The Love Story of Arka
CHAPTER 5

Arriving at home, Arka put his motorbike into the garage. He went inside the house and immediately went upstairs after taking off his shoes. In the house it was quiet as usual, because his father had not returned from the office, and his mother was Arisan. There were only servants and guards in the house.

After bathing and changing clothes, Arka sat at her study table and opened her mobile gallery. She loved looking at Tia's face, so she took photos every day to collect.

Not long after, Ms. Widya knocked on Arka's room door. He had just returned, but was soon looking for Arka.

“Arka .. can mama come in?” bu Widya asked after knocking on Arka's room door.

“Iya Ma, just go in, not locked,“ replied Arka from inside her room after saving her phone into her pants pocket.

Widya opened the door of Arka's room and entered and sat on the edge of Arka's bed. He patted the bed next to him hinting that Arka was sitting next to him. Arka approached her mother and sat down next to her.

“What's Ma?” ask Arka to her mother.

“So mama saw you in the store with a girl friend of yours. Who her? Is she your lover?” bu Widya asked Arka with a smile. All this time he never saw Arka hanging out with his girlfriend let alone dating. Therefore, when he saw Arka hanging out in the tavern with a girl, he became curious.

“That's Arka Ma's friend, we're one group to do chores from school. So Arka had a discussion in the store while enjoying ice cream there,” replied Arka lying to protect Tia.

“Surely he's just a friend? Mama saw that she gave you her ice cream,” asked Bu Widya to investigate.

So my mom saw everything. The inner Ark is afraid of being discovered.

“Oh yes, Arka who asked Ma, because curious about the taste of ice cream,” replied Arka trying to convince her mother.

“Kirain your girlfriend Arka. She is beautiful ... “ said Bu Widya while smiling at Arka. Bu Widya thinks Tia is the son of a rich person like her family. Because the cost at Arka's school is very expensive, so he thought all students who attended high school were children of rich people.

“What Mama likes it?” ask Arka to her mother.

“Yes, she is beautiful and attended the same school as you. Must be from a rich family like ours. If you are going out with her, mom will agree to it” replied Bu Widya with a smile and patted Arka on the shoulder.

When Arka will reply to her mother's words, suddenly Bu Widya's phone rings. Widya left Arka's room to receive a phone call from her friend.

“If you knew that Tia was an orphan, you would have rejected her,” muttered Arka after her mother left her room.

A few days later

This week Arka invited Tia to a cafe called CAFE LOVE. It was a cafe that had just opened a few days ago, so Arka wanted to try the food at the cafe. He invited Tia into the cafe with his hand.

“Wait a minute Arka, don't pull me on. My sandal strap is off,” Tia said as Arka pulled her hand in a hurry. Arka stopped her footsteps and squatted in front of Tia. He fixed the loose strap of Tia's sandals.

“It's done,” said Arka while smiling and standing. Tia smiled at Arka.

“Thank you my dear,” reply Tia while holding both of Arka's cheeks with her fingers.

Again Arka pulled out her phone to take a picture of Tia from her phone camera. As Tia turned her head, blinking, gawking, whatever Tia did, Arka always immortalized her.

“Arka ... What are you doing anyway? Here I see your phone,” asked Tia while trying to snatch Arka's phone, but Arka did not give it. Not long after their food arrived.

“Let's eat first,” said Arka stopped Tia who tried to seize her phone. She obeyed because her stomach was hungry.

After eating, they took a walk to the city park. Because it was Sunday, the park was very crowded. Many people spend their time off to relax and play in the city park.

Arka and Tia sat on a wooden bench in the corner of the park. Arka sows corn seeds that he bought before entering the garden area. Not long after the birds started coming. Tia approached the birds with a smile and tried to chase the flying bird with a laugh. Arka captured the moment with her camera phone.

After feeling tired, Tia again sat down next to Arka. Arka thrust drinking water in a bottle that he had opened the lid first on Tia. Tia accepted it with a smile and glanced at Arka then sipped the drinking water until the thirst in her throat was reduced.

 “Are you happy?” ask Arka to Tia.

“Yes, I'm so happy. Thank you Arka,” replied Tia then hugged Arka's arm and leaned her head on Arka's shoulder. Arka stroked the top of Tia's head gently.

“Arka .. ” call Tia suddenly.

“Iya?” sahut Archa's.

“If your parents don't approve of our relationship how?” tia asked Arka.

“I've told you, I'll do anything for our love. Don't you trust me?” asked Arka while looking towards Tia who was leaning on her shoulder.

“Iya I believe. I love you Arka .. “ said Tia increasingly tightened her embrace on Arka's arm with anxiety.

“Auwh is sick, slowly dong .. “ shriek Arka feels pain as her arm is hugged Tia tightly.

“Sorry ... I'm too happy Arka,” reply Tia with a smile.

Not long after the rain started to fall. Arka raised her hand to feel the rain. The longer the rain is the more intense. Arka immediately took off her jacket and covered Tia's head. Arka hugged Tia's shoulder and invited her to shelter under a shady tree. Tia looked at Arka who was soaked and cold.

“Arka ... just wear your jacket,” said Tia while removing Arka's jacket from her head.

“No need, I'm fine – what. You just wear it,” reply Arka refused her jacket that Tia returned.

After the rain subsided, Arka also drove Tia home to the orphanage. Arriving at home, Arka was confronted by her mother who happened to be sitting on the porch of her house.

“Where have you been soaking wet like that?” asked Bu Widya while crossing both arms on her chest.

“Street Ma. Arka shower first yes Ma,” reply Arka then go into the house leaving her mother. Bu Widya shook her head to see Arka's behavior.
