Ch 126: Rescue of Stone Town

"Not curious?" Getting the bewildered look of the Jingmi Nobles and the city elders made Yang Jian again ask.

But not getting an answer Yang Jian again found a dumbfounded look on the faces of these people. Yang Jian raised next to his brows as if thinking how such people could be so stupid that it was hard to understand Yang Jian's question. Sighing briefly Yang Jian spoke calmly.

"Funders."

Nobles Jingmi and the elders both gawked until a second later they both muttered the word 'Oh' a sign they finally understood the meaning of Yang Jian's question.

"Although curious, honestly we are not too curious about it Young Master. You don't have to think about anything." Nobles Jingmi smiled awkwardly. They had not expected to get such a question from Yang Jian. They were obviously curious about the origin of Yang Jian's entire treasure, yet they did not want to question it or rather had no right to ask.

Yang Jian nodded lightly, after making small talk for a moment. Yang Jian and the Jingmi Nobles followed by the elders decided to review directly into the field.

The city seems to be getting crowded. None of the residents showed the same expressions of frustration as before. That was because it coincided with Yang Jain's visit last time. The Jingmi Nobles assisted by the city elders immediately spread the joyful news if a true benefactor and noble heart willing to give a large amount of his wealth to donate to Stone City.

The news seemed to be a breath of fresh air amidst the heat of fire for the people of Stone City, not least the White Cloud Sect also felt grateful for the news. Just overnight Yang Jian's name had spread as the savior of Stone City. Although only a few certain people recognized the figure of Yang Jian, but the public seemed enthusiastic about guessing how the figure of the city's savior.

The tone of the voice of Royal Noble Jingmi was quite polite and respectful with a smile. But if examined more deeply, it can be seen if there is disappointment and dissatisfaction from the speech of the Batu City leader.

"Me and the teacher will make sure that the Jade Sect will not dare to make trouble towards Stone City if it hears of the help you provide. Stone City was under the support of the Qin Empire and the Cloud Dragon Sect. So the Jade Stone Sect party would think ten times to start trouble. You don't have to worry."

Qin Lienhua said calmly. He did not want Yang Jian's sacrifice to be in vain if the Jade Stone Sect decided to interfere with Yang Jain's help.
