CHAPTER 35. A gift from Will

***Italian Restaurant***

William was silent a thousand languages after hearing the definitive answer from Emma's mouth, but his little heart still thought Emma was siding with Owen so the young girl was lying.

If William had known the cause of Emma choosing a welldone steak for lunch today, William would most likely have gone berserk again.

Emma chose welldone steak because she obeyed Chris. When Chris finds out Emma wants to order a beef steak, Chris advises Emma to choose a welldone steak because Chris is worried about Emma's abdominal pain due to menstruation.

"Let's eat again" said Emma.

"Okay Emma!"

"Okay Miss Emma!"

Owen and Rocky answered simultaneously. The two of them deliberately ate voraciously and paid no heed to William. Emma also went on to eat the beef steak she had finished cutting.

Three minutes later, William glanced at Emma. The young girl was still enjoying the cow steak so casually that made William also eat the medium steak, even though it felt bland.

William wants to finish his lunch so he can give Emma the surprise she has prepared.

Twenty minutes later, Owen enjoyed the chocolate gelato which was his dessert, while William ordered one bottle of red wine and asked for two empty glasses of wine.

The waiter poured red wine into the two empty glasses. William signals a hand to the waiter to deliver one of the wine glasses to Emma.

"Emma! Cheer!" William takes Emma toast while raising his own glass.

"Sorry Will! My stomach still hurts!" reject Emma.

Emma deliberately used the reason for abdominal pain because she did not want to toast William. Emma doesn't want to make William misunderstand that they're friends.

Emma already considers William her enemy because of the man's dirty way of destroying Chris' company.

Emma suspects William did not take revenge against her for not daring to offend the Watson Family so Chris becomes an easy target for William.

William's cowardly actions made Emma look down on the shameless man in front of her at this moment.

"Emma's still mad at me," William's inner.

William is still swept away by his own thoughts so sure Emma is still angry because of his affair with Lily.

William enjoyed the red wine in his hands, but his pair of eyes stared intensely at Emma.

William was amazed when he saw Emma tasting a drink from a hot water flask. The expression of Emma's calm and happy face made William curious what drink could make the young girl's mood so good.

"Emma! What are you drinking?" ask William without a stale ado.

"Ginger water" replied Emma briefly.

"Ginger water," murmured William.

"That's no ordinary ginger water, Om! Ginger water is made daddy. Emma's stomach ache was reduced because of that ginger water," Owen explained. Of course with the intention of provoking William's anger again.

"Damn it! The widower was very good at acting! Deliberately seek attention from Emma, "william's inner self.

"Emma! I can pay a Michelin Star chef to cook whatever you like" William said.

"Say you can't cook! Lose far from daddy!" hatch Owen.

Emma chuckled softly at Owen's innocent speech. "Yes, Owen! Daddy Chris is the best, "praise Emma.

Emma did not care about William's gloomy facial expression. The young girl called the restaurant waiter to ask for a lunch bill so she could leave the restaurant and William as soon as possible.

"I'm the one who bought this lunch" William said as he pulled out his black credit card.

"Thank you Om. You know I want to eat at this restaurant!" owen said, representing Emma directly.

"Where is the secretary going?"rocky Inner, who had been watching Gibson's movements.

"Will! Let's say goodbye first. I still have important appointments with other people" Emma said.

Emma took the hot water flask from the table and held it tightly. William stared at the flask hatefully.

"Wait a minute, Emma!"

William screams to prevent Emma's departure. Along with that, Gibson walked towards them while pushing a trolley full of presents for Emma.

"All these gifts are for you, Emma!" said William.

The other restaurant guests looked at Emma's entourage, precisely on the trolley.

The trolley contained a basket full of imported red roses, branded jewelry boxes, branded bags, and expensive perfumes.

William took one of the jewelry boxes from the trolley and walked over to Emma.

The small box of jewelry was opened by William, right in front of Emma. A large and beautiful diamond ring. William took it out of the box.

"This ring suits you best, Emma!" said William.

Emma's hand dodged quickly from William's. Emma knew William wanted to force the ring onto her finger.

"Only my wedding ring will be coiled around my finger!" emma said firmly.

"Let's go Owen, Rocky!" take Emma.

Owen holds Emma's hand quickly, while Rocky stands in front of Emma to pave the way for her young miss.

"Emma! What about all these gifts?" ask William.

"I practice for all the guests of this restaurant" Emma replied without hesitation and in a loud voice.

"Well! Thank you Miss! I like this branded bag!"

"I love this diamond necklace!"

"I prefer imported roses!"

"I want this branded bag, this gold bracelet and this perfume!"

Several female guests stormed the trolley and picked out their favorite items after hearing Emma's words.

This made Emma's entourage move more freely to leave the restaurant.

William chases after Emma's entourage quickly, while Gibson still holds the trolley with a puzzled look on his face.

The private secretary went awry, whether he had to leave the trolley and catch up with William or take the trolley away. Even though the items inside the trolley only stayed a little.

"I'd better catch up with Mr. William!" gibson's determination, after believing the baramg-goods in the trolley can not be saved by him anymore.
