After a sudden meeting with Andra in the apartment, Nadira decides to go to her studio. He felt the need to spend time alone, focusing on his music and forgetting his awkward feelings.
His studio is a sacred place for Nadira, where he can forget the world and drown in his melody. The walls were filled with musical notes and sketches, and his sparkling piano stood proudly in the center of the room.
Nadira sat on the piano, feeling the warmth of his wood under his fingers. He closed his eyes, feeling the harmony and rhythm flowing through him. He started playing, letting his fingers dance over the buttons, creating a beautiful and touching melody.
As he played, he felt an awkward feeling and his worries slowly faded away. He felt peaceful and calm, feeling as if he was in his own world. He let his music take him to a faraway place, a place where he could be free and happy.
After a few hours of playing, Nadira felt better. He feels calmer and better prepared to face the challenges to come. She knows that she has to deal with Andra and her feelings, but she also knows that she is strong and capable of dealing with them.
Nadira stood up from the piano, satisfied with what he had created. He looked around his studio, feeling grateful for owning this place. He knows that, no matter what happens, he will always have his music.
After spending time in her studio, Nadira felt better and was ready to return to the apartment. As she steps out of the elevator, she sees Andra at the door of her apartment, setting up a fingerprint system on the door.
Andra looked at Nadira and smiled. "Hey, Nad," he said, "I just set up a fingerprint system for my apartment. Can you give me your fingerprints too? Just in case you need to break into my apartment someday."
Nadira hesitated for a moment, then nodded. He approached Andra and without thinking much, offered his middle finger. Andra laughed and stopped Nadira. "Not that finger, Nad," he said, "Use your thumb."
Nadira blushed, realizing his mistake. He then gives her thumbprints, and Andra saves them into the system.
When she was done, Nadira asked curiously, "What am I doing fingerprints for? I don't plan on going into brother's room."
Nadira nodded, understanding Andra's reason. Although she felt unsure about getting closer to her brother, she knew that Andra only wanted the best for the two of them.
That morning, Nadira was getting ready to leave for the studio. He decided to take the bus, enjoy a beautiful and quiet morning. However, the morning's calmness was immediately disturbed when she received a call from her mother.
"Nadira," said his mother in a trembling voice, "Andra was in a car accident. He's been rushed to the hospital."
Nadira felt as if her world was collapsing. He felt dizzy and almost fell down, but managed to hold back. He rushed to the hospital, his heart was pounding and his mind was filled with worry.
As she arrives at the hospital, she sees Moona, her roommate, in the hallway. Nadira ran towards him, eyes teary. "Moona," he said, almost whispering, "Where is my sister?"
Moona looked at Nadira with a serious expression. "Nadira," said he, "You must take your brother."
Nadira felt as if she had been slapped. He felt his knees wobble and tears began to pour down. She walked along the hallway, crying and lamenting her brother.
However, before she could reach Andra's room, her mother appears. "Nadira," he said, "Come, let's go to Andra's room."
Nadira nodded, following her mother to Andra's room. As they entered, they saw Andra lying on the bed, looking tired but alive. He only had a few abrasions, and did not appear to be seriously injured.
Nadira felt relieved and angry. She is relieved that Andra is fine, but is angry that Moona has scared her away. She promised herself that she would talk to Moona about this later.
