Chapter 31 > Waiting For You

Audrey's heart was filled to hear the confession of her love Akandra. Tears also shed as they were moved. He had never heard of such a sincere confession before. Even her husband never expressed love this sincere.

"Of course, I'll give you as much time as you want. I'll wait for you." Akandra smiled as she wiped away Audrey's tears.

"Don't thank me like this. I will make sure, as long as you are with me. I will always make you smile. I won't let you cry for a second. I promise." Akandra held Audrey's hands together.

Audrey only responded with a small smile and nod. "Wake up, I'll show you something." Akandra helped Audrey to stand up.

"Daniel, Affandra!" call Akandra after waking Audrey up.

Quickly, the two men came. "Yes, Brother."

"Yes, Sir."

"You're coming with us, come on." Akandra took her sister and her bodyguard.

The two men nodded and followed Akandra who was walking in front of him. Affandra silently smiled. She was certain that her brother would propose to Audrey in front of her soon.

'I will see these two people who will unite. Be happy, my brother, ' inner Affandra spoke.

Soon, the four of them arrived in one of the rooms. Audrey was astonished, why Akandra had brought her into the room. What is in the room and what will Akandra show you?

Akandra let go of his handrails, then he walked towards the piano instrument decorated with roses as well. Without wasting any time, this handsome, kind-hearted man sat down on the chair. Akandra slightly exhaled so that his fingers began to play the musical instrument.

Audrey just silently watched Akandra play her music. Affandra and Daniel. Now in the room is increasingly romantic with a melodious rhythm. Audrey gave a small smile and wiped away her tears that had dripped.

A few minutes later, Akandra finished playing his instrument. He got up from his seat and walked towards Audrey. "How do I look?" Akandra raised his eyebrows.

"Really?"

"Yes, Brother. The rhythm really makes my heart comfortable. It's really good to hear," Audrey praised Akandra.

"Thank you." Akandra smiled.

Arriving at Audrey's room, Akandra opened his room. They came in and closed the door. "Deplace your clothes, I'll wait here!" akandra's orders to Audrey.

Akandra didn't like to see Audrey's messy appearance like this. She wanted to see Audrey always beautiful, smiling and happy always. That was why she told Audrey to change her clothes. Because even while sleeping, she wanted to see Audrey beautiful and happy. Audrey's happiness is her happiness.

Audrey sat down. "What do you want?" Audrey raised her face, looking at Akandra.

"I will make you beautiful" Akandra replied.

"For what, brother? I'm not going to the party, I'm just going to sleep. Why do I have to wear makeup like this?" Audrey looked towards the skincare Akandra was holding.

"For I want to see you beautiful and well-groomed. I'm not gonna let my future wife look cute. Remember, I am Akandra! I want you to always look radiant from other women. You have to get used to wearing skincare before going to bed so that your skin is healthy and of course to look beautiful in front of me" Akandra explained.

"Then, why don't you just marry another much more beautiful woman. So that you don't have to bother like this" Audrey chirped.

Akandra put back the skincare she was holding. Then he took a chair and sat down in front of Audrey. He held Audrey's hands together.

"Listen to me carefully! I married a woman not because of her beauty! I could have married many beautiful women in an instant but, it is difficult to marry a woman like you. Not that you are not beautiful, I just want to teach you to wear skincare because I want you to be a good wife to make up for your husband. Wouldn't that be a reward for a wife who makes up for her husband? Ye know? The happiness of a husband is to see his wife always happy, beautiful and always smiling.
