The Melody of Farewell: The Last Song

The Melody of Farewell: The Last Song
Chapter 33 Hope in the Hospital

After a few days in the hospital, Nadira began to feel better. He could walk around the room, although he still felt weak. One night, while she was sitting on the bed, she saw a very familiar figure in the corner of the room.

It was Andra, her brother who had left. Nadira felt surprised and confused, not knowing how to react.

"Andra..is that you?" nadira asked, her voice trembling.

Andra smiled and nodded, "Yes, Nad, it's me. I came to see you, to make sure you're okay."

Nadira feels haru and wants to hug Andra, but she knows that she cannot touch him. She felt sad and frustrated, wanting to feel the warmth of her brother's embrace once again.

"Sister, I miss you" said Nadira, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I want to hug you, but I know I can't."

Andra looked at Nadira with affection, her eyes teary. "I miss you too, Nad. But the most important thing is that you're okay. I'll always be here for you, even though I can't be with you like I used to."

The two of them sat there, talking and reminiscing about their happy memories together. They laugh, cry, and feel together, even though they know they can't be together forever.

After a few days in the hospital, Nadira was finally allowed to go home. He felt relieved and grateful, knowing that he had gone through difficult times and was now able to recover at home.

Upon arriving home, Nadira headed straight to the piano studio. He misses playing the piano, longs to feel the tones and melodies flowing from his fingers. He felt like the piano was part of him, part of his soul that could not be separated.

He sat in front of the piano, turned on the block notes, and started playing. He played with emotion, every note, every note, every melody flowing from his fingers. He played for himself, for Andra, and for Granny Sari.

"Nad, you played really well. I'm sure Nek Sari will be very happy," Andra said, her voice filled with affection and support.

Nadira smiled, feeling excited and grateful. "Thank you, Brother. I wish I could make you proud" she replied, her voice filled with hope and determination.

The two of them sat there, together in silence and music. They feel their togetherness, feel support and affection for each other, even though they know that they cannot be together forever.

However, as the day turned into night and Nadira stopped playing, she felt there was something she needed to ask Andra. He looked at Andra, his eyes filled with questions and confusion.

"Sister, why are you still here? Why is your spirit still wandering?" nadira asked, her voice filled with confusion and curiosity.

Andra looked at Nadira, her eyes filled with regret and sadness. "Nad, I. I feel trapped here. I felt stuck because there was a promise I hadn't kept" Andra said, her voice filled with regret.

Nadira was shocked to hear Andra's confession. She felt sad, but also felt determined to help Andra. "What's that promise, brother?" nadira asked, her voice filled with determination.

Andra looked at Nadira, her eyes filled with hope. "I promise I'll see your performance, Nad. I promise I'll be there for you. But I couldn't keep that promise" he said, his voice filled with regret.

Nadira felt her heart being sliced at Andra's words. She felt sad, but also felt determined to help Andra. "Sister, I'll bring you that song. I will fulfill that promise for you" said Nadira, her voice filled with determination.

Andra smiled, feeling grateful to Nadira. "Thank you, Nad. I know I can count on you" she said, her voice filled with affection and appreciation.
