Yang Jian frowned looking at the silhouette of a man standing in Elder Han Li's room. The man was dressed in a special royal commander outfit complete with a neatly sheathed sword hanging from the man's waist.
Besides Elder Han Li, there was also Feng Yu and Xinxin sitting on the chair next to Han Li's bed. They both looked at the man with questioning eyes, not least for Han Li himself.
"Yang Jian, greetings elder Chang." Said Han Li, Feng Yu and Xinxin together as the pair of disciples and teachers had reached the doorstep. The man who had initially turned his back on Chang An and Yang Jian then turned his back when he found out the person waiting had arrived.
The man slightly bent as a formal greeting. But there was no smile or friendly greeting from him. Perhaps the harshness of living in the palace and on the battlefield made the man forget the art of life.
Then the man handed a leather scroll to Yang Jian. "Let His Majesty the emperor of Qin."
"What is Yang Jian looking for trouble with His Majesty the emperor?" Brisper Xinxin to Feng Yu. Feng Yu simply put his shoulder around in a sign that he did not know about the arrival of one of the emperor's servants to look for Yang Jian.
"We'll know after seeing what the scroll is about." Said Feng Yu while narrowing his eyes towards the scroll that was still in the hands of the commander.
"Sorry sir, I never felt that my disciple had any need for His Majesty the emperor." Chang An who saw the doubt in Yang Jian's eyes finally spoke up. Although he did not know what the scroll contained, but somehow his premonition was not good and it made Chang An slightly wary.
The commander ignored Chang An's remark, he was still staring intensely at Yang Jian who did not accept the scroll. Finally the commander grabbed one of Yang Jian's hands and placed it in Yang Jian's grasp. "This is the Emperor's word!" Said the commander firmly.
Doubtfully Yang Jian tried to open the scroll slowly. Elder Han Li, Elder Chang An, Feng Yu and Xinxin held their breaths as Yang Jian began to read the contents of the scroll. Their expressions seemed to change when they found out what the emperor's words were to Yang Jian.
Yang Jian then closed the scroll and swept his gaze to the people who were in the room. "Is this good or is it just the opposite?" Han Li tried to guess what reason the Qin emperor asked Yang Jian to meet him immediately.
"Jian'er no matter what happens the teacher will definitely defend you." Chang An clasped Yang Jian's hand with a flaming look in his eyes. Maybe he really thinks this is a bad sign.
"Me too, I'll support you." This time it was Feng Yu who spoke, Xinxin who heard that looked at Feng Yu and smiled meaningfully. Chang An and Han Li also did the same with Xinxin. Feng Yu who was aware of that lowered his head in embarrassment while linking his hands together.
While Yang Jian? Well, as usual, he won't show any expression. "Calm down, it's not a problem to worry about. I'm going to meet emperor Qin right now."
"Anyone?" Ask Chang An
Yang Jian nodded slowly and coded the commander to lead him to meet the Qin emperor.

In the park there are several chairs and round tables. It seemed like it was already a hallmark of the Cloud Dragon Sect having a garden of places to calm the mind or indulge.
"Honor Your Majesty." Said the commander who brought Yang Jian upon his arrival in the park. Emperor Qin, Empress Tang and Princess Qin Lienhua seemed to be enjoying a cup of warm tea served on a neatly arranged table.
"Hamba has brought Yang Jian before His Majesty. Is there anything else I need to do?" Said the commander still with his respectful attitude.
Emperor Qin waved his hand as a sign to let the commander leave them.
"Greetings Your Majesty, servant of Yang Jian of the Jade Stone Sect." A sweet and gentle yet firm voice came out from Yang Jian's tiny lips. Make anyone who hears it feel cool and calm like in a fresh green meadow.
Emperor Qin raised his right hand with his palm pointed towards Yang Jian as a sign that he was receiving Yang Jian's respect. Emperor Qin seemed to be observing the intense Yang Jian who still looked calm and unperturbed in the slightest by the tyrannical aura belonging to Emperor Qin.
Highlight the eyes of Emperor Qin's eagle as if it was able to penetrate Yang Jian's body, yet the one in the face did not budge in the slightest and still stood upright.
"Hmmm!"
Empress Deheman Tang stopped Emperor Qin from intimidating Yang Jian.
"Please sit down son, your name is Yang Jian right? Don't worry, come here!" Empress Tang felt calm as she stared at Yang Jian's blue bead. There was an indescribable feeling from the radiance of her eyes and Empress Tang found no sign of danger coming out within Yang Jian.
"Thank you, Queen." Without hesitation Yang Jian directly walked towards the chair that had previously been appointed empress. If you are allowed, why not? Thought Yang Jian.
"Yang Jian!" Call Qin Lienhua before Yang Jian reaches the seat. Yang Jian who felt called immediately stopped his steps and turned towards the voice that called out to him. Qin Lienhua then walked over to Yang Jian.
"Qin Lienhua." Say it again while thrusting his right hand as a sign of introduction.
"Greetings to the Crown Princess, the name of Yang Jian's servant." Politely Yang Jian replied to Qin Lienhua's hand. Although he had been living behind closed doors in the Valley of Hell, Xiao Ming had never forgotten to teach Yang Jian about the ethics of communication and manners. So it was no wonder that Yang Jian had such a courteous and ethical attitude.
"Thank you for saving me that night. I can't imagine if there wasn't you. Maybe I can't stand up like I am right now. Here's a little present from me to you, I hope you like it." Qin Lienhua handed over the golden box that she had been holding since on the carriage this morning.
"I'm sorry, princess. But, maybe the princess was wrong people because I never felt like treating anyone."
