CHAPTER 23

“What's up?” farel asked when Tia had entered his room.

“Meanings Sir?” tanya Tia did not understand Farel's intentions.

“Two days it looks like you're not excited. As if your soul was out of your body,” Farel replied as he raised his eyebrows.

“Sorry sir if my work is less than the maximum,” said Tia while lowering her head.

“If there is anything you can tell me,” Farel said with a smile.

“Thank you Sir,” reply Tia with head bowed.

In the afternoon when it was time to go home to work, Tia immediately rushed out of the cafe. He was used to the presence of Arka in front of the cafe when he came home from work. When he was at the door of the cafe, he looked around to find the figure of Arka. Then he smiled bitterly.

“Arka has gone Tia ...,” muttered Tia shriek. Suddenly a sense of tightness reverberated in his heart. His eyes are glass too.

He left the cafe in a giant step. Now his life feels alone, lonely, and empty without the Ark that always accompanies his days.

When Tia reached her boarding house, she saw Salsa at the door of her room. He hugged Salsa and sobs began to sound. Salsa returned Tia's embrace and stroked her back.

“Arka goes Sa .. “ said Tia in a soft voice between her tears. He was sobbing in Salsa's arms.

“Sabar ya Tia .. “ reply Salsa who then joined in crying see the sadness of Tia. He knew how devastated Tia was feeling right now. Plus Tia has no one but herself and Arka.

One week later

Arka's parents returned to Indonesia after a week in America. In addition to delivering Arka, they also vacation there. Before returning home, they stopped by the cafe where Tia worked. When she saw Tia coming out of the cafe, Bu Widya got out of the car and approached Tia. Tia was shocked when she saw Bu Widya approaching her.

“Cute me!” said Bu Widya with a commanding tone. Tia followed Widya who was walking towards her car. After that, Tia got into the car.

“I just want to remind you, do not disturb Arka who is studying abroad. Later he does not focus on his lecture,” said Bu Widya by folding his hands on his chest after Tia sat in his car.

“Iya Aunt .. ” reply Tia by lowering her head.

“If you need money, just say how much? Just so you do not disturb Arka anymore,” added Bu Widya.

“Thank you, but I don't need your money. If there is nothing to talk about anymore, I'm sorry,” said Tia then opened the car door and got out.

“Shoulder is also the girl,” murmured Bu Widya.

“Already, just let Ma,” reply Mr. Hendro and then tell the driver to drive his car.

Two months have passed

Arka busies herself with lectures and studying. He did not contact Tia at all according to his promise to his parents. In order to gain the blessing of her parents, she does everything for her love of Tia. A miss? Of course he misses the beautiful girl who always fills his days. All he could do right now was look at the photos he had stored in his cell phone gallery.

To shift his grief, Arka joined a community in America whose members are all Indonesians. There he can exchange stories and experiences that they have. They can also help each other for those in need.

Meanwhile in Indonesia, Tia has also entered college. So he worked in the afternoon after coming home from college. Farel has changed Tia's job. Who used to wash dishes, now he became a waiter who delivers customer orders.

Tia never contacted Arka though, and vice versa. All he could do was to harbor a longing that was growing more and more. He preoccupied himself with college and work. At night, he fell asleep in his room because of the fatigue he felt.

Tia and Salsa were waiting for the new lecturer who was going to teach them this morning while joking with his other friend. Not long after a 25-year-old young man entered their classroom. All the students returned to their seats.

“Good morning everyone .. “ greet the man while smiling.

“Good morning .. “ say to all students in the classroom.

“Before the teaching and learning activities begin, introduce my name Reyhan Wijaya. Starting today I will be teaching at ABC campus. So please cooperate yes,” said Reyhan introduced himself.

“Iya Sir,” says everything inside that classroom.

“There are questions?” reyhan asked as he spread his gaze throughout the room.

“Have a girlfriend yet Sir?” chirped a shameless student and smiled to himself. His friend cheered on him.

“Not yet,” Reyhan replied with a break.

Soon, teaching and learning activities began.

Two hours passed

Reyhan came out of the classroom after closing his teaching and learning activities. The classroom is crowded again.

“Yes very handsome Mr. Reyhan .. “ chirps Ayu suddenly.

“Iya, very handsome. Until I hold my breath from earlier so nervous,” added Lina.

“Do not ngarep be his girlfriend, you will not be the same level,” chirps Salsa who saw them sanat lebay.

Tia only smiled when she heard their conversation. After that he left the classroom because he had to go to the cafe immediately to work.

Arriving at the cafe, Tia immediately changed her clothes in uniform and served the customers who came.

“Welcome to our cafe,” greet Tia with a friendly smile near the cafeteria entrance to new customers. Tia followed the new customer and handed over the menu book after the customer sat down. After recording her customer's order, Tia went to process her customer's order.

“Tia .. “ call Farel.

“Iya Sir?” sahut Tia after approaching Farel who had called him.

“You can ride the motor?” ask Farel.

“Can Sir,” replied Tia because Arka used to teach her.

“Then please transfer this order yes. The place is not far from here. Because Aldo has gone to deliver another order,” said Farel asked for help.

“Good sir,” replied Tia while smiling.

Tia took the order to an apartment not far from where she worked. After he found the unit according to the address listed, he rang the doorbell.

Not long after, there was a man that Tia had just found out about this afternoon. He is Reyhan Wijaya a new lecturer who teaches at his campus.

“Good afternoon, I delivered your order,” Tia said with a smile on Reyhan.

“Oh yes. Thank you,” reply Reyhan then give money to Tia. After that Tia went back to her cafe.
