The Legend of the Sacred Sword Cultivator

The Legend of the Sacred Sword Cultivator
Ch 66: Bees

The same tree, the same herbs and grass became Yang Jian's first treat when he reached the Forbidden Forest, at first glance he was unable to sense anything strange from his footing ground and felt as if people were overestimating the story of how dangerous the forest was.

All that distinguished him was the size of the trees that were beyond Yang Jian's estimation, large and growing towered. Until Yang Jian could not sense that there was sunlight. Thinking of the ray Yang Jian turned his head up. And yes, the lush leaves of the tree make access to sunlight become closed.

Yang Jian then turned his head back, yet he was unable to see the river he had passed before even the dragon also disappeared from its place. This made Yang Jian slightly agitated at the thought of the existence of the dragon.

"Dragon." Call Yang Jian out of curiosity. But there was no word from the dragon that made Yang Jian increasingly feel anxious and uneasy.

"Do you want to go home?" Finally the heavy sound greeted Yang Jian's sense of hearing. Yang Jian did not reply, all he needed now was to know the existence of the creature, not to want to argue with it.

After confirming the existence of the dragon, Yang Jian also invited the two demon kings along with Jiji and Yiyi to communicate to confirm them. Whether Yang Jian could still use those dimensions of his own or not.

Shortly afterwards Yang Jian set foot into the Forbidden Forest. Along the way Yang Jian had yet to find any signs of strangeness, either, until when he found a cave that surrounds and the mouth of the cave is overgrown with moss and plants with colorful flowers that adorn the entrance of the cave. At first glance, the front of the cave looks like a flower garden.

Out of curiosity, and because Yang Jian also needed a place to rest during his stay in the forest. Yang Jian decided to enter the cave, finding out what it contained.

Upon entering the cave, Yang Jian saw that the walls of the cave were filled with plants with various colors of flowers, there were also orchid plants hanging on the roof of the cave. The flowers give off a very fragrant aroma.

Yang Jian was sure that butterflies and bees would instantly be attracted to taste it just by smelling it. However, what confused Yang Jian was that he did not find a single sari-sucking animal and honey flower along the way to the cave.

Long walking, Yangg Jian had yet to find anything of interest. But Yang Jian kept his feet entering the cave even deeper.

Suddenly Yang Jian stepped out his feet, his sense of hearing catching the sound of a bee humming powerful enough. This shows that the bees are large. But the humming sound slowly pierced Yang Jian's eardrum, the longer it became more and more painful.

Yang Jian closed his ears using both hands as he could not bear the noise that pierced his ears. But the longer the sound hurt Yang Jian's eardrum, so he finally coated his sense of hearing using qi to dispel the pain that increasingly makes his ears hot.

After feeling good enough, Yang Jian finally followed the source of the voice. He looked at a small dark-looking passageway, from behind the rocks of the cave and the smell of honey was also increasingly piercing the nose, Yang Jian looked for a gap to see something that was behind the small passageway.

"Whatis that? Why is it so big?" How shocked Yang Jian was to see a swarm of bees surrounding his hive like they were dancing.

What made Yang Jian could not help his admiration was the size of the bees that was beyond his expectations. How not, the size of the bees is almost five times larger than the bees in general and the color is also jet black.

Yang Jian came out from behind the wall after hiding his scent, he sneaked closer to the beehive. Yang Jian had already thought of a way to subdue the bees, which was to burn them.

Carefully, Yang Jian gathered the qi in his palm and turned it into ping pong ball-sized fireballs circling above his two palms.

The next second, the fireballs shot out at high speed and hit the bees.

The bees that were hit by Yang Jian's fireball instantly caught fire, the bees became irregularly flying along with the lashing of Yang Jian's fire attack. Some of the bees were burned to death, but some were still able to survive.

Yang Jian could see that the bee whose life was already on the tip of the horn immediately flew quickly towards its nest and drank a little honey. After that, the bees quickly healed and returned as usual.

"Unbelievably, it's more potent than a healing pill." Yang Jian's amazement grew even more seeing how powerful honey's properties were for the healing process. Because the bees that consume honey instantly recover in seconds.

Unlike the healing pills made by the alchemists, the healing process takes a lot of time.

"I have to get it." Said Yang Jian with a faint smile. Yang Jian began to cover his body with herbs so as not to be easily stung by the bees.

But before Yang Jian could smear his feet and hands, a swarm of bees flew rapidly towards Yang Jian.

The bees ferociously attacked Yang Jian alternately. Not wanting to stay silent, Yang Jian dodged the bee attack and counterattacked using a fire that was much bigger than before

One by one the bees were lying helplessly on the ground, the heat of fire Yang Jian was able to burn the bees and not let it heal itself.

It had been almost an hour that Yang Jian had burned the bees, but Yang Jian had only managed to subvert about fifty bees, half of the total number. But no bee stings hit it. The queen also appeared to have not moved even after seeing half of her people dead.

"I have to finish this right away." Yang Jian nimbly moved to and fro while throwing fireballs. This time the fireball was much bigger and hotter than before.

The fireballs are hurtling fast and colliding with the sharpness of the bee. However, what happened next left Yang Jian inexhaustible.

"How did this happen?"
