CHAPTER 31 - True Him

Tora nodded, it was also true what Rei said. A few days ago, a friend of Tora came to her room to talk and smoke with her. But when the incident happened his friend was indeed told by Tora if he had savings for his family in the village.

Ramon's waitress was so innocent that she told him the details of her savings.

The poor young man was asked to give an explanation about the characteristics of his friend who might be able to help Mr. Suryo investigate the perpetrator of this theft.

"His nose is pug, his hair is curly and he happens to live not far from home, Mr. Ramon" Tora said.

Mr. Suryo then rushed to the house of Tora's friend who was thought to be the perpetrator of this theft.

Sure enough when Mr. Suryo headed to Tora's friend's house, the alleged theft was no longer in place.

Tora looked sad because the money he had collected was finally lost and unfiltered.

"Don't be sad, let my money be changed" Rei comforted Tora.

Tora tells the truth that the amount of money lost is nothing compared to Tora's disappointment with her friend, her friend is indeed an ex-convict whom she just met.

All this time his friend looked fine and never once Tora suspected, but in fact his friend even committed a crime that he said he had long abandoned.

"Who's your friend's name, Tora?" Rei asked curiously.

"Come? Where's the sketch of his face?" Rei asked as if remembering a name he knew.

Mr. Suryo then showed a sketch of Tora's friend's face and how shocked Rei was when the picture of the face he saw was exactly the same as Tatang Albert's men he had met at Albert's house.

Adelia then asks Rei not to renew the case because Adelia believes Albert will avenge them more sadistically.

"But this can't be boasted, Mommy! Rei said he didn't accept.

"Already, we don't have to find trouble with that person again, Tora's money let Mami change. Let's just say this is over." Adelia asked as she walked into the house.

"Mommy, don't make Albert feel like he's winning!" Shouted Rei still did not accept the decision of his mother, but Mami who had already made the decision chose to leave.

Mr. Suryo nodded then assumed the case was over without knowing who the real culprit was.

Rei walked back into the house and told Zenira, his wife.

Zenira actually did not agree with Mami-in-law's decision but yes because it was Mami's decision so she did not dare to comment much.

"We're careful now, maybe today it's Tora, who got unlucky. It could be our fucking turn tomorrow!" Zenira's advice is to try to find an intermediary for their problems.

Zenira smiled and tried to relax her husband with a warm bath or just take a walk out for a while.

As Zenira spoke to the streets, Rei recalled his plans for a holiday to Lembang.

"Oh yeah, so when do we go. I'm tired of all the trouble in this house!" Zenira said while looking for a good leaning position on her husband's shoulder.

"Ah, I also want to leave tomorrow. I'd go crazy if Albert went back to making trouble like that!" Rei said as he stroked Zenira's black and bushy hair.

The holiday that Rei decided to take arrived.

"Mommy, Papi and Zenira look ready in the living room of Ramon's house. Waiting for Rei who never came down from his room.

Anxious Zenira follows Rei into the room to see what Rei is working on.
