorter time.

"All right, I'll call him tomorrow!" Rei.

Finally they started dinner at exactly 7 pm, Adelia seems to have found Rei's favorite menu is a traditional snack type cuisine various siomay.

Siomay made by Adelia has a very savory and delicious taste, unmitigated he cooks a variety of siomay ranging from siomay fish, chicken and shrimp.

Rei who saw the dish being served immediately hurriedly picked up some siomay and immediately gave him some seasoning.

Don't rush, it's still hot. You don't want your mouth to get hot because of this!" Said Mami who was worried Rei directly ate the hot siomay.

Rei nodded in understanding if the siomay was still very hot, he waited for a while before finally eating it.

"Try it too, Zenira!" Adelia said offering a plate of siomay complete with peanut seasoning.

Zenira then cut it and started eating it right, this siomay tastes very delicious like what Rei said earlier.

"MMM, yummy!" Zenira said taking siomay a second time.

Rei who saw Zenira taking his favorite siomay immediately glared and asked Zenira not to continue eating his siomay.

"Rei don't be. Later if less also surely Mami make again!" Said Mami trying to break up Rei who looked very angry.

After the action of whipping siomay, Mami then serves a large plate of fried capcay that must be liked by everyone, not to forget Mami also added chilli powder so that the taste of the cuisine is more steady and appetizing.

"I love this" whispered Zenira as she bribed the first time.

Mami is very happy her cooking is liked by all family members and finally in less than five minutes all the food runs out.

"Mommy's food is delicious today!" Praise Zenira to her mother-in-law.

"When you come here again, we'll cook together again. Since Tyra died, Mami has often felt lonely in this big house!" Mami.

Zenira who saw the sadness in the eyes of Mami-in-law then comforted her and promised to return to this house next time and accompany her to cook again like today.

Rei seems happy finally Mama has friends to cook, usually Mami never want to be accompanied in the kitchen for fear that her cooking friend is exhausted.

"Tomorrow if I come back here we cook siomay fish, chicken and shrimp just like that, Mi!" Pinta Zenira to Adelia.

Mami nodded, siomay chicken is indeed the favorite cuisine of all as well as siomay shrimp and fish. The way to make it simple but still good at eating at any time.

"If you want Mami to record the recipe and make it at home, Rei will definitely love you more!" Mami said making Zenira blush in shame.

Mami took a piece of paper and appeared to record the recipe and gave it to her daughter-in-law, Zenira seemed very happy because all this time the menu of cuisine that he cooked was just that - it was really no change and sometimes Rei was bored by it.

"Eh, Rei how is Rama? You guys promised to meet?" Ask Ramon to Rei.

"Tomorrow morning we promise to meet, may there be a suitable place for my warehouse?" Please Rei.

Ramon advises Rei to be a little careful in renting a place, sometimes there are places that seem good but are expensive and there are places that are not good but still feel expensive because the facilities are incomplete.

Rei promised to remember his Papi's message, he had no experience in renting a place so he needed advice from his more experienced Papi.
