The Fill - In Boyfriend

The Fill - In Boyfriend
Episode 25's

Hayden looked at me a few times as we walked down the hall. "My family is weird but I love them."

“Your family is amazing. You are not a mother. . . ”I'm speechless, don't want to discuss bad topics.

“What isn't? Normal? Sane? ”

I shake my head. "No, of course not. Only he and Bec had a fight. He's not mad, is he?"

"Crazy?

About all things revenge.

“No, he's not crazy.” He opened the front door for me and the cold air bit my cheek, making me realize it was hot. "And if you think it's a fight, then you've never seen Bec fight."

"I just can't believe you told your mother about your revenge plan."

“That's my sister. He is the center of all our madness. "

I can see that.

I'm sure you can, given what he forced you to do tonight.

“He didn't force me,” I said. I don't mind hanging out anymore, but I can't admit it. It felt strange, like I wanted something more from him, and I didn't. We both acted. It's ridiculous to read an action.

“Well, I know he asked you, so thank you. You did very well. Have you ever thought about learning acting? ”

I laughed as I got into his car. “No, I have not.”

“But it's fun, isn't it? It felt really nice to do a scene like we basically did tonight. " His eyes sparkled and I could see that he was enjoying the night for different reasons to mine.

"That's fun."

“But my mother was right,” she said. “It is very immature for me to want revenge, but in a small sense, I feel a little better now.”

“Do you at least have closure? I know that's what you want. "

“Yes, I do. Not looking back. ”

"Not looking back" I said.

I pointed him at my house and when he stopped by the side of the road, I jumped out before he turned off the engine. I don't want to make her pretend to be my date anymore. So I was surprised when I was in the middle of the sidewalk and he was suddenly next to me.

“You are fast,” said.

“Oh. You don't have to drive me. "

"I can't help it. My father raised me right. ”

"Where's your dad tonight?"

He went to bed early and woke up in the sun.

“So your mother named you but are you more like your father or your mother?”

“What do you mean, am I a wild free-spirited or conservative who wakes up early?”

"Yes." Yeah."

"What do you think?" She asked.

“I don't know. You go to prom with me easily, no questions asked. "

I asked a question.

Nothing is important.

“You're too pretty for that question.”

I smiled and tried not to be too flattered but some butterflies flew in my stomach. “Don't you mean too lonely?”

We managed to reach the doorway and I turned towards him. “So prom night made me think you were like your mother. But. . . ”

"But?"

"But then you drove me to the exit of the obligation that was instilled in you to be a man and it made me think you were more like your father."

"My mom might be offended by that."

"Why?"

“Because if he takes you home, he might drive you to the door as well.”

“So I'll stand on the front porch with your mother.”

He chuckles. “Ya, not a good picture.”

“So you mean you're like your mother?”

"No. You're correct. I'm a little bit from my mother, a little bit from my father, and a lot from me. ”

"Well, that's a really good mix." I pulled out my key to unlock the door. "I'm having fun tonight."

“What will you do tonight if you don't go with me?” She asked.

Logan's Party. I haven't even thought about it since the beginning of the night. At first I even thought that when the second Hayden dropped me off, I would head straight there to end it, but I don't want to do that at all right now. “My friends from school are having a party tonight. He throws a killer. . . ”

I fell silent because I can't remember the last time the party was really deadly. Hayden tilted his head as if he was waiting for me to finish. He looked at me again, as he looked for something beyond what I had to offer. Didn't he learn now that what he saw was what he got?

"Continue" he said.

"Forget over. That stupid. ”

Then the front door opened — how could I forget that my parents were always waiting for me? —And my father showed up.

“Gia?” she said.

"Yes sorry. I'm going in. "

My father took one step. Hello, I'm Mr. Montgomery.

“Happy to meet you, Sir. I'm Hayden. "

My father looked at me to explain who this was and I didn't know how. “He just brought me home. Thank you, Hayden. ”

I went inside and heard my father say a better goodbye than when I closed the door.

My mom sat on the couch reading. “How is the learning process?”

“I don't think he's studying,” says my father.

"What?" My mom seems worried.

“Girls you met before? That's brother. What I told you. He gave me a ride home. ”

“Well, why didn't you say that?” father asked.

"I just did it." I looked between the two of them, waiting for them to ask more, to accuse me of not being where I said I was. My mom just folded the blanket she used and put it on the sofa. I tried to imagine what would happen if I told them about revenge and fake dates. The shadow in my brain consisted of many stammered speeches and confused gazes. "I'm going to sleep."

“Please say good night to your sister too. He'll be gone early in the morning. "

"Good." I knocked on my brother's door lightly but there was no answer. I opened it and saw that he was already in bed.

He rolled over and sat down a little. Hi, G. You've already come home.

"Yes. Just saying good night. I hope you drive safely tomorrow. ”
