CHAPTER 82 - The Signing of Cooperation Failed

A few days later.

Today is an important day for Rei because he will have a special guest at his cafe, a big investor who is ready to invest in his coffee cafe.

Rei seems very tense welcoming investors named Kendrick, he is a friend of his Papi who is struggling in the same business with him.

"Why are you so tense?" Zenira asked upon arriving at the cafe at exactly 8 am.

"That's about Kendrick, which I told you about yesterday. He promised he'd come." Said Rei while tidying up his desk.

"Don't worry, things will definitely work out like we planned!" Zenira said encouragingly to her husband.

Hearing his wife's words, Rei became a little more relaxed. Although Kendrick is a big investor, he is certainly not the first big person he has met even though the results of his cooperation are not clear at least Rei has prepared all his cooperation this time.

"Sir, there are guests!" Cleo said a moment later.

Rei nodded and tidied up the black suit he wore today. Zenira helps Rei pair the tie that Rei has prepared before and throws a smile at Rei as a form of support for her husband.

"Pray me!" Rei whispered then left Zenira in his own office.

Zenira waved and smiled at Rei until Rei finally greeted Kendrick, an investor who was ready to invest in his cafe.

"Hi, nice to meet you!" Said Rei shaking hands with the middle-aged man who seemed so serious about paying attention to the entire cafe owned by Rei.

"Waw, your cafe is huge. Reportedly a lot of coffee taken in this cafe!" Praise Kendrick while dropping his ass sitting right in front of Rei.

"I hope we can work well together!" Said Rei again.

Kendrick told him of his investment plan, he wanted Rei to borrow money from him and split the proceeds from his cafe.

Hearing what Kendrick said, Rei seemed to disagree. How can someone come to invest in his place but ask for the distribution of the results that feel too large and can make him a big loss.

Rei just nodded and occasionally smiled confused by all these words and requirements from Kendrick. After Kendrick finished speaking Rei stood up and asked this investor for time to think through all the terms given.

Kendrick then says goodbye to Rei and hopes to work with Rei as he had hoped all along.

"Go you!" Rei said annoyed and then returned to his office where Zenira was waiting.

"Why do you look upset?" Zenira asked like he knew Rei's heart.

"I think he's got bad intentions for us!" Said Rei then drank a glass of water in a large glass that has been prepared Zenira since earlier.

"What do you mean, he wants to bankrupt you!" Zenira could read what Rei was thinking.

"Truely, he wanted to win a lot!" Continue Rei while ************* paper in his hand.

Zenira was silent, even though Kendrick was a good friend of his Papi and even the Papi himself who asked Rei to think carefully about the cooperation offered Kendrick.

"The time he asked for investment here then asked for the biggest part, it would make dizzy. Mending I borrowed money in the bank!" Rei explained the reason for rejecting Kendrick to Zenira.

"Ah, just-just there!" Zenira said while holding Rei's hand and then kissed Rei's angry lips.

They hugged for a while and Rei's anger subsided.

"Now you really know how to lower my anger!" Said Rei while releasing Zenira from his embrace.

"Yes, let's just have coffee, I'm tired of thinking about the cooperation offered by Kendrick earlier!' Rei said as he poured bitter coffee into the glass in front of Zenira.

Zenira poured cream powder and palm sugar into the glass and drank it immediately.

"Hmmm, it turns out that palm sugar mixed coffee like this is delicious too!" Zenira said then added cream powder into the coffee that is still left in the glass.

"Is coffee good with palm sugar?" Tanya Rei added cream powder and palm sugar into her coffee glass.

Rei immediately raised his thick eyebrows, Rei just this time enjoyed a delicious coffee with a sprinkling of palm sugar that he had never tasted before.

Suddenly Rei had an idea to sell what kind of palm sugar he was using to his buyers.

Zenira who heard Rei's idea was very supportive of her husband's plan.

"So you want to sell palm sugar plus coffee, so?" Zenira asked trying to convince her of what she had just heard.

"Yes, so like a bonus first, later after they know the taste then we sell palm sugar like this coffee to them."

Zenira nodded, though, indeed, most people only know the delicious coffee is hot and without a mixture, but when they create this new recipe, of course, they can quickly get into the market share of young people who are certainly more dynamic and more likes new things like coffee in mixed palm sugar.

"When do we start this plan?" Ask Zenira again.

Rei rubbed his chin like looking for when the time was right for him but after thinking long enough finally with spirit Rei said.

"Today!" Rei was so sure.

"Damahihi!" Zenira's laughter was so crisp and made Rei laugh.

"Remember, we need a quick move so that this idea is not immediately in the lyrics of our competitors!" Rei's words made Zenira understand what her husband meant.

Zenira nodded her head in agreement and began to carry out her husband's plans.

Finally Zenira and Rei rushed to the palm sugar supplier and chose which one would best fit their plan in the future.

"This must be a great idea, and it must be a great success!" Rei said with such certainty.

Today also Rei began wrapping palm sugar powder that he bought as a topping for coffee drinks and began giving it to anyone who bought coffee in his cafe.

Of course it will not immediately produce a satisfied word on that day, Rei had to wait a few days to find some people who fit this idea.

Zenira faithfully accompanies Rei to get a good answer for his customers, and sure enough after waiting after one week one by one Rei customers return to the cafe and order a large amount of palm sugar as a topping drink that they will mix with the coffee they buy.
