The Love Story of Arka
CHAPTER 20
Today is Sunday. Last Day in Indonesia. Tomorrow he will go to America. In the morning it is to boarding Tia for a morning walk together around the Tia boarding houses. It also happened that Tia was on holiday. Arka really enjoyed her time with Tia for the last time.
After breakfast together at a roadside stall, Arka spends her time accompanying Tia in her boarding room until noon.
"Darling, will you watch yuk in the afternoon?" take Arka to Tia who is ironing her clothes.
"Okey dear, the final tumben - lately you are sure to meet every day and always take me out?" tia asked as she looked at Arka in surprise.
"What a pity, I love you" replied Arka with a smile.
“I go home first yes, later in the afternoon I pick up,” said Arka.
“Okey. Beware Arka .. “ reply Tia.
Arka went from the boarding house Tia drove her motorbike to the apartment. He wants to look as handsome as possible tonight. Today was the last day he met Tia. He wanted Tia to never forget him despite the distance separating them.
Afternoon
Arka looked at her reflection in front of the glass. After being convinced and steady with his appearance, Arka came out of the apartment and drove his motorcycle to Tia's boarding house.
Arriving Arka at the cost of Tia, it turns out Tia is ready. Not long after, Arka drove her motorcycle to the mall where the cinema was with Tia in her bonnet.
Arriving at the mall, Arka walked into the mall building with Tia writhing on her arm with a smile. They haven't seen in the cinema in a long time. Especially after Tia moved to boarding and work, Tia had no time to relax like before.
Because Sunday, the mall atmosphere is very crowded as well as the cinema. To buy tickets, they have to queue long enough. Arka asks Tia to wait to sit in a chair, but Tia refuses. He wanted to stand in line with Arka. After buying 2 tickets and popcorn, Arka invited Tia into the cinema.
In the movie theater, Arka holds Tia's hand and does not release her for a second. Tia feels strange, but she is not suspicious of Arka's behavior. He was too focused on watching the movie without him knowing that Arka was looking at him. Although the room was not too bright, but Tia's face could still be seen clearly because it was exposed to the bright spotlight of the screen.
After getting out of the cinema, Arka took Tia for a walk in the city park. Before they enter the city park, Arka buys Tia's favorite food ice cream. Then they sat down in a garden chair. Arka took a deep breath before saying anything to Tia.
"Darling," call Arka.
"Yes, dear Arka," replied Tia after licking the ice cream that Arka bought.
"Tomorrow I will go to America to continue my studies, promise to wait for me to come home," said Arka arrived – without looking at Tia who was beside him.
"No, I'm serious. Ilove you. Wait for me to come home baby, I'm doing this for our love" replied Arka while holding Tia's hand. Tia looked at Arka who was now in front of her with glassy eyes. His chest suddenly felt tight. Tears escaped from her eyes.
"Arka .. I will always wait for you, miss you, and love you" Tia said. He rubbed the tears that had flowed without permission on his cheek with the back of his hand. Arka hugged Tia very tightly. Tia also returned Arka's embrace. Arka puts her chin on Tia's shoulder, without Tia knowing Arka is crying on her shoulder.
I promise I'll be home soon. Wait for me to come home. I honestly can't leave you. I know you have no one in this world, but I must go for our happiness. For only four years, be patient waiting for me. Inner Ark then wiped his tears.

Arka came home at 21:25. After returning home from the city park, Arka invited Tia to eat at their subscription cafe Love first. Actually no one had a taste for food either Arka or Tia, but they had not had dinner yet. So they force themselves to eat even though it is very difficult to swallow.
“Arka .. “ call Bu Widya while knocking on Arka's room door. Because there was no answer from Arka, Bu Widya also opened the door of Arka's room which happened to be unlocked. Arka who was lying on the bed hugging the bolts turned her back to Bu Widya.
Bu Widya stroked Arka's hair gently. This is the last day Arka slept at home. Suddenly Arka's shoulder shook. He held back the tears from earlier, but eventually his defense collapsed.
“Arka ... You haven't slept?” ask Ms. Widya.
Arka got up from her sleep and hugged Bu Widya tightly.
“Ma .. “ said Arka in a soft and vibrating voice.
“Mama will keep the promise you made right?” ask Arka to Miss Widya to make sure once again. Bu Widya nodded her head as she stroked Arka's hair. Arka is his son. Ms. Widya and Mr. Hendro did this all for Arka's happiness, but their ways were heartless.
“Sleep, it's night. Tomorrow you have to go to America, so prepare physically for the long journey tomorrow. You have all your things prepared, right? Do not let anyone be left behind,” said Bu Widya gently. After that he released Arka's embrace and then enveloped Arka's body that had been lying down.
Meanwhile Tia was crying while lying face the pillow in her room. He did not expect Arka would go far away leaving him. Every day only Arka accompanies his days. Morning, afternoon, or night. In this world was only the Ark he had right now.
Though previously he had imagined going to college at the same campus with Arka. Meet, joke, learn, and laugh together. He was so happy to imagine that. Until suddenly today Arka told him a surprise, yes a surprise that made him very surprised like being struck by lightning.
He was never suspicious of Arka. He should have guessed why Arka still has not enrolled in college, even though he graduated. He also received the same scholarship.
“Bod*h!” muttered Tia while smiling bitterly. Her lips trembled and her tears increasingly brushed down her cheeks.
“Arka ... If you go, who am I with? I would be lonely without you Arka .. “ Tia said in a soft voice while closing her eyes for a moment. The pillow was soaked with tears. His chest really felt very heavy and tight. Pain but not bleeding. Not because of a breakup, but he is still not ready to be left behind.
