A few days before their grandmother's birthday party, Andra and Nadira sat in the living room, talking about the preparation of Nadira's performance. Nadira was nervous and excited at once, wanting to give his best performance.
"Andra, you're coming to see how I look?" nadira asked, seeking support from her brother.
Andra smiled and nodded, "Of course, Nad. I won't miss your performance. I'll be there to support you."
Nadira was relieved to hear Andra's words, but over time, she began to feel something was amiss. There was an erratic feeling that appeared in his heart, as if something bad was going to happen to Andra.
He tried to ignore the feeling, focusing on the preparation of his performance. However, that feeling continued to haunt his mind, making him feel anxious and worried.
One night, Nadira could not sleep. He sat on his bed, thinking about the erratic feeling he was feeling. Finally, she decided to talk to Andra about her feelings.
He went to Andra's room and knocked on her door. "Sir, can we talk for a second?" nadira asked, her voice soft and agitated.
Andra opened the door and looked at the anxious-looking Nadira. "What's up, Nad? Are you all right?" tanyanya, worry.
Nadira sighed and said, "Sister, I feel like something bad is going to happen to you. I don't know why, but I can't shake this feeling."
Andra looked at Nadira, feeling shocked and confused. "Nad, don't worry. I'm doing fine. Maybe you're just too nervous because of how you look later."
Nadira nodded, hoping that her feelings were wrong. "Maybe you're right, brother. I'm just.. worry."
Andra stroked Nadira's hair and smiled, "Don't worry, Nad. Everything's gonna be fine. Let's take a break, tomorrow we'll continue the preparation for your performance."
"Andra, I'm glad we could spend some time together today" said Nadira, smiling widely.
Andra returned Nadira's smile, "Me too, Nad. Today will be a good day."
However, fate decides to change their lives forever. As they drove down the highway, a large truck lost control and crashed into their car violently.
Their car is destroyed, and Nadira and Andra are seriously injured. The people around immediately called an ambulance, trying to save them.
At the hospital, doctors told their families that Andra had died because her head was hit so hard. Nadira, on the other hand, is still alive, but his condition is critical. Doctors say that the only way to save Nadira is with a liver transplant.
"We can use Andra's heart to save Nadira" the doctor said in a voice filled with sympathy and earnestness.
Their families, especially their mothers, were devastated and desperate. However, the doctor gave them a difficult choice.
After thinking long and talking to Nadira, their family decided to accept the doctor's offer. They felt that this was the best way to honor Andra and save Nadira.
"We will" said their mother, her voice filled with sorrow and determination. "We're going to save Nadira."
The liver transplant operation went well, and Nadira began to show signs of recovery. Although she felt sad and guilty for losing Andra, she also felt grateful for being given the opportunity to live.
"I will live this life well, Sister," whispered Nadira, staring at the photo of Andra with teary eyes. "I promise."
