Dicky was about to leave for work when a woman with a little manor dress appeared in front of his house.
The sweet-faced woman smiled as she looked at the man who was pushing his motorcycle out of the house.
“Good morning, Bujang Ganteng.”
“August, Aunt.”
“This Mbak bawain nasi. Breakfast with yuk,” he said as he held out a pack of nasi uduk complete with side dishes and crackers in separate plastic.
Not eating, Dicky's saliva rose and his stomach began to code.
“Thank you, Auntie. I've eaten chicken porridge,” he told a lie.
“Dicky, why call Auntie? Ma'am was once your father's wife, but she's dead. You don't have to call Auntie. We're only different for a few years.”
Grunting violently, Dicky put on his helmet.
“Tante just eat, I'm full.”
Dicky then turned on his motorcycle. Intentionally sounding the gas as loud as possible.
“Yes, mubadzir dong, Mbak buy two.”
“Loved aja, Aunt. I'm leaving, assalamualaykum.”
Without waiting for an answer Dicky scuttled away from the woman who looked at him with full of lust.
“I can get your dad first. Just wait, honey, you'll be mine too.”
From the rear view Dicky looked back. Elisha, the woman his father had married, continued to stare with a seductive smile. He seemed to know Dicky would see from the rearview mirror and waved his hand flirtatiously. Dicky bergidig then accelerates the speed of the motor.
Not far from the hospital, Dicky stopped by the chicken porridge stall. While stirring the still-hot chicken porridge, Dicky's memory goes back to his teenage years.
Born to a well-to-do family, his father, Mardi, owned a sizable materials store while his mother, Mariam, owned the best-selling fabric store on the market.
Mariam and Mardi are a very romantic couple. Moreover, they often spend time together after Aisya and Dicky school in the boarding school.
Gonjang-ganjing hit the small family after Mariam was convicted of advanced uterine cancer. Aisya and Dicky are determined to get out of the boarding school to accompany Mariam.
Her two children's requests were rejected. Mariam wants Dicky and Aisya to continue to deepen religious knowledge. Moreover, Dicky almost completed the memorization of Qur’an.
Unable to divide his time between taking care of his wife and keeping the shop, Mardi hired a nurse. A foundation sent a twenty-year-old Elisha to look after and help Mariam.
After walking for about a year, Hurricane Elisha finally hit the small and harmonious family. Elisha claims to be pregnant with Mardi's child. His family came from the village and with the surrounding residents asked Mardi to marry Elisha.
Mardi acknowledged his error. Despite her love for Mariam, her male soul is not loyal enough to resist the incessant temptation of Elisha behind Mariam.
With a heavy heart for not wanting a child to be born without a father, Mariam let her husband marry Elisha. This time Aisya and Dicky decided to stay with their mother. They know how devastated Mariam is to face Mardi's betrayal. The mother and her children were forced to watch their husband and father recite a kabul ijab.
After marriage, Elisha was completely rampant. She acted like a big lady. Even in front of Mariam who was in pain she even spoiled with her husband.
Mardi did not dare to look into the eyes of the first wife who had accompanied him for decades. Mariam patiently accompanied him while still a truck driver who sent materials, until finally they had their own shop.
Mariam looked only at her husband who chose to take Elisha to the room. Eight months Mariam survives before finally dying in the arms of Aisya and Dicky.
Elisha went to his village during Mariam's funeral. At that time, Aisya and Dicky no longer care about their father.
Mardi was devastated, he wanted to be with his children after the funeral, but Elisha called and said the contents were problematic.
Mardi's departure to the village of Elisha was the last time Aisya and Dicky saw his father. After that, communication is completely cut off. His father chose to return from Eliza village to his shop rather than return home.
In the same year, Aisya was admitted to a state university in Semarang for dentistry. Dicky decides to transfer schools to follow his brother because there is nothing to wait for at home.
Before she died, Mariam sold a cloth shop at a hefty price. The proceeds were distributed to Aisya and Dicky. It is from these savings that these brothers live and finance college.
Aisya who is good at cooking sells rice sitting in his faculty canteen. He knew the money given by his mother would not be enough considering the cost of his studies was also expensive.
Dicky followed his brother into the state university of medical school. Her handsome streak gave her the opportunity to become an advertising model.
Among the students, Dicky became an idol, already handsome, intelligent as well. Many offers became stars soap operas who entered, but Dicky remained on his stance to become a doctor. As promised to Mariam.
After giving birth, Elisha often contacted Dicky under the pretext of asking for news. Reluctant to respond, Dicky chooses not to answer the phone or anything sent by Elisha.
