The Light of Love for Seroja

The Light of Love for Seroja
CCUS 37: Gather

After last night the Javanese earth in the west was flooded by heavy rain, now all that is left is the smell of the earth that feels so refreshing. And also the grains of water that are still spoiled on the surface of the leaves. A patch of orange has appeared on the eastern horizon. The morning breeze also felt firmer than usual which made the white curtain behind the window of this room swing in unison with its blow.

A woman in a hijab, sitting on a chair by the side of the bed, stared at the woman lying on the bed. There is a sense of tightness that is so great when you see the former bruises that adorn the beautiful face of this woman. At all he never thought if the bitterness of life like this was again experienced by this woman. His heart seemed to be pulsing pain until it pushed the clear crystals that had previously gathered in his eye sinks down one by one.

"Suster, is Seroja's brother awake?"

The voice of the little girl from the direction of the room door, made Ana a little aghast. He who had previously been so intensely staring at Seroja's bruised face, he turned his gaze towards the source of the sound. The little girl walking with her cane was seen coming into the room.

Ana got up from her sitting position. He grabbed the palm of Alamanda, he paused for him to sit on the edge of the bed.

"Kak Seroja is still exhausted Darling, so he is still asleep. Alamanda prayed for Seroja's brother yes so that Seroja's brother could wake up soon."

"Suster Ana, bring Manda close to Seroja's face. Manda wants to kiss Seroja's face."

Ana was a little concerned about what Alamanda's will was. But in the end he helped Alamanda so that his body closer to Seroja's face.

Feeling her body was close to the face of the brother, this little girl brought her face closer to Seroja's face. Gently, he kissed the sister's forehead and cheeks.

"Seroja quickly wake up. Manda miss Seroja. Manda wants to listen to the stories of princesses and princes again, as Seroja once read to Manda before going to bed."

Ending her words to her brother, the little girl again kissed Seroja's cheeks. "O Allah, do not give pain to Seroja. Seroja is Manda's good sister. If possible, for the pain felt by Seroja with Manda. So that brother Seroja is not alone to feel the pain."

Ana's heart immediately slipped to see the scene of a sister against her brother who was so sincere. Even the sincere prayers that come out of the lips of this little girl successfully make the atmosphere of this room filled with extraordinary novelty. Again, the tears were dripping slowly from Ana's eyes.

The weakly lying woman's eyeball moved slightly even though her eyelids were still closed. Unknowingly, a drop of clear grain also flowed from there. I don't know what happened to that woman. But it seems that in his subconscious, he heard the prayers offered by his sister. Sincere prayers that might soon make him realize and wake up from his heart.

The movement of the eyeballs is moving faster. Little by little, the eyes opened. He slightly squinted his eyes, trying to resist the glare from the sunlight that felt piercing cornea of his eye that snuck into the window. His fingers also moved as if issuing a signal if he had woken up from his long sleep.

The woman commented on her smile, when the first person she saw was Alamanda. The little girl who made him have to keep on surviving to get on with his life. His hand that still felt so weak, is forced to be able to caress the face of the younger brother. Gently, his fingers went down the frame of Alamanda's face. This is what makes this little girl a little surprised.

"Seroy Brother? Is Seroja already awake?"

Seroja nodded softly even though he knew whatever body language he appeared to be would never be seen in Alamanda's sense of sight. "Dear, my sister is awake."

The rays of happiness were clearly visible on the face of Alamanda. His face again he put it close to the brother's face, and again he kissed his cheek. "Thank God, thank You for granting Manda's prayers." Alamanda grasped the palm of Seroja. Still throwing glances in all directions with a glaring gaze, the girl resumed her speech. "Seroja's brother just stay here. So if Seroja's brother is sick, Manda can take care of Seroja's brother."

There was a speck of warmth that enveloped Seroja's heart when she heard firsthand the sincere prayers of her sister. "From now on, Brother Seroja will stay here with Manda. And will never leave Manda again."

"Right, my dear Seroja will never leave Alamanda again."

Seroja, Ana and Alamanda seem to dissolve in their meeting. Although in bitter moments like this he could meet with Alamanda, but at least the bitterness he felt was what could gather him back with his family. A family that can never be priceless with anything.

In between their laughter, Seroja's tail caught a shadow of the body of someone who was standing at the door. His face suddenly pias, worried that someone would go back to rampaging because of his arrival.

"Mom-Mom?"

The soft words from Seroja's lips, made Ana join in linking her gaze towards the door. And sure enough, Dahlia was seen standing there. Standing still without giving any expression. And the woman immediately moved away from Seroja's room.

"Sus .. why is my soul not shaken when I see my coming? Though usually mom would be hysterical if she saw me here?"

It would not be wrong for Seroja to question that. Because usually the mother will go berserk when she sees the woman at home. But now it's really different. The mother only briefly looked at what was inside Seroja's room and then passed away.

"Alhamdulillah the psychological condition of the mother experienced a significant change Mbak. After I read the Quran by Dahlia's mother after the evening prayer, she never went on a rampage again."

Seroja was a little surprised. What is the positive impact of the Quran? He was really so impressed.

"Is that really Sus?"

Sister Ana nodded her head. "Of course it's true. For one of the functions of the Quran is as an antidote to the pain felt by the servants of Allah."

Nyess....

There was a speck of foreign flavor that suddenly slipped in Seroja's heart. He himself did not know what it was. The woman just stared at Ana's face with eyes that were difficult to read.

Ana smiled meaningfully again. He hopes this time is the turning point of Seroja's life to be a much better human than before.

"If Seroja wants to experience one of the benefits of reading the Quran, I can teach Seroja."
