The Love Story of Arka
CHAPTER 21

The next day Tia woke up early as usual. But this time his eyes felt heavy to open because of swelling after crying all night. He took his cell phone which was not far from where he was lying down and wished for a message to come in from Arka as early as the morning before. He hoped last night's farewell was just a nightmare. Not long after, he smiled when he saw a message coming in.

Arka: Good morning, baby. I love you.

That's a message from Arka every morning. Although the words were the same every day as a template, Tia never deleted them. The message from Arka in the morning was a passion for Tia. If the battery runs out, it is now fully recharged again.

Tia: Good morning also my love.

After replying to Arka's message, Tia got out of bed and went into the bathroom to take a shower and get ready for work.

After sending a message to Tia, Arka got up from her bed and checked all her belongings that she would bring to America. Because if there is an item left behind, it will be very difficult to take it back. America - Indonesia is not a close distance.

Arka got up when she heard a voice from her phone indicating a message coming in. He smiled when he found out about the message. After that he put the phone in front of his chest and closed his eyes and smiled.

“You will always be in my heart Tia .. “ muttered Arka.

After bathing and changing clothes Arka came out from inside her room and headed towards the dining table. There was already Bu Widya and Mr. Hendro waiting for him to have breakfast together.

“Good morning Pa ... Ma .. “ greet Arka then sit in front of her mother. Mr. Hendro and Ms. Widya nodded their heads.

“Have you prepared all your belongings Arka?” asked Mr. Hendro while waiting for his wife to get breakfast for him.

“Already Pa... “ replied Brief Arch then take food for breakfast.

“We will leave later in the afternoon, so this afternoon you can rest first,” added Mr. Hendro again.

“Can Tia take you to the airport?” ask Arka to her papa.

“Ngapain you invited the girl?” sahut Bu Widya as he looked at Arka who was in front of him.

Mr. Hendro kicked Bu Widya's leg under the table so as not to quarrel with Arka. He did not want to until Arka canceled his departure to America just because of trivial problems.

“Iya is okay Arka,” replied Mr. Hendro while smiling.

At least this was their last meeting. Mr Hendro's Inner.

Arriving Arka in front of the cafe where Tia works, he got out of the car and waited for Tia in front of the cafe as usual. Not long after that Tia came out smiling happily when she saw Arka in front of the cafe as usual. Arka returned her smile and pulled Tia's hand into her car. Tia was shocked when she saw Mr. Hendro and Bu Widya in the car. The smile that had been lying on his lips had suddenly faded.

“Come in!” said Mr. Hendro to Tia. Tia nodded her head and smiled awkwardly.

“Thank you,” reply Tia.

In the car the atmosphere was very awkward and quiet. No one makes a sound at all. Tia did not dare to ask Arka where they were going at the moment.

Arriving at the airport parking area, now Tia also understood. This was the last time he could hold Arka's hand. The four of them got out of the car and got into the airport. The driver followed behind with their suitcase.

“Take care of yourself .. “ order Arka before leaving while holding both shoulders of Tia who is now in front of him. Tia nodded her head by biting her inner lips without being able to say anything. His teary eyes looked at Arka's eyes. His chest was very painful and heavy to breathe.

The fear of loss is now becoming real for Tia. He can't avoid this. Arka decides to go for their future happiness. Tia tried to smile as Arka left despite crying heart to take it off. Suppose Arka's parents knew how much they loved each other. It felt like Tia was hugging Arka one last time before Arka left. However, Tia was afraid of not being able to hold back her tears.

“See you dear.. “ said Arka before leaving and peeling Tia's forehead.

“Iya Arka,” reply Tia with a soft voice almost crying. He tried to smile as much as possible even if it was heavy.

Arka turned and walked with her parents away from Tia. Tia watched Arka walk away from her. Tia turned around and closed her trembling lips with her palm. Tears escaped from her eyes. He hit his chest which was very painful. He restrained himself from crying in front of Arka. He did not want Arka to see him sad. He walked with shaky shoulders and tears.

Not long after that Arka came back and ran up to Tia and hugged her from behind. Tia stopped her footsteps and closed her eyes. He took a deep breath to relieve his chest that felt heavy to breathe. He knew that the one who hugged him was Arka. Arka turned Tia's body to face her. After that he hugged Tia's body tightly and cried together.

“I love you Tia .. “ said Arka in between her tears.

“I also very-love you Arka .. “ reply Tia while leaning on Arka's chest.

“Arka let's go fast! Later we miss the plane,” said Mr. Hendro who was waiting for their farewell.

Arka also took off her embrace on Tia's body.

“Please be well. Wait for me to come home,” said Arka as she stroked Tia's cheek which was flooded with tears. Tia nodded her head with trembling lips. Arka smiled gently and left Tia who witnessed her departure.

“Let me drive home Mbak,” said the Arka driver to Tia. Tia nodded her head and followed the Arka driver. He looked back once more to see Arka's shadow body one last time before exiting the airport. Arka turned to her as well and smiled warmly with her eyes.

In the car, Tia was still crying as she pleased. Her tears continued to flow without being prevented. It hurt, so much pain that Tia's heart was feeling right now. Arka's driver looked at Tia from the rearview mirror in front of her. He was also sad and rubbed his teary eyes. He thrusts a box of tissue at Tia. Tia accepted and thanked him.
