Ark POV
After talking to my mom and dad, I went into my room which I hadn't occupied in a long time because I moved into the apartment. I looked around my room and nothing changed. I sat on the edge of my bed and laid my back there. My body was so tired that I closed my eyes until I fell asleep.
At night I heard the door of my room knock. I opened my eyes and got up to open them. My mother was standing at the door of my room.
“Come dinner Arka,” take my mama.
I agreed because my stomach was hungry. I followed my mother to the dining table. When I got to the dinner table, I saw my papa was waiting there. I took the food on the dinner table and bribed it into my mouth. The food in this house used to taste good, but now it just feels normal. I also thought maybe I ate too much Tia cuisine that was very good in my opinion.
After dinner, my dad gave me a brown envelope. I opened it in front of my mom and dad and pulled out the contents. It contained a passport, an American university application form, a plane ticket, and everything I needed to go to America. I didn't think papa had prepared all this long before.
I told my mom and dad to go back to my room. Arriving in my room, I was pensive on the edge of my bed. I'm confused as to what should I say to Tia? I'm sure he would be sad and angry if he knew I was going to America. He would definitely find me selfish for leaving him for quite a long time. I also put my feet in the bathroom to soak in warm water.

Two Weeks Later
The Tia POV
I'm an adult. I don't want to add to Fatimah's burden anymore. He has taken care of me since my baby. With me living in this orphanage, it will add to their economic burden.
I decided to get out of this orphanage and look for a boarding house near the campus where I will study. While in college I will work part-time to meet my daily needs. Since I had never worked before and had no money, I also intended to borrow money from Arka, but she would not lend it to me.
“Why did you borrow it? My money is your money too. Wear it as you please,” he told me.
I also received money from Arka, the man I love so much. I hope he will be my husband after we graduate from college. He was the first man to love me sincerely.
Arka helped me find a comfortable and safe boarding house. After half a day, we finally found a cost that was in accordance with the wishes of the Ark. Arka paid for my first month's boarding money, after which he took me to eat at a cafe which happened to be not far from my boarding house and campus.
The cafe was very comfortable. The food and drink menu is not too expensive. While waiting for our order food to come, I took a moment to the toilet to Arka. When I passed a pole, I saw a piece of paper stuck there. I stopped to read it for a moment out of curiosity.
On the paper, it says a job announcement. I am also more interested in reading it carefully until it is finished. My smile expanded when I finished reading the writing on the paper. I rushed to the toilet because I couldn't stand to pee.
When I got back, our food order was on the table. I see Arka hasn't touched him. He was intentionally waiting for me to come. After that we ate together.

The next day Tia tried to go to the cafe where she and Arka ate two days ago. He hopes the job vacancy still exists. He really needs a job right now. There's no way he's hanging his life on Arka all the time. Especially now that they are not married.
Tia went into the cafe and tried to ask the cashier.
“Mbak sorry .. “ said Tia politely.
“Iya?” said the woman who guards the cashier's desk.
“What job openings here still exist?” tia asked hesitantly.
“Still have a kayak. Please directly ask our boss, Ma'am,” said the woman.
“Where should I ask?” tanya Tia did not know where and who the owner of the cafe was.
“Just go to the brown door Ma'am,” replied the woman.
“Thank you,” Tia said with a smile and lowered her head.
Tia stepped her foot toward the door. Arriving at the door, Tia calmed her pounding heart. This is the first time he has applied for a job. After he calmed down, he knocked on the door several times until a male voice came from inside the room.
