The Love Story of Arka
CHAPTER 33

After Tia's departure, Arka sat on a bench where they had split. He remembered Tia promising to wait for him to come home. Arka leaned her back against the back of the chair and turned her face towards the sky by closing her eyes. Recall the memories of that night as they were about to part ways one day before Arka left for America. Not long later Arka's chest felt tight and difficult to breathe. His lips were shaking too. A clear thread flowed from the end of Arka's eyes soaked her cheeks.

Arka wiped her tears and got up from the chair and stepped into the parking area where her motorbike was. He remains loyal to his bike wherever he goes, except to the company he will ride in the car. He left the park and went back to his apartment.

Arriving at Arka in the apartment, he immediately went into his room and took his guitar which he hung on the wall of his room. When sad, only the guitar accompanies him. She sang on the balcony of her apartment while sitting on the floor.

GC company

Arka sat in her chair while staring at her laptop screen. Suddenly the door of the room knocked from outside.

“login!” arka as usual.

Someone opened the door from the outside and stepped in. Arka raised her head to see who was coming. He suddenly smiled when he saw the man.

"Hi Sa, how's Tia doing?" arka asked Salsa when she entered her room to deliver the documents. He did not ask the news of Salsa in front of him, but asked the news of his former lover who is now married to someone else.

"Mmm haven't you heard it yet?" salsa asked as she sat in the front seat of Arka and handed the documents to Arka.

"What's wrong? Did something happen to her?" ask Arka casually and open the documents in front of her.

"Yup. A few days ago Tia was almost hit by a car while she was shopping at the supermarket" Salsa replied enthusiastically.

"What?! Hit by a car? Then how's it going? Is he hurt?" ask Arka a little emotionally.

"It was fortunate that her husband came in time and saved her. She was hospitalized for a few days, and doctors said she and her baby were fine" Salsa said.

"So she's pregnant? I have not heard from him at all" said Arka disappointed.

"Yes, her husband cares deeply and loves her. You have to forget about it and find another woman who loves you Arka," Salsa told Arka.

"It's not that easy Sa. You don't know what it's like to love someone" Arka replied.

"Yes, I know how you feel. Okay, I'm going back to my room first. Good afternoon Mr. Arka," said Salsa as he stood up and walked out of the Ark's room.

Mr. Hendro and Mr. Widya are going to the golf course. Mr. Hendro really enjoyed his time not working in the company anymore. He had already left the company's affairs entirely to Arka. He believes Arka can hold his company. American universities have always scored the best graduates and that was undoubtedly by Mr. Hendro.

While Mr. Hendro was resting, Ms. Widya gave Mr. Hendro a drink and wiped the sweat off her husband's forehead with a smile. Not long after next to them came a middle-aged couple of their age who had just arrived. Mr. Hendro looked towards them and was surprised.

“Pak Adam?” guess Mr. Hendro. Mr. Adam turned to the source of the voice and squinted his eyes.

“Pak Hendro?” ask Adam, smiling.

They approached each other and embraced. They have not met for a long time.

“How is Mr Adam? I heard I was sick?” ask Hendro after they sit down.

“Alhamdulillah is healthy. Now the company has been held by my son who number 2.” replied Mr. Adam.

“How many children is Mr Adam?” asked Hendro to know.

“Three. The first man was in Germany. I have my own company there. The second man too and now holds my company. The third woman is in college in the Netherlands,” replied Mr. Adam while counting his children with his finger.

“Wah this third if so our daughter-in-law fits it,” said Mr. Adam while glancing at Bu Widya. Adam laughed when he heard it.

“Bolek also, later we become besan and our company can work together forever,” reply Mr. Adam happy.

After that they also discussed their beautiful plan to match their children as soon as possible.

Arka Apartment

At night Arka was angry - indistinct anger. He was frustrated because his parents had told him that he would be betrothed to his father's friend's son. All the stuff he threw away.

All this time Arka only loved Tia, but now Tia is married. She has never been in love with another girl other than Tia. However his efforts forget Tia but it was in vain.

Although she never met, she always looked for news about Tia. He regretted why he did not return as soon as possible from America, so he could marry Tia first. Moreover, the news that he heard, Tia married her own lecturer. And even more painful, now Tia is pregnant with her husband's child. That means Tia has accepted her husband as sincerely as her heart.

"Aaaarrrr!!! Who is the girl I'm going to be betrothed to? Do I have to accept it? But I don't love him, let alone know him. What am I supposed to do? Even if I refuse it also in vain –, Tia is married," muttered Arka to herself.

Arka also took out a cell phone from her pocket and opened a photo gallery and saw her photos with Tia in High School. Tia is very pretty, her hair is ponytailed. Her eyes are soft, her lips are cute, and her cheeks are red. In the photo, Tia is very happy to enjoy ice cream in a shop with Arka.

In another photo, Tia is running on the beach and many other photos. When Missing Tia, Arka always sees a photo of Tia on her phone. After being satisfied to see a photo of Tia, Arka kept her phone and passed into the bathroom then turned on the shower and flushed her body to quell her anger.

Reyhan Apartment

As she prepares to go to bed at night, Reyhan receives a call from her secretary and informs her that Reyhan must go to Japan.

"Honey, the day after tomorrow I have to go to Japan because of work. You're okay - am I staying?" reyhan arrives at Tia after receiving a call from her secretary.

"How long is it?" ask Tia.

"Maybe a week" Reyhan replied.

"Oh yes no matter what Mas, you calm down. Don't worry," Tia replied with a smile.

"Do you live in your mom's house? Let someone notice you if there's anything - what?" ask Reyhan to Tia.

"No, I'm just here. If I'm bored I'll walk to Salsa's house or to the parlor where I used to be," Tia refused.

"If there's anything - call me right away!" Reyhan.

"Ready!" tia replied while raising her hand like she was paying her respects.
