I don't think time goes by so fast. The long-awaited night has arrived. Bi Lina was still in Audrey's room to help her get ready.
Geck! Geck! Geck!
The sound of the door being knocked three times. Audrey who was currently sitting in front of the dressing table was about to stand up. However, Bi Lina held him back.
"Miss sit down, let Auntie open the door" Bi Lina said, holding Audrey's shoulders.
Audrey responded with a smile and a small nod. Then Bi Lina walked towards the door and immediately opened it. When the door opened, he saw one of the servants standing.
"What's wrong? Is Lord Akandra back?" ask Bi Lina.
"Yes, Bi. Mr. Akandra and Mr. Affandra and Ms. Audrey's husband have arrived. Mr. Akandra told me to take Miss Audrey to the main hall. Is Miss Audrey ready?" obviously the waiter was accompanied by another question.
"Of course, Miss Audrey is ready. You wait here. Let Auntie tell Miss Audrey first." Bi Lina went back into the room to tell the pawnshop lady.
"Who's coming, Bi?" audrey asked after seeing Bi Lina walking towards him.
"A servant, Mr. Akandra tells him to take Non to the main room. Non's husband has arrived, come." Bi Lina took Audrey outside.
"Bi, I'm really scared. Is everything gonna be okay?" Audrey looked at Bi Lina with eyes filled with anxiety.
"Yes, of course. Everything will be fine, trust me if Mr. Akandra won't let Miss go. Auntie's sure of that, come on." Bi Lina extended her hand to the sitting woman.
Audrey nodded and moved from her seat. He held tightly onto Bi Lina's hand. This woman is very restless, how not .. she has to decide something that is really difficult for her. On the one hand she had already fallen for Lord Akandra, but on the other hand she did not want her marriage to fail and become a widow.
With her heavy footsteps, Audrey kept thinking about her decision. He was accompanied by Bi Lina and one more servant. Arriving in the main room, she saw clearly if her husband was sitting with Akandra and also her sister, Affandra.
Meanwhile, the three men who were sitting straight at once their eyes were on Audrey who had just arrived and stood in front of them. Audrey's appearance was completely different from usual, tonight she looked like a classy and elegant woman. The two servants who delivered Audrey immediately withdrew. As for Audrey, she was still sculpting without daring to look at the three men.
Akandra got up from her seat and walked towards Audrey. "How long do you want to stand here? Come on," Akandra took Audrey by the hand in front of her husband, Devanka.
Without saying anything, Audrey followed the steps of the homeowner and sat down next to him. Seeing that, Devanka just smiled cunningly. Instead of jealousy, he was happy to see his wife had managed to lure an Akandra. A man who is very difficult to conquer.
'Good, Audrey! You have conquered the lion! In this way, he will give me a lot of money, ' said Devanka in his mind. He cheered in his heart.
Akandra pressed her lips closer to Audrey's ear and whispered something. "Look at your husband's expression! She didn't feel jealous I was holding your hand. You must understand what I mean." Akandra looked at Devanka.
'Is he really jealous of seeing me with Brother Akandra? If that's the case, it's a sign that he doesn't love me anymore. Is this a clue for me if my relationship with Devanka has to end? Will I live my life as a widow?' Audrey wonders to herself in her monologue.
She looked at me, looking at her husband. "Audrey, you're so pretty tonight" praised Devanka as she stared mischievously at Audrey.
Inversely, Akandra who saw Devanka's naughty look at Audrey made her upset. One of his hands clenched with the glare of his sharp eyes. For some reason, she did not like Audrey being praised by any man including her own husband. Let alone just being praised, stared at mischievously he had made him ride the apoplexy.
"Just get to the point! Don't beat around!" akandra firmly with a taut tone.
As with Audrey, Affandra had the same question. She wondered why her own brother should be jealous instead of Devanka? Isn't that Audrey's husband Devanka? '
So did Akandra love Audrey that she was jealous of Devanka?' Affandra wondered in her mind.
"Well, I'll say what I mean by coming here. As you know, my goal is to take Audrey because her pawnshop is over. However, I would like to negotiate a little bit with Mister to extend his pawnshop period" Devanka explained.
Akandra who heard that smiled cunningly. He had expected that Devanka would say that. She knows what Audrey's husband is like. Then Akandra glanced at Audrey who looked confused.
"We'll see and hear what your husband will say" Akandra whispered to Audrey's ear.
Audrey's gaze was sidetracked, she who was originally staring at Devanka now turned to look at the man beside her. Then Akandra held Audrey's hand to calm her down while smiling. Seeing that, Audrey returned a gentle smile to Akandra.
"Whatchu mean? Isn't your debt paid off? Why do you want to extend his pawnshop?" fishing Akandra with his tactics.
"I know that. I'm in need of a lot of money right now, so the only way is to prolong my wife's pawnshop" explains Devanka without sin.
"Astagfirullah, Mum! Remember, I am your wife! I'm not something you can pawn at will! I want to be treated like a wife in general, I can't stand being with you anymore! I want us to get divorced!" chirps Audrey who makes Devanka dumbfounded.
"What's? A divorce? Nah! That's never gonna happen. Remember, you are my walking ATM, you must continue to make money for me. I won't divorce you until anytime!" devanka stood up.
Her gaze was quite frightening, making Audrey instantly bow in fear. He could not bear to hold his tears, until finally his tears flowed down his cheeks. Akandra and Affandra who saw the treatment of Devanka also immediately went up.
Affandra pulls Devanka's arm violently and tells her to sit down. "Don't make a fuss in this house! Appreciate my brother's kindness!" Affandra looked at Devanka with anger.
Brakk!
Akandra's breaking the table. "Hush still! Now it's my turn to talk!" akandra snapped with her heavy and firm voice.
Instantly everyone who was in the main room instantly fell silent, as did Audrey. He wiped his tears. He raised his face and turned towards Akandra.
"Daniel! Bring me what I prepared!" Akandra told Daniel to bring something.
Daniel quickly gave his master what he asked for. "This, Sir."
"Open it and sign it!" akandra firmly by giving the brown envelope to Devanka.
"Sister, what did you give my husband?" audrey whispered to Akandra.
"Look! You'll know what Devanka looks like!" akandra firmly without looking.
