Ch.15 - Deal
The fight between Alucard and Faramis continues until the two are unconscious at the foot of the Lantis Mountains.
No matter where they were, the two continued to fight.
Faramis really did not give up despite getting injured and her Mana was drained a lot. The thing on Alucard he needed so much, even if the life bet he would get it.
Alucard first unleashed his full strength in the fight. He felt his body ache every time it drained Mana.
Despite many years, Alucard has not been able to fully master the power in his right arm. The energy from his right arm was so strong that if he used it too much then his body would be in pain.
Even the worst could cause Alucard's body to explode.
“Why don't you just give up. I found this thing and it belongs to me! You can die if you continue this fight,” Alucard stood up with breathless gasps.
“Heh, I return your words. You can die if you continue the fight so you better hand over the thing so that this fight ends quickly.”
“Alright I'm fed up!” Alucard released the armor on his right arm then the abundant energy was centered on his sword, “will I end this in one strike!”
Alucard raised his sword, streams of glittering lightning striking the area around Alucard.
“One of these attacks will determine it!” Faramis also drew more energy on her magic wand.
Fission Wave! (Out of Alucard)
Alucard made a single slash horizontally, releasing all the energy he had accumulated in that single slash.
The Ultimate Ghost Bursters!
Faramis did the same.
Two powerful attacks darted out then collided, the shockwave instantly spread out and the two attacks continued to push each other.
*Boooommm!!
In the end both attacks exploded so hard that Alucard and Faramis were thrown because of the blast wave.
Alucard rolled on the ground before gaining his momentum. He stuck his sword on the ground so that he would not be thrown further and further.
Alucard's hand trembled, he quickly took out the armor and then put it back on his right arm.
“Gouhk!” Alucard spewed out a mouthful of blood.
“My body feels squeezed from the inside. Using Fission Wave has always put a lot of weight on my body.”
(In the game, Ulucard can make his blood full. It's even dying)
As the explosion subsided, a large crater was seen in front of Alucard. This was the first time there had been an attack that could be comparable to Fission Wave.
Alucard stood with his sword as a pedestal and then he limped to see how his opponent was doing.
Alucard walked over the edge of the crater, stopping when he saw Faramis also walking towards him in a wounded state.
“Your determination turned out to be strong as well huh,” Alucard prepare for the next fight.
“Young man. I want to ask. What are you going to use that thing for?”
Alucard frowned, he did not know what Faramis was asking but because there was no problem if he said it.
“I don't know what this thing is either, but if it's useful to increase my strength then I'll use it.”
“So so yes,” Faramis sighed, “that thing is a Twillight Orb that contains Mana of life, absolutely cannot be used to increase strength.”
Thousands of years ago there was a great war between humans and demons. The demons led by the 9 Demon Lords are at war with humans using the Twilight Orb.
The war ended in a series, not knowing how the fate of the 9 Demon Lords while for the Twilight Orb spread to various directions.
(Note: In ML there is one Hero who has a Twilight Orb that is Lunox. He had two Twilight Orbs at once, the Orb Of Light and the Orb Of Chaos.)
It was unexpected that one of the Twilight Orbs was now in Alucard's hands. If the Moniyan Empire found out about this Twilight Orb, they would definitely come to Alucard immediately to confiscate the Twilight Orb.
“Then what do you want with this Twilight Orb?”
“I really need it for the benefit of the people of my country,” Faramis sighed, “I should have realized from the beginning there is no point in doing a fight, we should have talked about this well! Oh yeah young man, what's your name?”
“Alucard.”
“Alucard, that Twillight Orb you can't use so it won't do you any good. I'll make you an offer!..
You want to increase your strength. I am an Alchemist and have a potion that can help you in that. I'll give you the potion then you'll lend me the Twillight Orb for my one-time use.”
“How can I trust you?” Of course Alucard wouldn't believe it.
“You can follow me directly to visit my country.”
“How can I know you you might be intending to take me somewhere to surround me with your comrades.”
“Gosh..” Faramis was getting upset because he was honest but still not believed.
But if you think, Alucard's suspicion is a natural thing, there is absolutely nothing wrong with him.
Faramis took out a green glass bottle and threw it.
Alucard caught the bottle.
“That's a potion I made myself, you can smell it so you can be sure it's not poison. If you can lend me that Twillight Orb, I will give you 5 more potions like that.”
Alucard opened the bottle cap and smelled it. The aroma is indeed refreshing and rich in pure mana. It was definitely not poison and was the best potion Alucard had ever seen.
“You can drink it to heal your wounds, I will also recover myself,” Faramis sat down and drank Elixir.
Seeing that, Alucard did the same.
In just a few hours, Alucard's wounds, which he thought would heal for a week, were able to heal in just a few hours.
Even Alucard feels its Mana capacity is increasing.
“Excellent,” Alucard this time drink a very extraordinary potion.
“How? Do you believe in me now?” Faramis has also finished recuperating, “if you lend that Twillight Orb to me just once, you can get another 5 like that.”
“I think I can trust you. But like you said, I'll follow you and once you're done using it, I'll take it back.”
“Yes no problem. Since we're both recovering, we'd better hurry. I want to immediately liberate the people of my country from the suffering of hundreds of years.”
**In the author's two novels PDK and RSP I included Twillight Orb it was actually inspired from ML. So far in ML there are 4 Twilight Orbs shown. Orb Of Light, Orb Of Chaos, Heart Of Anima and Heart Of Aurora.
While the Twillight Orb that Alucard got is not at all in the ML story. It's purely from the author.
Then for 9 Demon Kings there are also 4 that are shown in ML stories but all are in the form of weapons.