Aisya and Dicky take care of each other like Mariam's trust. They become the best graduates. Aisya met her husband Ibrahim while working at the clinic. After a few months Aisya and Ibrahim decided to get married.
Aisya and Dicky find their father who is now back in the old house. Mardi did not welcome the arrival of his sons and daughters enthusiastically, even though they had not met for years.
He was only willing to marry Aisya off and give a little money for the party. Mardi was even more busy with Karina, his daughter from Elisha.
A few years later, Aisya and Dicky hear their father is dead. There was no inheritance they received because all the assets had already been transferred to Elisha.
Aisya and Dicky come to pay their father a final respects. After all, Mardi was once a good father to Aisya and Dicky.
Various attempts are taken by Dicky to avoid the snake that ravages his family's life.
Luckily in Jakarta he lived with his mother's uncle until the woman was driven away when she wanted to see him.
After getting a specialist, Dicky is shocked by the news his older brother died in a bus accident.
He decided to work in a small hospital close to the school of his two nephews. Latifah and Fatimah became his responsibility because their father, Ibrahim, fled shortly after Fatimah was born.
With a heavy heart he gave up his job at a famous hospital in Jakarta. Moving to a small town, he hasn't had many patients.
Elisha knew the debts Dicky had inherited. He bravely offers to pay off all debts Dicky wants to marry him.
Stupefied, Dicky looked at the woman who proposed to him casually. It is inconceivable that he married a woman who was once the warmer of his father's bed.
The sound of the horn disperse the daydream. Dicky sees a veiled woman scolding the biker who almost hit him.
Instantly her sad past memories are lost. On his handsome face was a mischievous smile as the woman walked into the porridge stall.
“What a smile,” he said sewot.
“Astaghfirullah, Miss Hanna, say hello first. Like this, assalamualaykum Doctor Dicky, nice to meet the prettiest doctor this morning.”
Behind her veil, Hanna cut down. His eyes stared cynically.
“Assalamualaykum Doctor Cab ..,” cetusus origin.
Dicky immediately pretended that sneezing distracted attention. His eyes darted towards Hanna. The woman simply chuckled, took the furthest seat and ordered some porridge.
Dicky secretly notices how committed Hanna is to her veil while eating and drinking. There was a warm feeling that infiltrated his heart.
“No, no, no way, not my type,” Dicky shook his head unconsciously he said his sentence aloud. When looking around, many eyes looked in wonder. Only a pair of eyes looked at him with raised eyebrows and slightly shook their heads.
Dicky takes a glass of sweet iced tea and takes it to Hanna's desk. He sat across from the woman who was instantly restless.
“Pak, not mahram, do not sit there.”
“Lha trus where dong?”
“That's the door, come out a little bit there is a bench, noh there aja,” replied Hanna who continued to scoop the porridge while looking down.
“Pak really, don't sit there. No Father I ate it hard.” Now Hanna's voice sounded clear.
Dicky sat on the bench on Hanna's back.
“Baikan yuk,” said.
“Apologies first.”
“Waduh, make?”
“That first, hold my hips snugly at rooftop.”
Dicky chuckling. “For God's sake, Hanna, I have no obscene intentions with you.”
“Keep why lie and cover up, say you already have a child? I'm still ashamed of myself, right?”
“Yes, yes already .. I'm sorry for not intentionally. I emphasize, not se-nga-ja, holding you because I thought you were going to kill yourself.”
Hanna grunts. “My hours fell Mr. Doctor. I do have a lot of problems, but suicide, naudzubillah, is still far from wishful thinking.”
Dicky said with a smile, “I'm also sorry if I already have children. Though I am still a virgin tingting.”
Hearing Dicky's words, Hanna gushed the freshly slurry in her mouth.
“Astaghfirullah, dirty my veil. Mr Doctor, can you not talk censored first?” Gush Hanna while cleaning her veil with a wet tissue.
Dicky's grinning, between guilty but also amused. “Sorry.”
“So never married?” Hanna asked continued her feed.
“Ting ting yes ting ting.”
“Alright Mr Doctor Ting ting. I'm done eating. Happy working.” Hanna stood up and walked to the hospital. Do not forget to leave some money to eat and drink.
Dicky, who did not anticipate Hanna's rapid movements, shook his head to see the behavior of the woman who was now almost into the hospital yard. Once again while nagging the biker who is grabbing the zebra cross.
“Mr Doctor Ting ting. Good from Raunchy.”
